• Miriam (6/5): - El tamaño de la habitación y el baño era adecuado. La cama muy incómoda. Había bastante humedad en la habitación y la limpieza no era la correcta tanto en la habitación como en las zonas comunes.
• Emma-Jane (8/5): Enjoyable & great location! - Lovely room, great location with restaurants and transport links nearby. Easy to get to. Very attentive staff when you have any questions or need help. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillows were very thin, only one provided per person. I usually appreciate a safe provided in the room for important possessions as well.

• Miguel (10/5): - Habitación muy cómoda, todo limpio y una muy buena atención por parte de Andrea y de Emmanuel.
• Patricia (7/5): - La ubicación bien, zona tranquila y con restaurantes cercas. El trato genial, la limpieza bien, y la cama muy cómoda y buenas instalaciones. La terraza no era de buena calidad, había insectos que nos picaron al minuto de estar allí. Por lo demás, todo genial.
• Adina Cristina (7/5): - It is a 2 star guest house (AKA rooms in a residential building). Suitable for those who need only a place to sleep. Very close to the Termini, other bus stations, safe environment. Close to market, places to eat. Recommend for location and being safe. Good bed, comfortable sleeping. A big plus is the small coffee machine available in the room. Outside, in the hall, a small kitchen with a fridge. Terrace was very nice. Cleaning details it is not a must for this guest house (stains on pillow, on the doors, table, dirty cup with lipstick stains - all remained in the same state during our stay) . Even though there were small rooms, it wasn't clean throughout. The terrace was never cleaned during our stay (or before). The tourist tax of 7 euro didn't complement the services.
• Vladislav (6/5): Overall fairly pleased with the stay, good price-quality and location, but unfortunately we observed poor hygiene levels - It has a good location, fairly close to the city centre (20-25) min walk from di Trevi. Has a quiet private garden for some of the rooms. There were constant loud banging-like noises from the neighbors upstairs and we had a little ant invasion starting on day three of our stay. We got used to them, but it definitely is not nice to see them strolling around the floor and in the bathroom. The cleaning standards were not very high, but maybe we could have asked the owner for more detailed cleaning

• Weng (7/5): Good - Room is big and clean. Bathroom was great! 10 mins walk from Roma Termini and numerous nice food nearby! Amazing gelataria just 5 mins walk from this place. Host was great and helpful Only downside is that we experienced a couple of power cuts during our stay. Probably due to high electricity load in the evening. The host resolved the issue promptly and fairly straightforward to fix as fuse box was in close proximity to the exit.
• Krsto (8/5): Nice and comfortable room with a few drawbacks - Great location for sightseeing, big and comfortable room, nice and helpful hosts. There were some small ants, attracted to food (don’t leave any food exposed). Bed should be fixed. There is a nice backyard, but unfortunately not in best condition, needs renovation and better maintenance.
• Anastasia (8/5): Very nice experience!!! - The location was very good, in a quiet neighborhood of Rome! We went almost everywhere on foot. The Termini 10 minutes walk!!! The room was very spacious and Andrea & Emanuele very kind!!! The kitchen and room could be cleaner. Also, they could offer breakfast!

• John (7/5): Good - Good location, just over 12 minute walk to Termini and 5 minutes to subway. Great oudoor area access from room. Bed was a little tired. Shared kitchen is only a shelf in the fridge.

• Louise (10/5): Perfect accommodation for our 5 day stay in Rome :) - The owners were really helpful and well organised. The room was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The aircon was great and definitely helped with the high temp during our visit! Comfy bed, a good nights sleep and quiet surroundings. Would definitely recommend staying here. A little further from the main sites than we had planned but everything was easily accessible via bus/ train which was local to the accommodation. Definitely good value for money.

• Aeveen (9/5): Superb - The location was great, a short walk from Termini via Marsala St. Exit. Very quiet and safe. Our room led on to a little private garden. We met the manager in the morning and he was very helpful with information. The area felt like a real Roman neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants. We loved Andrea Pizzeria and went there twice. Leaving our luggage there after check out was a real bonus.
