• Jeff (2/5): - This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Dirty, old, and not safe. I cannot believe Expedia has it on their site. The only good thing about it is the location. 1st lets start with the entry. Arrive at the door and is a telecom, like the apartment buildings where you have to be buzzed in. Problem is this requires someone at the front desk. Otherwise you stay at the door pressimg 1 over and over. My room was on 1st floor, perhaps other floors are better. Carpet is old and dirty and torn. What an arrival. And their carts are left all over. This is at night, not while they are working. Room entry the lock is bent. Clearly someone has tried to stick a screwdriver or something in it. To lock from inside I had to lean on fire and press. Not safe!! Bathroom shower sprays everywhere. So much so there fort needs to be replaced. To top it off the door stop is a pin just outside the entry, easily a place someone can step on and hurt or puncture food. Insane!! Lights in room, on ceiling the fixture has 3 bulbs, 2 are out. Next to bed a lamp, also does not work, so one light works in room. Noise, can hear people in room above walking around, people in room next toe talking, bathroom on the otherside. Then, on the street can hear trams and trucks. Again, this place is terrible. Had I paid 40 euro I would say I got what I paid for. I paid at least 3 times more than I should have for this lodging.

Main attractions at short walking distance, as well as pubs and restaurants. The old creaky floors would need an upgrade so that one doesn't have the impression that somebody else is walking around in the room. If you have time to stroll around in the old town, i wouldn't care much for taking the breakfast here in the small, already crowded room.

• Manuel (10/5): - This place was a bit of a surprise. When I arrived it looked a bit run down once you enter the stairs area. Even in the reception area, i was still thinking “ok you’re getting what you paid for”. But once in the room, i was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and cleanliness. The hotel overall is dated and could use some renovating, but for the price, you can’t beat it. Plus you get breakfast. Can’t go wrong with this place. Close to all the attractions, restaurants and train station. I’d definitely stay here again.
• Alois (6/5): - Kurzfassung: Billige Absteige in sehr guter Lage. Positiv: Die Lage ist top, besonders auch für Bahnreisende. Zu Fuß 5 Min. zum Hauptbahnhof, 10 Min. in die Altstadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkundbar, zahlreiche Straßenbahnlinien, Metro und Regionalbahn direkt vor dem Hotel, auch die Sightseeing-Straßenbahn 42 hält dort. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und reichhaltig – für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Allerdings ist der Frühstücksraum zu klein, man muss oft auf einen freien Platz warten. Negativ: Das größte Manko war die Temperatur. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, im Zimmer war es trotz sehr humanen Außentemperaturen von rund 25°C extrem heiß, ich möchte mir nicht ausmalen wie es da im Hochsommer ist. Lüften ging auch nicht, da das Fenster nicht ins Freie sondern nur in einen verdreckten, geschlossenen, überdachten Innenhof führte, wo ständig laute Maschinen liefen und die Luft noch heißer und stickiger war als im Zimmer. Schlafen ging nur nackt und ohne Decke. Im Sommer kann ich von dem Hotel daher nur abraten. Der Gesamteindruck ist schlecht: Das Hotel wirkt innen wie außen alt, schäbig und abgenutzt. Aber: „You get what you pay for.“ Wer nur eine günstige Übernachtung sucht, kann damit leben, mit dem Raumklima hingegen weniger. Im Zimmer war ein Fernseher – für ausländische Gäste aber relativ nutzlos, da nur tschechische Sender empfangbar sind. War auch kein Smart-TV, also auch kein YouTube oder Netflix. WLAN im Zimmer war dafür sehr gut und schnell (~100Mbps).
• YUSUKE (6/5): - 立地がとても良い。旧市街へもプラハ中央駅へも徒歩10分程度でアクセスできる。近くにスーパーや飲食店もたくさんあり観光の拠点にはとても良かった。値段も同じエリアの周辺ホテルと比べると安価だった。ホテル自体は結構古く歩くたびに床が軋む。隣の部屋の音も筒抜けであまりリラックスはできなかった。スタッフはあまり良い印象は受けなかったが普通だった。

• Jana (6/5): Solala, aber nah am Bahnhof - Leider sehr veraltete Zimmer. Wir hatten im 3 Stock ein Zimmer, was sehr war wurde. Im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen. Außerdem sehr hellhörig. Frühstück mittelmäßig und zu viele Gäste für den kleinen Frühstücksraum.

