• Hazra (7/5): Go for it. - Location near TCS Gitobitan centre. Just a 5 min walk from the hotel room . The room was okayish. To be honest the walls the mattress even the curtains were stained and we all know what stains OYO hotels are known for. The staff was good and helpful, quite forward though.

• Manoj (1/5): Not worth it - Nothing The attendant’s behavior is concerning—he is homophobic and made uncomfortable advances, which felt inappropriate. The room was dirty, and the bedsheets hadn’t been changed. I even found strands of women’s hair on the bed. The bathroom was unhygienic as well, and I suggest the owner takes these issues seriously. For ₹1,000 per person per night, the quality of service was extremely poor. But I guess, as men, our comfort doesn’t seem to matter to them.

First of all even after pre booking the hotel i was not allowed to stay in the hotel because they charged extra money from us. We booked for Rs 673 including tax and they charged us more than Rs 1000. We were harassed for more than 2 hours not allowing to enter the room and finally after getting no help from booking.com we had to move out. The lady in the reception was so rude to us that we were scared to wait there as she was shouting and yelling like hell to us. I’ve never been in this situation before. Fraud property. They scam people. They quote less price but after reaching the property they will charge extra money and harass you. I’m so disappointed with Booking.com

Com on their recommendation that this property cannot be booked at this price. The owner demanded higher price and dint allow check in. The price was made low to attract customer but refused entry. At Genius level this was not expected from Booking.com. Must Blacklist the property as quality is very low.
