- Michael (6/5): Quaint but not quiet. - The location was great, breakfast was nice and the coffee was good. The room (1) was positioned between the front door of the property as well as reception, so it was very noisy. The telephone ringing at reception was audible in the room, I was awoken by the reception staff starting their shift at 06:00 and someone thought it would be good to have music playing from 07:30. For note, room 2 is opposite room 1, so avoid these at all costs. Despite trying to control the underfloor heating, I was cold in the room.

- Jacques (9/5): Fijn hotel maar onze kamer voldeed niet aan de prijs/kwaliteit norm. - De locatie aan het kanaaltje is erg leuk. Ook van de historische panden kunnen wij erg genieten. Onze kamer was prima hoewel nogal klein. Er was geen ruimte voor 2 stoelen en ons koffertje moest op het bureau staan! Eigenlijk was het dus geen 2 maar een 1 persoons kamer. Vanuit dat oogpunt gezien was de kamerprijs van €170 wel erg hoog. Verder waren we erg tevreden over het personeel en de gastvrijheid. We kregen de televisie niet op de Nederlandse zenders en het koffie apparaat functioneerde ook niet goed.

- Marcel van Schooten (9/5): Fijne plek, met super vriendelijk personeel. - Fijn en vriendelijk ontvangst, snelle incheck en duidelijke informatie. Ruime kamer met heerlijk bed. Heerlijk dat gewoon nog even een raam open kan zetten (en ook openstaande bij binnenkomst). Hierdoor was het lekker fris (niet koud) in de ruimt. Kortom perfect en beter dan ik had verwacht, Op zich weinig te klagen aangezien alles geregeld was. Het is een hotel waar je komt om te overnachten voor de rest rustig en fijne plek. Veghel is alleen door de week ook een rustige plek dus houd daar wel rekening mee.

The staff were nice and friendly. We just felt like the bar area could have been open a lot later than what it was.

- Delph'ine (10/5): Lovely boutique hotel in a cute area of Brabant - This boutique hotel is a true gem with an inner yard and perfect location. We went there for a wedding and we could not enjoy much of the area but the village of Veghel seemed lively and absolutely adorable. You will be conveniently resting in this nest... Rooms are large and comfortable, balconies are super cute and everything is curated! The only downside is that the showers are a tad too flat and therefore you may flood the whole bathroom and flat if you are not paying attention to the spread of water. We liked the attention and the service, although we would not pay for the expensive breakfast, you have many options around to have a less expensive solution for breakfast. - breakfast price is an abuse and we did not engage onto it for that reason - shower that was interrupted by the fact you need to keep an open eye on it not the flood the whole room.

- Darren (9/5): Great, would book again. - Great location, friendly staff, perfect room with a view of the waterways. Local restaurants and bars only a 5 min walk too. Better than I was expecting. Has only facilities to serve breakfast, and after arriving very late it was hard to find somewhere that served food - a minor niggle.

- Kylie (6/5): Comfortable and well-designed hotel. - The design of the hotel room was beautiful, and the bed was insanely comfortable! I love the look and feel of the hotel and the design choices are great, bathrooms are beautiful, and products used in the rooms are lovely. We had a power cut in our room on our first night at the hotel, and although this was not the hotels' fault, I felt like the whole event could have been handled better. I felt as though we were the inconvenience, we were asked to move across to the other hotel and as you can imagine, having to pack a suitcase in the middle of the night in pitch black is not ideal. When we were downstairs at reception, a relative came out to speak to me and I was 'shushed' but staff, I thought this was quite rude. The next day, we ordered a drink at the bar, which was charged to our room, I think it would have been a nice gesture for this to have been on the house or some form of discount on our room applied.
