The phone was not working, the bath area drainage was blocked and water was logging. It took more than 15 minutes to drain off. Rest all were excellent

They claimed ignorance of booking.com policies and applied additional taxes without prior notice. The inconsistency between online information and the reality of the stay makes it difficult to recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was very well maintained with good 24/7 service. it is located at prime location making very convenient to travel to main attractions in and around Mysore. Even though the food was good, we had to go to the restaurant with whom the hotel had ties and the service was not good at all. they charged additional charges to provide complimentary breakfast to hotel room even for aged people.

The Staff was responsive to an issue we had late in night regarding the A/c. A/c In the First room we stayed should have been checked before us checking to avoid us waiting in the night to get a different room where the A/c Had cooling.
