Aynura (7/5): Good - The hotel is in a good location. The owner was very attentive, explaining every little detail well. The bathroom was not located inside the room. It had a separate entrance from the hallway and had to be opened and closed with a key. This was inconvenient. This important issue was not written down during the reservation.

Kt (9/5): Cosy place, nice local neighbourhood but still convenient - Fulvio was very kind and gave us a very in depth recommendation on where to go in the area and where to visit in the city, which are very accessible by both train and bus. The common kitchen area is quite sizeable, and the apartment is furnished very cozily! The shower area was very small, especially because the shower curtains keep swaying. Also, not a dealbreaker, but it was a (very!) slight inconvenience that we had to walk through the short common corridor to access our private toilet.
Silviu (10/5): Great accommodation and wonderful host - Fulvio, the host, was very helpful, and we enjoyed talking to him about Rome. He's very hospitable, friendly and offers all that he can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There's nothing more that you could expect, and for us he was a perfect host. The room we got had everything we needed for a good night sleep. The place is well connected to transportation (10 min walk to Metro, at Basilica S. Paolo) and other bus stations are within 3-5 walking minutes , including night buses. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The only uncomfortable aspect of our stay had to do with the rudeness of other people which were staying in other rooms and which had little to no respect in regards to how you should behave when sharing the house with other tourists, talking loudly and making a lot of noise at early hours (7.30 AM).
Martin (10/5): Exceptional - I spent here 3 nights. The accomodatin is very clean and comfortable. The locality is ok. There are several options nearby for both morning breakfast just behind the corner of the street or late dinner in a nearby trattoria. Metro station Basillica S. Paolo or Marconi are 10-15min walk away. The host, Fulvio, is very kind, friendly and helpful. Grazie mille, Fulvio, ci veddiamo! Everythig was ok.
