• Isabelle ES (8/5): Excellent hotel in D3 - Beautifully design hotel with great attention to detail. Rooms are large and very well appointed. It seems more geared to business travellers than tourists. Excellent breakfasts. Very conveniently located in D3. The hotel was also very responsive to our needs when we asked to change room as we could not sleep the first night (there is an extremely loud disco/bar across the hotel): the hotel offered to upgrade us for free in a suite that was located on a quieter side of the hotel; something we appreciated greatly. The loud noise from the bar/disco across the hotel, but there is not much the hotel can do. If you are a light sleeper or if sleep is important to you, you may wish to check the room orientation. Noise usually stops around 12.30am. But again, the hotel was kind enough to find a solution for our stay.
• Sebastian (9/5): Great boutique hotel in Saigon! - Center location. Our Suite was wonderful. New, bright and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Small pool on the roof top but nice. Small Gym, but nice too. Staff was fantastic! Some nights you can hear some loud music from a couple of Disco Bars across the street.

• Puay Hoon Joanne (8/5): I would recommend! - The location - walking distance of around 10 to 15mins to some of the places we wanted to visit. The room - very clean and comfortable. Good size. Room The staffs - very friendly. And one of the staff even too initiative to book cab for us when we cant get a grab one of the rainy days. Appreciate it. Opposite there is this very loud pub but as we can sleep through with music, it doesnt pose too big an issue for us 😅 There is also no actual drive thru sheltered waiting area for grab pickup
• Bevan (6/5): - It is a pity the hotel does not share on any booking site or their own website about the extent of the noise. There are a few reviews that mention the noise but not enough to make you think it was as bad as it is. It wasn’t just at night when trying to sleep (the air plugs they give you helped a little) but we were in a room facing the night club across the road. Even worse was that we couldn’t enjoy relaxing time in the room before or after dinner - as the music started as early 6pm and we couldn’t even have a conversation without yelling. Such a pity as the rest of the hotel is lovely and clean. Great bed, great shower. And they also fail to mention the three flights of steps to go up to get to breakfast, this could be problematic for some guests, especially when it is raining.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great hotel with some minor quirks - Lovely hotel but there were a few minor issues. Me when we got there our toilet was immediately clogged even tho we didn't use it. They sent someone to fix it ASAP but was not a good start. The room was lovely but the bathtub was poorly designed in a way that water would collect in the corner. Finally I believe in the past the breakfast was in the lobby which makes sense. However they moved it to the rooftop lounge which was a bit awkward. Overall it was a lovely hotel and we would come back to stay at the pros outweighed the cons. In The location was great and so was service. I think others complained about the neighboring bar but (at least in our room) it wasn't that loud. You could hear it but it wasn't a deterrent for sleeping.
• Alice (8/5): Nice and centrally located hotel but blaring music next door is a detractor. - Hotel itself was unique and the breakfast was a nice mix of Vietnamese and other foods. The location was just outside the main tourist sites, but all within 20-30 minute walk. Lots of delicious food options nearby. No fault of the hotel's, but when you see earplugs provided at your bedside, not a good sign. There is an open-air dance club directly across from the hotel, and if you're a slightly light sleeper like myself, it will make for disruptive sleep. The music stopped every night around 11-1am (we stayed only during the weekdays so can't comment on the weekend hours), but it was enough to make me not want to stay at the hotel again, unfortunately. Also, if stairs are difficult for you, getting up to the breakfast venue at the rooftop restaurant will be problematic.

