Electric kettle was not present in the room, we have requested that and then got. Road is from center of Mapro Garden parking, we struggle a bit to find the location.

• Bogdan (9/5): Nice place to stay if you are visiting Mahabaleshwar - Location is great, staff was helpful, the hotel looks great and the rooms are clean. Bed is way too soft and there are frequent power outages.
• Varun (8/5): Very good - The location was behind mapro and easily accessible with parking. The food was excellent. Excellent staff behaviour. The beds were way too much sinking which can be an issue for the people with back problems.

• Vinod (2/5): No value for money - Staff is supportive and room size are decent. Mattress, bedsheets and duets are not cleaned and has bad odours. Doors are broken. It took more than 2 hrs to deliver our foods in night. How water not available when needed, only available in morning that too we need to follow up.

• Nikita (7/5): Pet friendly - It's located just behind Mapro. Rates are very reasonable considering the location. The place is very peaceful and away from the hustle bustle of the city . Sight seeing is very convenient since the resort is located equidistant from both Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani. It is pet friendly. Special food was given to my pet on request. The staff is very polite and helpful. They serve fresh home cooked meals at reasonable prices . Pithla bhakri and kaju curry are very tasty. Food rates are very economical. Bedding and cushion covers were not clean at all. The mattress is like a 1foot thick piece of sponge with springs. It is extremely uncomfortable. Rooms are damp and there were tiny insects biting us in bed. Cleanliness can be improved and rooms can be kept open for ventilation once the guest leaves. Room Freshners, kettles , coffee satchets could be provided.

• Sourav (7/5): Bed and Breakfast behind Mapro Garden - Courteous and prompt response from staff.TV was not working in one of the rooms. Checked and rectified immediately by the staff. Location behind Mapro Garden. Payments were easy and hassle free. No view from the rooms. Bedsheets could have been better maintained. Facilities were basic, like bed and breakfast. Don't expect too much on amenities.

• Aijaz (10/5): Exceptional - Hotel On the Rock is really nice and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and staff was really good and supportive. Food quality was good but need to add more options with break fast. Overall our stay was pleasant. Need to improve the bed linen.
• Bhakti (10/5): Exceptional - We struck the best deal possible during our stay here at Mahabaleshwar. This place is quiet, cosy and extremely affordable and doesn't compromise on cleanliness. Sagar who is the manager at the property was extremely hospitable, polite and welcoming. He displayed thorough professionalism and made our stay comfortable and a pleasure. Will definitely recommend this place, but mainly because of Sagar's demeanor.
