• Sue (10/5): Quiet hidden gem fairly close to Accademia, great restaurants and the Duomo and it’s amazing surrounds - Minimalist and tasteful apartment with a lift and a terrace! At first it seems to be near nothing. Walk a little and there it all is!!! We loved it all.

Gli spazi sono adeguati e la posizione molto comoda - La posizione, gli spazi comodi e la vista sui tetti La cucina , le ante con le cerniere rotte. Non c’è un panno per la pulizia del piano , un asciugamano da bagno al posto dello strofinaccio. Avrei preferito trovare anche una macchina per il caffè a cialde o a capsule.

• Amber (7/5): Great apartment, but communication with hosts needs improvement. - The apartment was well located - a 20 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio on one straight road. Apartment was a really good size with X3 double bedrooms, one with a balcony. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was very clean. Air conditioning was in each room and worked very well. Strong WiFi. Offered a late checkout. We had problems with checking in, we arranged months in advance with hosts for an early check-in just to drop off our bags as we had activities planned for our first day. They said the previous guests took the keys and they couldn't get into the apartment which then meant we had to check-in at 4pm, communication on WhatsApp with property manager was very bad and he did not respond quickly. When we got there at 4pm, they said it wasn't ready and we needed to come back at 5:30pm. Would suggest finding somewhere to store luggage on the first day. The upstairs bathroom there is no glass in the small window which meant no air conditioning, in 36 degree heat this meant the bathroom was unbearable. Few issues with kitchen appliances, no coffee provided (only tea bags), the kettle did not work unless you hold the button down, and the fridge didn't shut unless pushed with some force. There was also only one set of keys, would suggest offering two sets as there is X3 double bedrooms. Lastly, we had to take out the trash or you get fined, this is not an issue, but something to discuss on the booking.
• Alex (7/5): Good - The property was spacious and within 15-20 min walk to the city center. The property is located in a well presented historic building with a lift. Mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable. Although property is located in a quiet street, it is quite noisy if you open windows at night due to a sound of utility system working in the yard. Bottles of soap and shower gel supplied by the property were empty. Toilets were not cleaned properly. While the main floor was hot, the second floor was cold. No complementary drinking water was provided.
• Carol (7/5): Good - Walking distance to attractions, lovely building, quiet neighbourhood, comfortable beds. No warning that tourist tax would be expected in cash on arrival, many broken things in the appartment including heating and fan in upstairs bathroom, kitchen utensils, cupboard hinges, thermostat falling off the wall.
• Karina (9/5): Superb - The flat is in perfect spot, near oldtown. Speciouse and tidy It was a bit cold in rooms, and you must take your trash out, if you dont do it you will get a fine of 50€...
• Rishab (7/5): Good - The apartment was big and spacious with 3 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms. Near the duomo. No coffee was there although the host said there is coffee in the kitchen. The host did not respond to the queries after handling the keys.
• Aked (7/5): Great location, we enjoyed our stay. A few minor issues that can easily be corrected! - Was spacious, good location easy walking distance to everything. The beds were comfortable! The place is in need of a deeper clean and small things needed repairing. For a five night stay there wasn't enough toilet paper, and a few more towels would have been nice. Small things that didn't really impact our overall experience.

Kitchen is very compact but not sure how else you could create some space.

• Nicolas (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and Marco is a great host. There was only one air condition placed in the kitchen. The bedrooms can get fairly hot. The en suite shower is a wet room and quite small.
• Ισιδώρα (5/5): Beautiful apartment very poor management - The apartment was chic, large and comfortable, in a smart quiet neighborhood. The beds were supposed to be all double but they weren't. The kitchen although well equipped had a broken espresso coffee maker which they did not replace when asked. The refrigerator door was not working properly.There was no bottle of water upon arrival. There was no proper soap, not to mention shampoo, in the bathroom only some liquid soap The towels were only two per person, a big one and a very small and there were no hooks to hang them. In one bedroom there were no side tables and no side lights. This bedroom was very narrow and badly arranged with not enough space to move. The balcony was not properly cleaned and some miserable plastic plants were left on the wall. The worst of all was that during our stay we tried to communicate many times with those responsible with messages and calls and they never responded.

• Kory (9/5): Superb - Great location. Host very responsive over WhatsApp. Let us drop our luggage off early. Bedroom AC is powerful. Very clean. Nice TV with streaming services. Elevator to get up to 3rd floor. Comfortable mattresses. Just some minor things: no microwave; apartment door is hard to open (have to push key VERY hard to the left); kitchen sink tap water tasted bad (bathroom's was better); building entryway is pitch black at night and it's hard to find the light switch; no trash can in bedrooms.
• Jacqueline (6/5): Good views, quiet place. - Great location, spacious, well appointed. The ac in the one bedroom and living room not powerful enough for the intense heatwave. However we are used to great ac and the staff did more than enough to help fix the situation.

• Mark (7/5): We had a nice stay in this apartment which would have ticked all the boxes if the upper sofa bed had been more comfortab - Nice well equipped property. Titziana was very helpful and we were able to drop off our luggage early. The location was good and the garage was close to the apartment. The upper attic room contained a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. It had a huge dip in the middle making sleep difficult. It really was not fit for purpose and should be replaced. As far as we could see there were only 2 controls for the air conditioning therefore one room went without. It was pretty hot! Generally the apartment was clean but we noticed a couple of areas that had been missed.

• Irenequeenie (10/5): A superb location for your Florence adventure! - The apartment was an excellent location - just around the corner from accademia gallery and a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Florence. The bedrooms were spacious with lots of hanging space and the balcony was a welcome outside space. The area was quiet but a short walk around the corner, there were super coffee shops and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful. The kitchen area is compact however this didn’t affect us as there are lots of lovely places to eat! You can walk from the train station quite easily, but with bags - would be better to hail a taxi on your arrival.
• Teeples (10/5): The place to bring your family! - The beds were so comfortable. The bedding was the nicest we've had in an apartment. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed and the extra soaps and shampoos really made the stay so comfortable. We were much later at check-in and I felt terrible but they were so kind about it. Communication was fast and clear. And having the elevator for the 3 floors up with bags was awesome. The location is spectacular and quiet. Easy walk under 5 minutes to see Michelangelos David and the whole city is so walkable. Close to the bus. Totally secure. Can't wait to come back Honestly not a single complaint! Thanks for an amazing time
