SUSHANTA (5/5): - The behavior of the staff was good. The rooms need to be kept ready and available for accommodation, instead they were struggling with plumbing / leakage issues with bathroom fittings even though we arrived late, around 3.00PM and it continued till we left. Moreover, we enquired and requested at 9.30 AM on 5th Apr'26 (date of leaving) for 2hrs extra as late check-out which they agreed but never informed we shall be charged extra. Surprisingly while check-out, they charged EXTRA for Late check-out which is OK, but definitely is suppressions of information/facts leading to distasteful feeling.
