• olivier (7/5): - la situation géographique, le parking disponible à côté de l'appartement, la super vue sur mer et la plage à qq mettre de l'appartement. l'appartement est vraiment petit, nous avons déjà eu des chambres d'hôtel plus grandes que cet appartement. Le canapé du coin salon est simplement séparé par une table de nuit

• Елена (10/5): Прекрасный вариант для размещения семьи у самого моря! - Идеальное месторасположение, до моря рукой подать. Места в номере достаточно, в кухонном уголке есть вся необходимая посуда. На пляже есть два бара, мы каждый день отдыхали на Diamond Beach. Лежаки бесплатные, нет обязательной консумации, цены приемлемые, а от отеля предоставили скидку 10% на всё меню. Маленький санузел, нужно приноровиться 😅 Уборка почему-то была очень поздно, бывало что возвращались к 13 часам в номер, а пол только помыли или ещё не начинали. В остальном всё было супер!

The room was big enough, the beach is already right there, a nice balcony, the bed was comfortable. They have enough things to cook etc. They clean the room everyday. Sara was very helpful with her tips. The bathroom feels kind of dirty, maybe it’s a bit old that’s why and the bathroom window is on the corridor so I could hear and almost see people while taking shower etc, that was a bit uncomfortable. I wish there was a washing machine somewhere at the facility. There was no one when we arrived and we had to look for them to get the keys.

There is everything for a nice stay - good coffee machine, fridge, sandwich maker, cutlery, plates and glasses. Diamond Beach Bar is wonderful - great beach beds, staff, foods and drinks. A "Do Not Disturb" sign for door would be a great idea.

• Jasmina (2/5): Rude owners, no hot water - Although there was no hot water throughout most of the day, and the owners of this place are really rude, the apartment itself was nice and clean and at a fine location. Nea Moudania is a beautiful place, it is worth a visit, and with the right accommodation it is a good place to spend a vacation. There was no hot water on this property throughout most of the day. During our stay, there was no hot (or even warm) water in the evening hours after 8 PM, and in the mornings almost until 1 PM. Upon our request to the owner to solve this issue, we were ignored and insulted, accused of not telling the truth, with a piece of advice from the owners "to go and find another place", because we were not satisfied with having no hot water to take a shower. Having hot water 24/7 is a basic necessity in the 21 century, and a place that calls itself "luxury" should be aware of it. We decided to stay despite this issue, because we were on the last days of our vacation in Greece and didn't have the time to reschedule and search for another place to stay. After insulting us because of our request to fix the issue of hot water, the owner completely ignored us, which is another thing that proves a complete lack of professionalism. If you carefully read other reviews of this place, you can see that not having hot water is a recurring issue. We were speaking with another guest, and the cleaning lady at the place about this problem, who confirmed this issue, and upon mentioning that to the owners we were accused of disturbing the other guests and "yelling"?! Nothing is disturbing in speaking with other people at the property. All in all, we cannot recommend this accommodation, the unprofessionalism of the owners nullifies all other values ​​of this place.
• Kosta (7/5): Overall not a bad experience. - The best thing was the location. It’s near to the beach, tavernas and markets and it does have a nice sea view. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. The room was smaller than I was expecting and in my opinion too small to call it “luxury”. For a family with a kid is not so comfortable.
• Zoran.m (9/5): Great place - Very clean place, room was cleaned evey day, private parking, next to the beach, close to shops, premium equipment, comfortable beds, front sea view, friendly staff. There was not a hot water almost the whole time during our stay. At evening you have to take shower with cold water, which is big inconvenience when you are traveling with small kids. Everything else was above expected regarding the apartments.
