mark (9/5): Excellent place to stay with great views! - Stayed here for 6 days with a pal on a golfing holiday. We upgraded our original booking to apartment 1111, this had recently been upgraded to a very nice standard. The pool in front of the apartment was closed for maintenance but there are about 4 pools on the complex so this wasn't a problem for us at all. Loved the views over the pool and sea. Georgi met us to had over the keys and show us around the property, he is very professional and informative. Georgi supplied us with lots of information on things to do and good places to eat. Nothing, it's all very good here.
Patricia (10/5): Fantastic and the weather was great too. - We liked everything, the house , the beautiful garden, the location, it was beautiful , we could not have asked for a better place, love Restuarant seeing the sea, Georgio who came for us to collect the kiss, and should us the place, is a lovely person, he explains everythings and is ever so kind, we want to thank him for being so helpful, Have to go back again we really had an awesome time, we could not have gone to a better place. Laura (10/5): - The apartment opened up to a beautiful view of the sea and the pool, greeting us each morning with a sense of calm and lightness. Everything felt exceptionally clean, safe, and thoughtfully arranged. The space itself was perfect for a family — a large, well-equipped kitchen where you can slow down and enjoy time together, and two bathrooms that made everything so much more comfortable when traveling with children. What truly made this experience special, though, was the host, Giorgi. His warmth and kindness were unforgettable — he even allowed us to stay longer free of charge, which felt incredibly generous and rare. And then… the heated pool. It was simply magical, especially on cooler days — that feeling of warm water, fresh air, and quiet surroundings. The beach is also very close, making everything feel easy and effortless. Peace, beauty, and a sense of being truly taken care of — we would come back without hesitation. Nothing.

Natalia (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay in these apartments! They are spacious, cozy, tastefully decorated and located in one of the nicest, most well-kept complexes in the area. The atmosphere and location are truly unbeatable. The complex is green, quiet and beautifully maintained, with lovely pools and direct access to the beach just a few minutes away. On clear days you can even see Gibraltar from the shore, and the sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking. There are cafés and walking paths nearby, but having a car is definitely a plus — it makes grocery shopping easier and opens up access to so many beautiful places around. The apartment had everything we needed: very comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of dishes. Everything was set up for a comfortable, carefree stay. A big thank you to Georgi, the property manager. He sent us all the information in advance, including video instructions, was always available and shared great recommendations for food and local spots. He also kindly arranged an early check-in and late check-out for us, which helped a lot. We would happily come back. Thank you for a lovely stay! Honestly, nothing major. Just a couple of tiny things you barely notice.

H.J.C. (10/5): Fantastisch mooie plek om tot rust te komen! - Het is een prachtige plek op een toplocatie! Wij hebben enorm genoten van het uitzicht en de rust. Na twee dagen leek het al of we er een paar weken waren, zo fijn is het daar! Elke avond heerlijk buiten zitten met het geluid van de zee op de achtergrond. Het is een romantische locatie. Er zijn een aantal mooie zwembaden op het terrein en via een poortje sta je meteen op het strand. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement. Georgi die ons ontvangen heeft en de sleutels kwam brengen is een topper en staat altijd voor je klaar. Kortom een echte aanrader! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug. Wij hebben ons plekje wel gevonden!

Marianne (9/5): Schitterend mooie locatie met te veel regels - Het appartement op de begaande grond heeft een geweldig uitzicht. Op de Middellandse Zee en het zwembad waar je in ca 15 stappen staat. De keuken is geweldig en de rest van het appartement is ook goed ingericht. Dit was de derde keer dat we in La Perla verbleven. De eerste 2 keer waren meer dan 10 jaar geleden. Het onderhoud van de tuinen ziet er nog steeds top uit maar er zijn in de 10 jaar veel regels gekomen: in het zwembad mag je niet duiken, niet springen, geen speelgoed (bal, drijfobject). Zwembad is geopend van 10.00 tot 21.00 dus 's ochtends vroeg baantjes trekken is er niet bij. En er mogen geen balspellen worden gespeeld op de grasvelden. Al deze regels maakt het voor kinderen lastig zich goed te vermaken want ze worden continue door de lifeguard aangesproken.

Our Penthouse apartment was quiet and spacious throughout with the large balcony providing very relaxing views of the sea. La Perla is ideal for the traveller who seeks peace and relaxation! An earlier checking in time!

