No toiletries were provided not even towel. Electricity problem due to which ac was non functional. Further they charged extra for no reason. Also I paid for a triple room but I got a double room.

- Márta (1/5): Horrible management of hotel, not accepting foreign guests! - There is nothing to put here To say that we were shocked and disappointed by this hotel is a huge understatement. We drove all day to reach Jammu and when we arrived at the hotel at 9pm, the men there were very unhelpful, unfriendly, told us we do not have a booking, after we showed them our confirmation, they asked us if we are married, then told us they have no rooms available and we have to cancel our booking. They were unwilling to communicate with us, not even when we tried Google translate. Then a third person came saying that foreigners cannot stay at this hotel, only Indians, he quoted a C form that basically asked for the same information any hotel we have stayed in India has asked for this past month. We were tired and disappointed to argue, they even laughed when we left. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had in the 52 countries we have traveled, we hope something can be done to penalize this hotel or remove them from booking because they are not traveller and foreign friendly.