• osceolaa2018 (10/5): Superlative! Beautiful hotel, super staff. - So much to love about Bach Suites. Where do I begin? We arrived very late because there were mechanical issues with the plane and immigration took 2 hours. We arrived at the hotel close to 9:30 pm. We were greeted by Mr. Bach. He has the same last name as the hotel name, so I had to make a joke about that. He was warm and very personable. We received welcome drinks and he explained to us about the prohibited fruits. We asked about dinner and we were surprised that the restaurant was still open and told us the location. He gave us our room keys and had someone take our bags upstairs. First impressions mean a lot, and we knew this was going to be great. We loved the room; it was large and beautifully decorated. We promptly went upstairs to the restaurant to the 9th floor and walked upstairs. What a surprise! There’s a pool on the rooftop, a bar halfway to the restaurant, a gym and even the stairway was beautiful along with view. We were greeted by Mr. Dahn who is so good at what he does. He explained the menu as a chef would and made recommendations and the way he succinctly described the menu made us ready to eat. He is so passionate and such a personable man, it’s easy to see why he’s there. He didn’t want all the credit, so he gave me the names of those who were there, so thank you Thuy, Thang, Trung, and Nghi. You are all kind, very congenial and so detail-oriented. We were checked on multiple times to ensure we were happy and that was obvious! That night we had the lamb, which had this beautiful crust and the duck was so delicious along with crispy fries and really nice cocktails. The second night we had beef, which was so tender and we watched the entire process! I could go on and on, but to have this high level of customer service (we did receive maps, advice on where to go, and were able to get an extension in our room for an hour). We were even chased as we were about to enter the vehicle to leave because I left some clothing in the closet. The only negative is the loud music that plays in the next building. Our room was on the side of it. It starts early and ends late. There are earplugs available to use. I used them the first night and fell asleep shortly after and didn’t use them the second night. All of the pluses, along with the room rate makes this an unforgettable experience and an absolute bargain.
• Kok Boon (8/5): - Bach Suites Saigon is beautifully designed and well maintained – very easy on the eyes. But soundproofing was weak (could hear road and hallway noise), and hot water pressure was lacking. Still, a stylish spot with potential.

• PH15 (8/5): Nice Little Boutique Hotel in the Middle of City - The location of the hotel was great, right in the middle of action. Lots of restaurants and sights around. The service was super friendly. The room was very nicely appointed and reasonably clean. The water pressure was somewhat inconsistent -- a few seconds powerful alternating with a few seconds weak. It made brushing teeth and taking showers a bit challenging. The breakfast was great. There was a nightclub nearby which pumped out loud music till late. Not a big issue for me but could be for those sensitive to noise.

• Niv (10/5): - This hotel is like a 6-star hotel especially by the service provided by the staff, all of which are extremely pleasant and accommodating. If there's one issue that stands out it's the fact that the dining room diesnt have enough seats for all guests which means you somtimes have to wait 15-20 minutes for a table. The staff is too polite to aporoach two persons who occupy a table for four and ask them to move. I'm only mentioning this because I'd very much like to see the issue resolved, for the sake of this wonderful hotel and its terrific staff.

The pool was nice too. It's a small property that does not have room service or a concierge. It does what it promises though and our experience could not have been better!

The front desk and dining room teams are well trained and have provided excellent services. Breakfast menu provided healthy and fresh options before heading out to sample local dishes.
• Raintree_Thailand (10/5): Good location; nice room; excellent staff! - We very much enjoyed our 3-day stay at Bach Suites. The location is very convenient. Although the lobby/entrance is small, it was attractively designed and decorated. The check-in was smooth and friendly. The room was nice, with lots of drawers, shelves, and cabinets. The towels and linens were great, but there was a shortage of places to hang towels after first use. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful for arranging restaurant reservations and transportation. The free mini bar was a very nice touch. Overall, we'd definitely recommend the place and look forward to another stay in the future.

• Lina (10/5): Great stay! - Loved the rooms, the friendly staff, delicious breakfast! There is a bar near the hotel, and even though we stayed quite high up, the music was very loud, and it was quite frustrating to try to fall asleep to. They do provide earplugs, but that’s not something I’m used to wearing so that was uncomfortable too. Luckily the music doesn’t go on all night and wraps up around midnight!

• Kim (8/5): - The staff were all lovely and the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are well appointed and the bed and bedding are extremely comfortable. The downside of this hotel is the noise level from outside. The sleeps were terrible. I thought the extreme noise from Vietnam beating Thailand in soccer was going to be an anomaly but the other two nights there was loud live music until midnight and I was suffering from jet lag and just wanted to sleep, but couldn’t. Even my AirPods hardly drowned out the noise. If you’re into partying stay here as the noise will dye down after midnight, but if you want a quiet good night’s sleep this is not the hotel for you.