IT WAS A STUGGLE FOR A FAMILY. THERE WAS NO TOOTHPADTE IN THE SHOWER. YOU NEED TO BUY SEPARATELY. THERE WAS NO KETTLE IN THE ROOM.

• Robert (8/5): - This place is fantastic for a budget. I feel like I got a phenomenal experience in comparison to what I paid for. While obviously I would have a higher quality experience at a Marriott or something of the sort this hotel fulfilled all my my needs as a young traveler on a budget. Pros: The beds and bathrooms was most certainly clean, and my bathroom actually seemed newly refurbished compared to the rest of the building. The breakfast was actually quite good compared to what I am used to in this budget range. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: There are definitely parts of the building that are dated and need repairing, including paint chipping away, old windows, and just the general problems that come with age. None of these physical issues impacted the quality of my stay however. One other negative is there seemed to be a spot of water damage on my rooms ceiling. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with my stay and would utilize it again if I return to Prauge.

• KWOK KEUNG (2/5): - 花灑掛座有問題，向職員反映後仍然沒有維修，廁所門關不上。整體設備太殘舊，不值得住。
• Linda (2/5): - Good location BUT steer clear of this hotel! First impression is ‘this looks as though it’s seen much better times’ and this continued. Liked that you had to buzz to get in but no intercom so anyone could enter. The entrance is run down, the stairs un carpeted and not clean, the walls grubby as is the lift - it’s dirty! The reception area is dismal and dark. The corridors are dark in fact the motion sensor took so long to kick in I had to use the torch on my phone! Scary to say the least and could be disastrous in the event of an emergency. The room I was given - well worst I’ve ever encountered, grubby, stained carpet, a few steps down from bathroom to bedroom - no rail, bed small and uncomfortable- I sat on it and decided no way could I sleep there. Very little furniture and the windows were filthy and on opening seemed barely capable of not disintegrating, looking outside onto the roof of a railway station there was a lot of discarded rubbish. This hotel was probably a railway one originally but now, well words fail me, I lasted just a few minutes before I realised I couldn’t stay there, disappointed as wasted my hard earned money and it wasn’t the cheapest option available when booking well in advance!

• Simona (4/5): Hostel, not a hotel - I don't understand why this hotel calls itself a three-star hotel. I would call it more of a hostel. The quality of the facilities, breakfast and overall service were not of a high standard in any case. I've never been anywhere in my life where they had such creaky floors that any movement could be heard throughout the hotel. It was impossible to sleep all night. I believe other guests have had similarly unpleasant experiences. Also, the breakfast was very simple, basically there was nothing to choose from. Some guests left with only a cup of coffee.

• Anja (4/5): Disrespectful staff - Some of the staff is nice but some of the staff is just disrespectful. They say they offer an iron and a hair dryer but actually you need to pay a deposit in cash to get it. We didn’t have cash and I offered to leave my bank card instead but they just said “End of discussion, you don’t have cash, no iron” it’s a very disrespectful way to treat your customers like that.

• ZENAIDA (8/5): - Centrico desde la estación del tren hasta el area central, se puede caminar en todo sentido. Nosotros salimos del hotel a las 4:30am y nos sorprendieron gratamente con el desayuno para llevar. Todos los días nos cambiaban las toallas y nos hacian la cama. Buen desayuno.

