Guest Reviews
No volvería.
- Shehzad (1/5): Extreme level of uncomfortable and unhappy - The rooms was so small even not have space to wardrobe. Very small batbroom. Uncomfortable. We stay there only 30 min then we leave the hotel. My totly rent was Wasted..
- Loredana Alina (6/5): Poor customer service from the receptionist Dan. Cold room. - Clean and in a good location. The room was getting very cold during the night as outside was 6/7 Celsius. The 23 Celsius in the ac wasn’t enough to keep the room warm through the night. I had to sleep with my hat on as the receptionist Dan recursed to increase the temperature in my room. He was also very rude and arrogant on the phone.

- Jonathan (7/5): Ideal for a night away. - Very clean. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Good location. Very compact room.
- Saul (1/5): -
- Pia (10/5): -
- Lauren (10/5): - Great location with welcoming staff Only one pillow on single bed and no spares
- Naděžda (5/5): -
- Jamie (8/5): Great location and very clean - Really good location, very very clean, eco friendly and lovely helpful staff. Parking across the road for only £5 overnight The bed was a bit hard and for the price it was very small and simple but perfect for what I needed
- Daniel (9/5): -
- Emma (1/5): - Staff were friendly and helpful. I woke covered in bites. Complained at reception, showed them photos of my bites. No refund offered! Apparently, they have to get specialists in to check the room first 🙄
I also paid extra to have a room with a window, but the window didn't open!
- Sharon (10/5): Excellent, have another two bookings with them - Clean, staff are very helpful
- John (9/5): good staff good night sleep very quiet - nice and clean a bit small but overall had good sleep a bit small
- Catriona (7/5): -
- Terry (10/5): Very relaxing stay with exceptional staff - Clean and well lit. Bathroom door didn't close
- Hannah (7/5): -
- Paul (9/5): -
- Ann (10/5): Great value for city centre - Very reasonable prices for a hotel in the centre of Glasgow. The room we had was really cleverly laid out, with everything we needed for a short overnight stay. No tea or coffee provided in the room, but there was a machine at reception. Staff were very friendly and welcoming when we checked in. Could have done with another couple of pillows.
- alex (10/5): -
- Gillian (8/5): - Clean and great location 😀

- Val (8/5): Great Value for money - Does exactly what it says. Great location, warm, clean and cosy. Ideal for a short stay.
- Adam (4/5): -
- Paul (4/5): -
- Jocelyn (6/5): It’s ok, but quite small space, just indeed fit double bed, less space to move, no table, small bathroom , just a place - Clean Small
- Susan (4/5): The staff were very helpful kind and respectful and the location was good - The property was in a good location The rooms were tiny for what you paid no room to move and no window no tea or coffee facilities in your room had to pay 2.50 for a tea or coffee it cost 120 for one night defo not worth it
- Mcwilliam (4/5): - Nothing The room was a cupboard absolutely tiny and the bed was basically concrete
- Amy (10/5): Perfect - It’s comfortable and clean and the staff were more than accommodating helping us with directions and places to go
- Morgan (1/5): Underwhelmed, disappointed and a little disgusted by the overall look and smell of the room. - The view was nice The room was damp, it smelled like damp, the bathroom wasn’t clean and the floor was sticky and damp. The floors hadn’t been cleaned prior to our stay nor was the bathroom cleaned to an adequate standard (the mirror was foggy and the sink was covered in hair and limescale.)
- Giada (8/5): -
- Zakia (8/5): - I would like the please because it's in the city There was no place for tea or coffee in the room, especially no tea kettle.
- Ian (8/5): Good value for a short stay, minimal facilities as you would expect - i would stay there again - Good city location, clean The first sign saying to save ‘carbon’ by using the stairs- really?! lol
- Norma (8/5): -
- Lappin (7/5): - Quiet and clean. Lovely staff very helpful. Location. Room very small. Shower not very good.
- shaun (10/5): -
- Brian (9/5): -
- Hanna (1/5): Shit - The location and the staff Where do I even start
- Kevin (7/5): -
- Moira (9/5): - Handy for city centre, quiet, comfortable bed Very basic room but had all I needed to just have a room for the night on my arrival in Glasgow
- Khiter (10/5): -
- William (2/5): Was not worth the money they charged - Nothing Over priced
- francesca (4/5): - il personale c'era puzza
- Iain (6/5): -
- Gary (1/5): - Nothing To small no windows
- Duncan (10/5): - Excellent location
Super staff. Even helped my partner glue a broken sandal
- Shania (4/5): Clean & good location- but probably wouldn’t stay again. - I liked how clean the room was and the location is in a good place. Also like how there is multi storey car park right across the street so it was easy to park and not expensive either. We paid £80 for a room without a window, we done this as it was £50 extra for a window and presumed it wouldn’t be so bad, but it wasn’t the best and it’s definitely worth upgrading to a window room. The room is tiny and only fits a double bed, it also had nothing in it apart from the bed, bathroom, tv would have appreciated some cups / kettle or something. Only received 1 towel so had to get more from reception, also pillows you were too soft so we needed to ask for 2 more at reception. The room walls are thin so heard the neighbours making love at 2am🙈. Bed wasn’t comfy it was quite hard and on top of the room either being freezing cold or roasting hot it was just not comfortable. The thermostat doesn’t let you change temp of heat to turn it down. Also the lighting is awful it’s so dark you have only got one light on the wall which isn’t bright, no side lights or anything. Definitely need more lighting in rooms with no window!

