• Andrea (1/5): Never again - The Internet was good Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The bathroom facilities were in very poor condition: the toilet barely flushed, the sink had no running water, and there was no hot water despite having a heater installed. Additionally, the shower drainage did not work, so the bathroom would flood and remain covered in water for hours after showering.

• Rochelle (8/5): Very good - The location and the staff, its literally at the side of the beach. And the street where it is the center of where you can find restaurants store and ATMs and all bars! The bathroom needs super improvement 😭 as in! the wifi you need to ask for code daily downstairs at the reception, the code only works for 24 hrs. I guess this is the cheapest room in the area and you just get what you paid for. But over all we really enjoy our stay in panglao

• Karri (7/5): Very very basic room with great Alona beach location - Location perfect near Alona beach. All restaurants, shops and services just outside the door Very worn down small room with small toilet. You basically shovered with handheld shower sitting on toilet seat. Only sewer was in floor corner. Tv channels didn’t work. No refridgerator. You could see daylight from the cracks around door. But price for room was so cheap that all this was undertandable

• Joyce (7/5): Great location if you want to stay in Alona - The location is great, just a few steps from Alona Beach and the convenience store is just on the 1st floor. The television didn't turn on and the handle of the shower is broken, which is not safe if you have kids Also no double lock inside the room, my 6 year old son easily opened the door by just twisting the door knob. It would be nice if they added an extra lock inside for security purposes.
• Allyn (8/5): Highly convenient - Just a short walk from the beach, and in everything you need like fast food chain (Jollibee & McDo), resto, convenient stores, ATMs and, etc. They use two beds for their family of three, including an infant, rather than just a double bed to accommodate everyone comfortably.

• Eugenie (1/5): Never again it sucks - Only the position Well it's a long list; first of all we were charged more than expected on booking, is this the reason why you have to pay there? 🤔 Even we had extra fee for my son we were not even given a third towel or a bed. Room and toilet were dirty and awfully smelly, after one night also our stuff smelled like mold. No toilet paper nor sheets, we had to sleep on the materasses. Tv didn't work and ac was licking. The most annoying thing was the staff, rude and unfriendly. Do not go! It sucks

• Lorife (6/5): very good location - Location is really good, beach is only few steps away. Stores are around. I hope they provide small toiletries next time tho. Clean rooms and easy to go around. Near with Mcdonalds, 7/11, Jollibee and ATM/s. NO toiletries at all, even shampoo sachets. That's only it.

But all in all, it’s good since we didn’t always - I like the location, just few steps away from Alona Beach. They need to fix the door knob for the guest safety. And also when you take shower, the water splashes to the door which lead to go in our room.

Right in the center of the action for very little expense. the atmosphere was a bit depressing. And the television did not work at all.... but who watches television at a beach hotel

• Jose (8/5): Meets my expectations, literally a bed and a bath, it is near to everything you dont have to go far - Near to everything, early check in since we arrive early, air-conditioning is great, beds are comfy No toiletries or just a tissue No Clotheslines to dry your shirts

Cons: bit expensive -no tv remote (need to download the remote app to use it) socket outlet needs to be modified- I need to turn off the tv to charge my phone- No shower holder -some tiles too 5:y are broken and require to modify

• Anonymous (8/5): Great for solo female traveler - It’s very close to the beach and the restaurants at a very cheap price. So happy I was able to enjoy the privacy and I felt safe too as I was traveling alone. AC working fine, bed is ok snd comfy too. For the price, it’s great for me. The location is unmatched considering the pricey tricycle fee around Panglao. You wanna be close to Alona beach as much as possible. The bathroom can be improved. The shower is faulty and water leaks from the restroom to the room floor. The hallway looks dirty. The staff cleans but the property can be improved! Hallway looks horrible with pails to catch the leak from AC. Come on Innbox, you can do better to make it look more appealing.
