Litt ekkel inngang til leilighetsbygget, ikke merket tydelig. Mye bråk fra leilighetsbygget på kveldstid. Noe dårlig isolerte vegger. Regnet med bråk fra gamlebyen så det gjorde ikke noe for vår del.

- Makiko (10/5): A short walk to the Old Town Krakow and trams, very well equipped apartment - You get the code to the building and the room one day prior to the arrival. It worked without any issues. A very equipped kitchen! Highlight was the soaking tub and personal sauna in the bathroom. I also chose this apartment because it had a washer/dryer combo which was very useful. They had 2 bathrooms and each had a hair dryer. One of the hair dryer did not become hot for some reason. It would've been nice to have some kind of oil in the kitchen for cooking, and paper towel.
- HelsBels-72 (9/5): Gorgeous apartment in a very convenient location. - The location of The Lavender apartment was perfect! It was only a few minutes walk to the huge shopping centre and train station and only a few minutes walk to the top side of the Old Town. It is also very close to one of the main pick up point for booked excursions. Check in was super easy at the reception (again a short walk from our apartment). As we arrived early in the morning, we were able to leave our luggage at reception whilst we explored the area before we checked in. On booking our apartment a few months before, communication was brilliant! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our five night stay. Although there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was great, the shower head could do with replacing. We could have done with additional tea towels or something to drain the washed dishes on. I believe this apartment sleeps up to four people as it has a sofa bed but there wouldn't be enough cutlery/plates (unless these are replenished if four guests are staying).

- Bohdan (9/5): Great! - The apartment was located in the heart of Krakow while also being within walking distance to the railway and tram stations. The apartments was very clean and well equipped. The building had an elevator and security in the building made us feel safe. Only small problems. Some furniture had signs of wear, but I am sure that owners are aware and working towards replacing these. Some of it was replaced as we stayed there! The need to pay a security deposit on the 3rd party site may not feel safe, even though everything turned out good for us. There were no photos of the kitchen on the Booking.com.

- James (1/5): The location and misleading information about where we would stay was a big disappointment - It was clean and comfortable The location is not where I booked. I booked to stay in the old town, it’s the area I searched and it is in the name of the accommodation. The location on booking.com is only the reception building and then there are apartments located around the city and not necessarily in the old town as advertised. When looking deeply into how they work I could see that they mention about different locations and there is an address mentioned for the room/apartment you book but this is not clear and is very misleading. We had take. A taxi to the reception building to find out at that time that our apartment was almost 1km away which we had to walk after 7 hours of travelling. We had all of our booked trips set to pick us up at the reception building (the location we thought we were staying at) so each morning we had to walk that extra amount to get to our pickup points. When I called the reception to complain they seemed apologetic but in the end didn’t seem to care or want to do anything. Also the WiFi was awful to the point where we we’re better off disconnecting and using our own phone signal, this also meant that the tv was useless as it was a smart tv which needed internet connection.

Abbiamo lasciato la finestra aperta per via del caldo e ogni ora ci svegliamo per le campane della cathedrale non molto piacevole !!!

- Gerli (5/5): - The accommodation was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The location was very good. There is a possibility to cook, a grocery store is right next to the accommodation. There is also a small cafe on the side street that serves breakfast. The hallway of the house is very dark, it is difficult to find the switch the first time. The lights do not turn on automatically. There is a risk of falling when going up the stairs. The accommodation was for 4 people, one bed was in the kitchen. The only way to get to the toilet from that room was through the other bedroom. When I went to the toilet, the bright light in the hallway of the toilet automatically turned on. The light shone directly into the bed in the other bedroom and disturbed sleep at night. I couldn't turn it off either. There was no closet in one bedroom, making it difficult to put clothes away. The wardrobe in the other bedroom had a very unpleasant musty smell. Tram noise entered the room late at night and early in the morning. Our friends stayed in another house of the same accommodation. Their conditions were much better, not comparable to ours, they paid the same price

Located between the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter, this apartment offers an incredible experience and a perfect opportunity to explore the beauty of the city. With two bathrooms, a sauna, and everything needed for a comfortable stay, along with clear check-in instructions, it truly stands out. The cleanliness is exceptional, the bed is very comfortable, and the sofa bed in the living room makes the apartment suitable for up to four guests or a couple. 10 out of 10 in every aspect. I would definitely recommend it to my friends, and I have no doubt that every guest will be delighted.

When we arrived in Krakow, we used the property address listed on Booking.com, but it turned out to be the reception address rather than the actual apartment location. Fragola had sent a message with the apartment address, but as new travelers, we did not immediately recognize the difference. After reaching reception, we learned that the apartment was located at another address. My suggestion would be to highlight the actual apartment address more clearly and prominently, so guests can easily distinguish it from the reception address before arrival.

A kapcsolattartó kedves volt, telefonon többször kerestük, mindig segítőkész. Második emelet és lift jó lett volna. A szobai kilátás egy belső udvarra nézett - ami a csendességnél előny a kilátásnál hátrány.

It was very easy to catch a bus or tram nearby. The apartment was light, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. It was in a quiet area, but there were shops and cafes nearby. We would certainly recommend it.