• Stuart (8/5): Hotel City Inn - great location - Great location to explore Prague, just a short walk to the Old Town. The hotel itself is basic, no frills but it was clean with nice comfortable bed. They let you leave your bags their too before and after check out - I know most hotels offer that but still better than carrying them around Prague! If you want more premium hotel then don't come here.....but this was just fine for the money we paid.
• Tim (10/5): - Great hotel close to Masarykovo station with plenty of great bars and reliable public transport options. Check-in was straightforward and speedy. Breakfast was very good, proper scrambled egg too. The only (minor) negative points - check out is 10am, not a minute later. Plus the bed in my room was surprisingly low, made getting out and standing up more difficult than expected But I fully recommend this hotel - I've stayed many times previously and will almost certainly book again

Praticamente da questo albergo... si può girare tutta Praga a piedi, fino al ponte Carlo Magno e il Castello.Molto pulito e la colazione è fantastica! Davvero bravi! Soprattutto per il prezzo pagato.
• Lene Anina (10/5): Godt Hotel og ikke langt fra centrum - Dejligt hotel . Sporvogne køre lige forbi og nemt at komme op til centrum . Man kan høre sporvognen fra sit værelse , men for mig betyder det ikke noget . Det er 2 gang jeg har bordet der , og kommer gerne igen
• Linn (8/5): Rekommenderas! - Hade lite svårt att hitta ingången till byggnaden, men efter det måste du ringa till någon i receptionen som sen släpper in dig (skulle vara enklare med en nyckel men jag förstår att det blir många nycklar), sen åker man till andra våningen. Receptionisten var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam när jag inte kunde få upp dörren. Rummen i sig är helt ok. Frukosten har ett stort utbud men skulle nog vara bättre med större lokal/ett till rum eftersom det var gånger då det kom gäster (runt 9 tiden) som inte hade någonstans att sitta och fick vänta ståendes. Jag rekommenderar att komma lite tidigare om man vill undvika detta. Annars var det ett trevligt boende med fantastiskt läge både nära till en tågstation och till spårvagn.
• Riitta (8/5): Hinta/laatu erinomainen - Hinta/laatusuhde hyvä. Lisäkiitos hintaan kuuluvasta aamiaisesta.
• Carolina (10/5): - sehr zentral gelegen! Weiter emphelungswert!
• Werner (8/5): - Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Der Geräuschpegel vom Flur war nachts zeitweilig zu laut, ab 22.00 Uhr sollte man auch schlafen können.
• Stephen (10/5): - Inexpensive city centre hotel. Noise from corridors transmits into rooms but when everyone is settled down it’s fine
• wieger (8/5): - als treinhobbyist was het een verrassing;het hotel in een deel van een treinstation.
• Victor Manuel (8/5): - Tuvimos problemas para llegar, el hotel donde habiamos reservado y la direccion, no eran del hotel donde nos quedamos, esta en remodelacion, asi que debimos marcar a un numero telefonico y ellos nos dijeron para donde dirigirnos. El personal fue amable, el desayuno estaba bien y la ubicacion es muy cerca del Palladium Praga, cerca de lo turistico, mucho mejor que la direccion inicial.
• sadettin (4/5): no god - servise på hetellet var dårlig, rommet luktet mye, trolig på grunn av teppe,personale var ikke blide, først fikk jeg et rom uten air conditionig.

• Jason (8/5): - The hotel city Inn is closed at the moment, we got an email 48 hours before our stay telling us this and that our booking has been moved to the hotel city centre owned by the same people, it was about a 1km from the city Inn, The email told us everything has been arranged for us and the hotel city centre would be expecting us but when we arrived the guy on the check in knew nothing about the moved booking we had to show him all our paper work and the email about the move before he let us have a room, The hotel was nice I slept well and it had a good breakfast, just could have done without the hassle at check in
• Tim (8/5): - Quiet room and good breakfast. On the downside, one of the lightbulbs had blown and had not been replaced
• Verified traveler (10/5): - The room was always very clean. The breakfast had quite a lot of choices. The workers were very friendly. Very close to many sights and restaurants. Only slight issue is you can sometimes hear the footsteps of people upstairs.
