• Adrienn (10/5): Segítőkész házigazda tiszta rendezett szállás. - Rendkívül kedves segítőkész házigazda. Ajánlott éttermeket és programot is amikor kérdeztük. A belváros negyed óra sétával könnyen elérhető. Közel sikerült parkolunk és a napijeggyel olcsó volt.

• Sebastian (9/5): - Der Gastgeber Lorenzo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation über Telefon bzw WhatsApp war unkompliziert. Unser Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr schön. Der Frühstücksbereich ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Frühstück war lecker. Wir würden sofort wieder hier übernachten.
• Kamilė (10/5): The best accommodation in Genova - Everything was amazing: the host Lorenzo was extremely helpful and welcoming, the breakfast format was a perfect fit for our late mornings, the location was in a lovely Albaro district with plenty of dining places, parking was also tolerable considering how it’s difficult to park in Genova. Thank you !!!

• Nico (10/5): perfecto - Super Typ, war sehr freundlich. War bei meiner Ankunft leider nicht im Appartment. Hat mir es aber sehr ausführlich erklärt wie ich dennoch reinkomme. Gab uns am Morgen ein super Frühstück und haben zudem noch extrem gute Tipps für Orte zum Anschauen. Nur zu Empfehlen. Außerdem konnte ich mich auch um 23:00 bei ihm melden und er ließ nicht lange auf eine Antwort warten! Parkplatzmangel bei später Ankunft

La camera dove ho soggiornato era grande e spaziosa, idem per il bagno dove ho potuto trovare tutti i comfort con due bottigliette di acqua di benvenuto. Colazione molto buona, fresca. Lorenzo, il proprietario, molto disponibile e gentile, attento alle necessità dei clienti.

• Pantin (9/5): It is a well appointed property which is extremely clean and well maintained. - Excellent location in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We were met on arrival by the owner who walked us through the space and explained certain things to us. If we had any issues (which we didn’t )or needed assistance with anything (which we did) he was easy to reach and more than willing to assist. However there was no one on the property full time.

Die Unterkunft ist für drei Parteien ausgelegt und das Frühstück stand für alle gemeinsam in einem Gemeinschaftsraum bereit. Uns war nicht ganz klar, was und wie viel wir essen dürfen, weil das Frühstück abgezählt wirkte und wir aber nicht wussten, wie viele Personen aktuell da sind.

• Nicola (7/5): Perfect for visiting the city - This property is an apartment converted into a small 3-room hotel. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. However, they are very close to one another, which means there’s limited privacy. Communication with the host was adequate, although we didn’t meet him until the day of departure. He seemed like a nice person, but it would have been better if he had been a bit more present during our stay. That said, the check-in process was smooth, you enter using a code, and the key is left at your room door. The property is pet friendly and about a 20 minute walk from the city centre. Unfortunately, the room faces a busy street and is quite noisy both day and night, which can affect sleep quality. This type of accommodation is convenient for younger travelers, but may not be ideal for more mature couples seeking comfort and tranquility. The continental breakfast is very basic, with coffee from an espresso machine. The croissants were not particularly fresh, and there were no alternative milk options available. On the second day, we preferred to have breakfast at a nearby café instead — despite it being included in the price. Additionally, there was no daily room cleaning.

It is a 20 min walk into the main centre but I liked that as the area is a more well kept part of the city. There’s some beautiful buildings nearby. Lorenzo gave us recommendations for dinner and places to visit which was great. His place is very clean, modern, well equipped and the breakfast was great to have. I would definitely stay here again.
