- Reinhard (8/5): Gutes Hotel - Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel. Es ist gut und sauber. Das Frühstück war auch gut und absolut ausreichend. Die Nacht war dort sehr ruhig.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Selbst kleine Reparaturen und Erneuerungen werden anscheinend nicht durchgeführt. Der Lokalbetrieb endet um 21 Uhr. Danach fährt dann auch der Fahrstuhl nicht mehr.

- Klaus (8/5): kann man empfehlen. - Nettes Personal,Zimmer gut. Gute Möglichkeit Fahrräder einzuschließen.Frühstück ok. müßte mal eher nachgelegt werden. Kopfkissen könnten besser sein. Gute Sportmöglichkeit. cirka 2 km vom Stadtkern Malchow entfernt, aber mit dem Fahrrad kein Problem ,Radwege vorhanden.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Solche Ignoranz und Desinteresse an seinen Gästen habe ich so noch nie erlebt. Es gab z.B. nur eine einzige Mitarbeiterin, die am Morgen gegrüßt bzw. Schöne Ostern gewünscht hat. Das Frühstück war an zwei Tagen eine Katastrophe (u.a.mussten wir um Kaffee betteln), am dritten Tag okay. Am Abend wurde man auf der Terrasse nicht bedient, obwohl wir direkt gegenüber des Tresen gesessen haben.
