Renovations not complete as yet, junior staff is standoffish, non-communicative, did not entertain basic requests.

• Aashish (2/5): Very Pathetic - The only think I liked was that the location was close to the railway station. Bathroom was broken. Room was dirty. Lift was not working. Staff demanded extra money to confirm the booking though the payment was already made online.

• Soumojit (1/5): worst experience ever,’never stay here. - nothing, it was the worst experience of my life, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff were awful and it was a very bitter experience for us. we booked with breakfast and the hotel didn’t even have a breakfast menu or anything at all for us to be eaten, when told the manager he was rude and said there’s no such thing as breakfast in our hotel. it was an absolute nightmare, the hotel sucks and we couldn’t do our work which caused us heavy monetary damage, the staff were awful to start with, will never ever go back to this place, the room stinked and the walls were full of mold, it was unhygienic and a disaster.

• Amrit (1/5): Bad - Nothing Hotel was denied to provide the room at the paid amount. The hotel manager asked that the price is so cheap which I had paid so he told that he can't provide room. After being various discussion with the manager he agreed to provide a non AC room which was very bad.