Marcin (10/5): We’ve spent there really great spanish holidays ! - The apartment is excellent! Comfortable, spacious and cozy. Very clean. Kitchen is really well-equipped. You may find there anything, what is needed to prepare your favorite meals😀. The additional advantage of it, is the very short distance to the main pool and seeview from large tarras. And it’s needed to mention the manager, Georgi. He’s very helpfull, provides all important information, answers all questions very fast. He’s the professional. Thanks for that! It’s more advice: to feel 100% comfortable you need to have a car. But it should be obvious to rent a car in Spain, because there is so many interesting places to visit which require having a car😀

Marega92 (10/5): A relaxing oasis in an exceptional location - We loved our days at the property! The location could not be better, it is a step away from the beach and the view is stunning. When at the apartment, we spent most of the time outside in the balcony admiring the view and didn't turn on the TV once. We prefer the beach and didn't use the pool, but there were 3 pools in the property that looked dreamy. The condo was beautiful, and all neighbors were very respectful with the noise. The apartment is equipped with everything to have a wonderful holiday, and it is very comfortable. Georgi was very nice to us and gave us good recommendations in the area. Our dog also loved his stay, so 10/10 for this trip. We hope to be back next year! Just as a small detail, the bedsheets were a little old and need an update, but it didn't affect our stay at all.

Great fish restaurant 5 mins walk away & other restaurants, bars & beaches only 15/20 mins walk away. 15 min drive into Estepona. We used 2 lovely pool areas, the first directly below our apartment & the second just a 2 min walk which was much bigger & better for proper swimming. Great communication & tips from Giorgio.
Mateja (10/5): A wonderful stay - The apartment is wonderful. Spacious and with all equipment. The terrace is a real gem. Huge, it has shade all day and has a wonderful view of the pool and the sea. The surroundings of the apartment are also wonderful. There are four swimming pools and two beaches, where you can rent sunbeds. There are also restaurants with excellent food. The location is an excellent base for exploring the entire area. Georgi, who welcomed us upon arrival, is the best. I recommend this apartment. We will definitely come back.

Sarah (9/5): Peaceful, slept well, lots of swimming, lots of walking and adequate restaurants, great apartment. - good apartment, good access to pool, good security, nice balcony, good view, very comfortable, would recommend. Good contact with agent if needed. Apartment and surroundings were really good. Better to have a car as only two restaurants nearby and no shop unless one crossed over bridge to garage. But fine for a short stay. During the hot weather hard to walk far if food shopping needed unless by bus or taxi. But this was not a problem for a short stay without a car. This had nothing to do with how good the apartment and pool and beautiful gardens with key to be secure within the compound.

Perez (10/5): Stunningly beautiful and relaxing resort! - The whole experience was magnificent. We spent 5 nights extremely relaxed and with great pool facilities at our disposal. There are some lovely restaurants all around the area and great beaches just a short walk away! Our host Georgi was very welcoming and attentive at all times. Overall we had a great time and we will definately be returning!

Georgi was a very welcoming host with lots of information on the local area. Direct access on to the promenade where you can walk to the local town and marina etc. We plan another trip very soon. N/a
Sandra (6/5): The price was reasonable but needs a face lift! - The urbanisation was lovely.Very well maintained and lovely landscaped gardens. You are right behind a nice beach. The apartment needs to be renovated badly! Although the lounge and outside area were fine the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen really need re doing! The bedding, towels and tea towels were very old , thin and washed out. Also I personally hate paying out seperarately for WiFi , beach towels and parking. Add it to the total instead of insisting it’s paid in cash when you check in. Wd complained about the WiFi being slow but were told that nobody had ever complained before! Seems hard to believe as we couldn’t even see the tv without losing the connection!
Oliver (7/5): Very comfortable. - A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. We were a little cold at night and could have done with some blankets. Also, many of the Spanish restaurants recommended to us were closed, it being off season. We would have benefitted from recommendations of Spanish restaurants that were open at that time of year.

Katie (7/5): A lovely venue, good location but too strict/harsh rules which spoil a relaxing break - Nice accommodation, good location, clean The rules were so strict! We felt like we were prisoners, our every move was watched and reported to the management and lifeguards. Simple things like hanging a child’s dress on a railing or leaving my things by my Lounger (at an empty pool with no other guests and plenty of spare loungers) for 15 mins while I ate my lunch 20 metres away were complained about and we were told off and our belongings moved! We were made to feel like we were constantly in trouble and u Dee watch even though nobody else was around. At one point the lifeguard came and sat directly opposite us and watched us for a number of hours just as we sunbathed! We felt like this took all our fun away and like we had to walk on eggshells. Nots as relaxing as I’d hoped!
Henricus (8/5): Beautiful resort, but with regular nightly disturbances by Dutch groups and families. - Spacious and comfortable apartment, very convenient with many amenities. Clean and nice swimming pool. Close to various restaurants, beach bars and a pedestrian promenade. During the second week of our stay the arrival of several Dutch families ruined our sleep for several nights. Loud music and shouting until 3:30am, nightly swims with lots of alcohol in the pool (and leaving behind empty bottles) etc. I’ve reported the issue and immediate action was taken (etc).
