- Gabriele (8/5): - Perfekt für einen Zwischenstop, direkt an der Strasse mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, super bequeme Betten und ein großer TV! die Lüftung im Bad rauschte die ganze Nacht, nicht laut aber leider nicht selbst zum ausschalten.

Smestaj je lep,prostran,kreveti udobni,nov namestaj,higijena odlicna.Besplatan parking pored sobe. Malo je dalje od centra Portoroza,sto za nas nije predstavljalo problem,uzivali smo u setnji pored mora.
- NATAŠA (10/5): - Soba ima vso udobje, od postelje, velikega TV, moderne opreme, priročen hladilnik in vse zelo čisto. Vstop je preko kode, kar je zelo zasebno in praktično. Zunaj je terasa z vrtnim pohištvom. Zaprosila sem za sobo za mirni lokaciji in so mi ugodili (soba 8).😊 V bližini je pizzerija in trgovina Mercator, do marine Portorož in kampa Lucije je kratek sprehod. Skratka priročna lokacija in zelo lepo bivanje.
- Zdenka (8/5): - Odlična lokacija, čista soba in kopalnica. Za prenočitev odlična izbira. Običajno spim v hladnem prostoru, zato pa sem pokrita s toplo odejo. Ta odeja ob še vedno hladnih nočeh ni bila dovolj. Žal tudi ni bilo nobene deke v omari, da bi se lahko dodatno pokrila. Je pa na voljo dobro delujoča klima.

- Vojtěch (9/5): - Hezký útulný pokoj s hezkou koupelnou. Pokoj má sezení i venku a se psem to bylo perfektní. Parkování bylo teď mimo sezónu úplně v pořádku. K moři to je asi 15 minut pěšky a restaurace jsou blízko. Můžu doporučit restauraci Zlato Sidro která je za cenu úplně perfektní. Lednička dělala někdy divný zvuky, ale na noc ji stačilo vypojit a ráno zase zapojit.

- Cintia (9/5): I would be happy to recommend - Small touches! Guest slippers, water, refreshing cloth, board games, books in the room. Late self-check-in. Very good room location (room 8).Overall we were satisfied. The room and bathroom were very cold and the floor was very cold. This was very unpleasant because they specifically asked that the dog be on the floor (small bodies get cold easily. The beds were sliding apart.
- Sandra (10/5): Super za ta denar! Priporočam. - Soba s kopalnico je bila zelo čista, brisače so bile na uporabo, klima v sobi. Hladen prostor, dve postelji namesto ena zakonska.

- Michael (10/5): - Super accessibile, parcheggio davanti alla stanza, pulito, semplice ma con tutto ciò che serve, gestore gentile e disponibile. Ho potuto stare benissimo con i miei due cani che mi seguono per lavoro e al posto di dover fare versamenti apposta é passato di persona per incassare l'importo super onesto per ospite con cane. Purtroppo non é possibile aggiungere la tassa direttamente da Booking. Posizione comoda sia da raggiungere per la strada vicina (ma non si sente dato che ben isolata), ristoranti e negozi e anche passeggiate in natura sono tutti a pochi passi. Grazie sono stato bene posso solo consigliare! Michael
- LUCA (1/5): - Niente Al nostro arrivo c'era la pompa di calore accesa ma non ha riscaldato per nulla la stanza. Odore di chiuso/muffa, lenzuola che sembravano bagnate talmente era umida la camera. Bagno non finestrato, freddo e con un termosifone elettrico da accendere al bisogno. Avremmo voluto lavarci ma era impensabile spogliarsi. Televisione visibile solo dal divano e non dal letto. Tutto troppo per il prezzo pagato.

- Patricia (8/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Umgebung ruhig. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Eingangstür, was sehr bequem war. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer konnte nur über die Klimaanlage beheizt werden, so dass es auf der Fensterseite immer kalt war. Das Bad konnte gar nicht beheizt werden. Auch wäre es schön gewesen, wenn es einen Wasserkocher gegeben hätte um Tee zu kochen.

- macjus6 (1/5): Osobiście nie polecam - Z plusów parking pod oknami, także samochód/motocykl mamy na oku i jest bezpieczny. Dobra lokalizacja na bazę wypadową, ale na pewno nie zimą, myślę, że w porze letniej powinno być lepiej. Właściciel był w okolicy i po mojej wiadomości niezwłocznie się pojawił. Nie polecam. Termin rezerwacji koniec grudnia. Po wejściu do pokoju czuć ogromną wilgoć i zimno co świadczy o tym, że pokoje w żaden sposób w okresie zimowym nie są dogrzewane. Okna, drzwi są słabo izolowane, słychać hałas z ulicy która znajduje się przy samym hotelu. W ofercie widnieje informacja o ogrzewaniu i klimatyzacji, natomiast w rzeczywistości jedyną opcją grzania jest klimatyzator który znajduje się jedynie w części sypialnianej. W łazience i sypialni mimo zamontowanych grzejników nie ma możliwości ich włączenia. W takim razie nie wiem kiedy i czy w ogóle one są włączane, może przy większej ilości gości...kto wie. Po wiadomości do właściciela otrzymałem odpowiedź zwrotną, "Grzejnik nie działa, ponieważ w pokoju jest klimatyzacja i wystarczająco dużo ciepła dociera również do łazienki." Na pytanie w jaki sposób mam ogrzać łazienkę, żeby móc z niej komfortowo korzystać usłyszałem, że mam pozostawić otwarte drzwi. Także idąc tokiem rozumowania właściciela mam "korzystać " z łazienki przy otwartych drzwiach do sypialni gdzie łóżko znajduję się zaraz przy drzwiach.... niczym w oborze. Właściciel w żaden sposób nie zaproponował żadnego rozwiązania chociażby użyczenie elektrycznego grzejnika do dogrzania łazienki. Jako motocyklista byłem w wielu krajach zarówno europejskich jak i azjatyckich i nigdy nie spotkałem się z takimi warunkami, obojętnością właściciela i brakiem rozwiązania problemu. Żałuję, że wcześniej nie przeczytałem negatywnych komentarzy na temat tego hotelu.

- Ladina (7/5): - The room is equipped well enough for staying a short term whilst 'travelling through' It feels special at first that the main door looks right out to the street, and there's no buffer zone/ entrance space. Yet no worries, you adapt quickly to that. I arrived earlier at the accomodation than the stated time, and luckily was able to leave my baggage secured until check-in - thanks for the quick communication.

- Gabor (9/5): - We had a room with balcony so in the morning we went outside and enjoyed the view from there. We went there from Trieste towards Croatia, so it was a great place to spend one night. This is not so modern but they are developing it. I believe in some years they are going to make it much more nicer but it was more than okay. Main road is close to the apartment it is good by car but can be noisy.
