• Magdah (8/5): - انا أتردد على فندق سلمى من عام 2022 وخلال هذي السنوات فيه تطورات ايجابيه 1- أنظف من قبل 2-ازالة الفرشات وتغير الأرضية إلى سراميك وباركيه 3- خدمة غسل الملابس 4-تخفيف من رائحة الكلور وتفاجات اليوم بكرم الضيافة صحن فواكه وهذا ليس غريب على أهل مصر أهل الكرم والجود ٫٫شكرا لكل العاملين فيه يعملون بكل حب وبشاشه وسرعة الخدمة وجزاكم الله خيرا لم يعجبني الإزعاج والجدران لين لها عوازل صوت والشبابيك كبيييره ليس بها شبك للأمانة خوفا على الأطفال ووفقكم الله وتقبلو كلامي 🙏🏼

• Majed (10/5): - Great location in a quiet side street in Dokki. Accessible from main roads. There is a mosque and a supermarket nearby. The hotel was built to be a hotel, so it is well built, not a building which was modified to be a hotel. The electric work is done neatly , with some faceplates that accept any kind of socket. The room is bright, with three levels of lighting. The sockets are everywhere. The room is spacious, clean, and bright. There is a walkin closet, a safe and a good area, There is a lot of room for improving the breakfast. The room service is good, but too slow. The A/C is noisy, and the door is not well noise isolated.

• TALAL (10/5): إقامة هادئة ورايقة ورائعه فريدة من نوعها - موظف الاستقبال حسام شخص راقي وخلوق وانسان محترم ومتفهم ابتسامه رائعه على وجهه ولا انسى موظف الأمن شاهر شخصيه جميله ومرحه وراقي والنادل احمد كلهم رائعون والله العظيم بدون مجامله وجود بعض المسترزقين المتسولين من النساء خارج الفندق
• Konrad (7/5): Pizzas in Cairo are bad. - Close to location where i had some things to do in Cairo. Okay price, and good value for the money. I ordered 2 pizzas in hotel kitchen and i tell them that i want dough of pica to be baked well, and i get two times raw dough in pizza. Also i ordered chicken on stick and it was still blood inside the meat. So i do not recommend food from hotel. But then again, when i went out to eat pica in Nile river plaza (some restaurant on Nile river waterfront), pizza there were also raw. :( Does any one know any good pizza place in Cairo?

I was checking out hours before my checkout time and the staff said I didn’t pay one of the nights stay and when I told him I made all the reservation on booking.com and paid in person he didn’t listen until others joined. Instead of apologizing he just said there was a system error.