- Kenward (9/5): - Room clean, but small.
Air con / heater worked well. TV mounted where it was difficult to view.
Bed nearest to door had a light switch but could benefit having a 13 amp socket as well.
The shower curtain kept jamming when pulled along.
- Susan (10/5): Great value for money clean and comfortable and staff were nice - Central and very clean Bathroom was so so tiny
- McNeillie (1/5): Would not recommend, rooms are dirty, dingy and tiny. - Location was ok. The rooms were absolutely tiny, poorly lit (no windows and only had 1 old fashioned light) and very dirty. There were hairs in the shower, sink, etc when we checked in. The bed was tiny and extremely uncomfortable. A double bed only had a shelf and plug on one side which isn’t practical. Just generally dirty and poorly laid out.
- Steven (5/5): -
- Frances (5/5): It was adequate and clean in a central location. - It was central. Nothing fancy Tea making facilities but realise it had no frills
- jennifer (8/5): - good location, nice staff small rooms but this is a budget hotel and easy hotel are known for this but definitely couldn’t fit anymore than 2 people in the room i was staying in
- Ian (8/5): -
- Carmichael (2/5): Don't do it - The front desk staff were nice Horrible tiny room. Plastic bed sheets, too cold then too hot. Telly didn't work. Window full of condensation (doesn't open). Only one bedside shelf. No storage.
- Fiona (5/5): Not ideal - Bed was comfy enough
Modern clean hotel
Ideal if you are a solo traveller looking for a bed to crash for a night or a few hours The room was tiny!
Felt like we were on an easy jet plane or incarascerated.
Husband could literally touch both sides of the wall whilst lying in the bed.
1 bathtowel between us.
No space to put anything apart from a tiny shelf on the bedside that wasn't against the wall and the bin lid on the floor (no good if you are trying to get ready for a night out)
£109 for a night is not a budget bargain for the basics provided. In this case a bed, toilet and towel.

- katie (6/5): great for a night stay any longer wouldn’t recommend - the location was great ! it was very close to the city centre and bus station the room was very small it was just a bed with a toilet and shower however the toilet resembled a train toilet with little to no room. all over for the price you can’t complain but there was no facilities in the hotel except from the rooms
- Stacey (8/5): Good. Would Saturday again. - Room is clean, staff are friendly. Good locations. Felt safe. The rooms aren't very sound proff and you have to pay for the coffee in reception.

- Summer (4/5): - It was right in city centre, me and my friend stayed at easy hotel because even though we’re actually from Glasgow we wanted to be able to stay out later without worrying about travel home and being sober enough to make a commute. It was very clean. Staff were lovely. We got two keys so weren’t stressed the whole night about losing it as much. The hotel is literally right next to all the clubs, pubs, shopping centres and shops. The ONLY thing about the hotel was the shower was FREEZING cold. I luckily showered before we went to the hotel but my friend decided to wash her hair at the hotel and she literally has to turn the heating all the way up and sit under the blankets with her PJs on for an hour before she could start getting ready she was that cold. Also she didn’t even rinse her hair properly because the cold was unbearable. I showered the next morning and she was not being dramatic no matter what setting it was BOLTIC freezing. In all fairness we never actually told a member of staff because we were just saying for the one night so maybe it was just a thing with our shower specifically. But damn.
- jorjar403 (10/5): 10/10 would come again - We had the best time here, we were in a bit of a bind and needed last minute accommodation, Casper and the team were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Located right in the city centre it was so easy to get around, the rooms were immaculate and so cozy and warm. thank you guys!!
- marekk957 (10/5): Perfect cheap city break getaway for couples - Great value for money, my partner and I were able to stay in Glasgow for 3 nights for £60pp - the check in experience was one of the fastest I've had in my life. The reception team is excellent and is available 24hrs a day, from extra towels, pillows, toilet paper and more. Shoutout to Casper who helped us out during our stay.
Recommend to anyone wanting to explore Glasgow and surrounding regions due to its excellent location to the center and public transports.
- Roseann (1/5): - Nothing Bed horrible springs coming through mattress coffee machine not working and shoking prices for a hot chocolate
- Vrishab (6/5): Passable. Consider better options available at slightly higher rates - Clean, good location Room was small, no table, no lamp. Quite depressing. Staff did not agree for late check out even for 11AM without paying £12 extra.
- Hany (10/5): - We would like to thank all the staff at this hotel who made us feel at home with everything they provided. Thank you to Zaahir and bira and tsonko
- Cristina (8/5): -
- Molly (7/5): -
- Emmanuelle (2/5): I certainly will not go back. The worse stay! - Nothing it was just a box. I could hear people coming in and out. The noise, the condensation and no kettle.
- Stephen (9/5): -
- Douglas (4/5): Good location but very basic. - Central location. Comfortable bed. Lift out of order on arrival and the following day when I departed. Freezing cold water in the morning. At checkout was informed that there was a problem that would be resolved by the afternoon. No window in the tiny bedroom.
- Fiona (5/5): - The room was clean and was in a great location. The lift was out of order and there was no hot water after running the shower for 10 minutes. No apologies.
- Ross (8/5): Good location, excellent service, excellent value - Staff were very helpful Just one wee bath mat would have been welcome
- Beatrice (1/5): -
- ross (8/5): -
- Kirsty (8/5): -
- Christine (1/5): -
- Carolann (8/5): - No breakfast options at this hotel or kettle in room so would say truce should be lower but is a nice hotel to stay in
- Matthew (10/5): -
- Fraser (9/5): - Easy to check in Small room
- Abby (8/5): -
- Saleh (10/5): - Good location
- Caroline (10/5): Friendly staff great location and budget friendly. - Location Clean
- Emilie (8/5): Great for solo travellers - Good location, near the big bus station. Great for solo travellers. Small rooms were good but the walls were really thin. I could hear the person in the room next to be in the shower and shuffling around their room.
