• pradip (4/5): Not so good. - The hotel staff seemed very polite. The location of the hotel is near the railway station. The hotel room is not maintained properly. Geyser, light point, window and door locking system are not working properly.

Rooms are smelly,bed sheets never washed.From morning i requested them to change,I gave them keys to change bedsheets and pillow covers when I went out. But they didn't bother. When i came back to room, nothing was changed.and i had to call them 3 times until they came and changed the bedsheet,which was even worser.i had to use towel to lie down and sleep.Hallway to the room was full of rotten food kept on floor.no water in pipe. Floor was sticky. It was a night mare to stay. I will move to consumer court. My whole body is itching now.

• Asit (3/5): Poor - It is near the Lucknow NR Railway Station. Aminabad market is within 2 km. They arranged cab for Ayodhya trip. Rooms were spacious. However, water was not available for certain period. The property is in front of a flyover and front road was dirty.

• Louza (1/5): Bad - Nothing Based on the conditions on booking.com the payment was supposed to be done in cash at the hotel, no payment in advance should not have been done. However, after making the reservation the hotel asked to send a deposit payment which we refused. After that the hotel canceled our booking. The justification that we received at the front desk was that they do not accomodate foreigners. I don’t believe that, the reason was our refusal to pay the deposit. We had to look for another accomodation.

• Arvindkumar (1/5): NO FURTHER STAY IN THIS PROPERTY... - NOTHING......EXCEPT LOCATION My booking was including breakfast but it was informed that kitchen has been closed and you will get ONLY WATER AND THAT BY PAYING PRICE FOR IT. NO ROOM SERVICE. NO MAINTAINANCE AT ALL. I informed to your office and same was confirmed with reception counter at the time of check in i.e. on 20.08.2024. It was assured that REFUND for breakfast charges will be credited in my account maximum within 48 hours. Till moment neither any amount credited nor any reply either from you or hotel management.

• Pandey (5/5): Feb PS Grand Stay Honest review. - First -I want to say that never book ticket from booking. Com they will committ some thing and deliver totaly differently ( Service /support) only they take commission and runaway. Second -this hotel have isssue when you book online. They treat like you have done payment ( I paid Fully) or booking company taking mote commission than they want to give. Third - In the name is deluxe room and serive they will not going to arrange a bottle of water. Washroom is third class, in the name of A/C you will get cooler. Some staff behavior

• Anup (5/5): Passable with good staff behaviour but no amenities - Good staff behaviour Service was very poor. For water they took 1 hour to provide. It is mentioned free breakfast, don’t assume that. Free breakfast doesn’t mean a breakfast it’s just toast, bread, bun etc little more than snacks that’s it. There was no provision for hot water, intercom. Even towel was not provided. No toothpaste, brush, combs, shampoo, soap, moisturiser etc. everything you need to carry on your own. So the cost of each room is not justifiable with the amenities.