However, if you’re thinking of staying here, though a nice breakfast buffet is served each morning, there isn’t a restaurant or a bar and if you’re thinking of trying to get some sleep before midnight, forget it - the pub/club across the street is really loud. Had some laundry done - it was the most expensive we’ve experienced in Vietnam so far. Coffee/tea and biscuits available at all times in the lounge which was a nice touch.

Also the facilities like the pool and gym are small but well arranged: you truly feel taken care of. It is true that not far from the hotel there's a party place blasting loud music but: 1) the hotel has triple glazing 2) the music stops at 23:30 and it was not every day 3) if you are not facing the street, you don't hear it that much, 4) the hotel provides earplugs. For us it wasn't an issue like we read in other reviews. We would have stayed longer if our trip wasn't over :)

Sometimes a bit of a wait for breakfast as space limited in dining area. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Location is convenient.

Very clean room with great amenities and allowing you to cook small things if needed, efficient laundry service. Particularly appreciated the pre-loaded Google Map with recommendations for restaurants, bars, etc. Excellent air-conditioning. Some guests sleeping early might hear some street noise of the local nightlife - didn’t bother me but some may be more sensitive than others.

• Mav_Mi (10/5): The charm is in the place and the people - The charm is in the place and the people. I only stayed one night and absolutely loved this place. There was an issue with my taxi not accepting card as payment. I'm trying to stay calm but getting worried. When I arrived and explained the issue the hotel helped me and didn't leave my side. The staff are very attentive and caring. I appreciated their help with everything. The room was beautifully set up and very comfortable. I had a lovely selection at breakfast and left feeling very well taken care of.

• Nigel (6/5): Very nice hotel Central located however extremely noisy  - Very nice hotel lovely reception breakfast area free coffee machine comfortable room although a little small nicely decorated excellent location in the middle of town but…… extremely noisy from five till midnight as there is a very very noisy nightclub directly opposite so much so they give you earplugs in the room ! Because it’s so loud, it actually vibrates through as well !

• Renata (8/5): - Really nice hotel and stay, perfect location. The only thing is as the most travellers mentioned is the bar on the other side of the road and loud music until about 12 am. Whilst I accept hotel management's notes that hotel is centrally located and noise is expected however this is not a normal traffic or city noise, this is vibrating loud music noise on the door step. This is something to consider when choosing this hotel. And while I appreciate ear plugs provided by the hotel, they definitely wouldnt be of any help for families with children. Other than that it was a perfect stay and thank you your wonderful staff for this.

We got a nice room on the top floor. Hotel is eco friendly and has some of the best Pho we have had in Vietnam. Very helpful staff and fluent in english. nice swimming pool and cozy gym facilityl
• NorthStar09990072488 (10/5): Awesome hotel!! - All staff members including security and doorman were extremely kind and helpful. Always greeted us with a smile and they’re very respectful. Everything about the hotel was beautifully designed ( the room and lobby) which was very clean, cosy, and spacious. Comes with many amenities which made our stay even more enjoyable. They provided us with earbuds as well in case the pub next door gets too loud which was very thoughtful. However the pub closes shortly after midnight and it’s not that loud. Definitely worth every dime we paid for and definitely will stay with this hotel again in up coming future. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room we stayed in was clean, contemporary, and soundproof. Particularly Kevin, the front desk employee, was really helpful, competent, and sensitive to detail. With a number of sights and lively markets close by, the hotel's central position made it simple to explore the city's famous sites. But even with its close vicinity, it offers a way out of the madness of the city.

There is an extremely loud bar next door. They play very very loud music with a DJ on a mic from 9pm-12am 7 days a week. The noise was awful. The hotel did provide earplugs. I recommend being in a room in the back if you want better sleep. There is not much the hotel could do, unless they buy the bar and turn it into a nice cafe!

I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but then noise from the bar across the road can be a bit annoying if you’re trying to get an early night though the hotel do provide ear plugs.
