• Maria (10/5): - Апартамента е на три минути от Дуомото Чист,с много удобни легла,което е важно след цял ден обикаляне.Просторен,комфортен,има кафе машина(даже има и капсули),пералня,сешоар.С две бани и тоалетни.Горещо препоръчвам.Единствено стълбите са доста(на последния етаж е)но ние сме млади и пъргави и не представляваше проблем-споменавам го само ако има хора с проблеми да внимават.Бих отседнала отново в този апартамент с удоволствие.

Excellent location and helpful host Mattresses were good but not the most comfortable that we have tried. Just keep in mind it is the 4th floor and there are no lifts (it is mentioned in the advertisement)

L’appartamento era splendido, arredato con grande cura e attenzione ai dettagli: ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. La posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro, con la comodità di garage privati nelle vicinanze. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

• Barbara (10/5): A gem of an apartment right at the San Lorenzo market square - This is a huge, spacious, bright, beautiful apartment right at the San Lorenzo market! Eduardo was efficient, kind and helpful, making the check in process easy. There are large windows with beautiful views over the market square and over the roof tops of Florence which make the apartment bright and cheerful. The kitchen is great with everything you need and the washrooms/shower and bath are also spacious and with lots of hot water! There are big, fluffy towels, which I always appreciate when traveling! We found the windows to be sound proof, so we had a lovely quiet night in very comfy beds. We loved our stay at the Panoramic Suite and hope we can return and stay there for longer!

Didn’t really bother us, there’s a fair amount of late-night noise from cleaners and trash pickup. Again, part of being in a big city.

• Miriam (3/5): - Zentrale Lage. Große Räume. Es war sehr dreckig. Man hat gesehen, dass nur oberflächlich geputzt wird und überall Spuren von Vorgängern zu sehen waren. Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Bei Check In wurde das Thema vergessen, nachdem wir nachgefragt hatten hieß es, dass das Frühstück aus dem Service genommen wurde. Meiner bitte nach Rückerstattung des Frühstücks wurde nur sehr widerwillig entgegen gekommen. Für 2 Nächte und 4 Personen haben wir eine Erstattung von 30€ erhalten. Dies hat nicht Mal für den ersten Morgen gereicht, da frühstücken in Florenz sehr teuer ist. Es war uns dann zu anstrengend nochmal auf unseren Gastgeber zuzugehen und wir haben es dabei belassen. Würde hier nicht mehr buchen, da auch der Gastgeber sehr genervt von allem gewirkt hat.

Great location and amenities, very flexible with check-in and even helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. The only thing I would note is that our Airbnb was up 5 flights of stairs which can be tiring for older people!

Plenty of room for the 4 of us which is nice on holidays Don’t book if you don’t wake early The set up for the markets around 5.30am and all the bins get emptied making lots of noise very early Wifi was not the best but I think Florence on a whole is not to good

• J (9/5): Great value for families and clean comfortable apartment. - This is a great family accommodation if everyone is able bodied to climb the stairs. The location by the market is wonderful and convenient. The apartment was clean and spacious, and our host was helpful and friendly. This is a great value. We could see fireworks from the Duomo during the evening and walking across the street to the Central Market for food was convenient. Easy walk to train station or the Duomo. Everything as expected. No complaints.

It is very cozy apartment, good for family. Yes, there are two things that are less comfortable, but it was written in reviews before and we were OK with them: stairs and no doors between rooms. All together, apartment is very comfortable was there everything that is needed for stay. And I loved the collection of art books. The host was very helpful and provided all needed information and directions.

• Paul (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location which made it easy to walk around Florence. - A great apartment that has 3 sleeping areas which made it very comfortable for the 4 of us. It was also in a very good location next to Mercato Centrale and not too far from the train station. Easy to walk around Florence from this location.
• Martyn (5/5): Modest, functional and unpretentious. - Location is a big advantage for this apartment - plus some charming rustic character and attractive views. It is deceptively big and it was useful having two bathrooms and a washing machine. The host was there to meet us on arrival, and to help us up the many stairs, and showed us around the apartment - which was very friendly. The stairs were not a problem for us - but I can see how they would be for some, but there was a complimentary bottle of fizz and some snacks once you get to the top! The host was understanding about us running late to check out at the end of our stay - which we appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed as a pit-stop… but I share the opinion of some other guests and would echo that it is ideal for those who favour basic function over luxury and style. The dishes from previous guests were still out draining so that didn’t make a good first impression, and the mix-match chintzy linen and towels, unpleasant shower curtain, half empty shampoo products, cans of fly spray like ornaments on shelves, leftover cooking ingredients from previous guests, and old WiFi routers… were all things I didn’t expect and did not like at all (all small things which I realise are personal preferences - but are generally standard in all other apartments we have stayed in).
• Susan (9/5): A Panoramic View of Florence City Center - The location is in the middle of city center and is excellent. The suite is on the top floor and there are A LOT of stairs but our host met us and carried our luggage up the stairs and then came to carry the luggage down when we left. This is very spacious and has a washing machine which was a bonus. We liked the layout and even though we didn't use it, it was nice to have a bathtub option. VERY CLEAN. We arrived by car and parking is not easy in city center, but if you are going to stay in city center, that cannot be avoided.

We didn’t mind at all, it was good exercise. Host was responsive and place was very comfortable. Everything was great!

A short, easy walk from the train station and we could literally see Duomo, the Medici dome and the central markets from the front bedroom window! The apartment was large and comfortable for a family, we all had space to relax during daily siestas. The air-conditioning was good also, and the temperature was very comfortable. Our Host was also very gracious and looked after us very well. We couldn't have picked a better place!
• Ka111er (9/5): If you want to feel like locals, enjoy this place in Florence. - I loved this apartment. When I went to Florence I wanted to experience something local. This house is really I enjoyed. It is not modern, something like typical Italian family lives in. Old but comfortable. everywhere feel pleasant "oldness" :). Hear morning noises from Mercado getting ready for shopping. Wake up under the sound of bells of nearby churches and actually see them. Lots of nice restaurants right on your street and near to everywhere. Every window of the apartment offers nice "postcard view". See pictures. High floor and no elevator, but you get beautiful view instead!
• Chris (4/5): Should really be noted the amount of steps (75) in the description. Nearly found other apt. - Location is central to the train station and the Duomo. It is not mentioned that there are 75 steep steps to get to the apartment with no lift, so if you have someone with mobility or breathing issues, this place is a no-go. The front bedroom is on a busy plaza so it is noisy most of the night including recycling collection at 3:30 AM. No bedroom doors so no privacy. Kitchen felt dirty - washed all our dishes prior to using them.

Kitchen was good. - The location was across from the main downtown Market place so we could buy breakfast foods in the evening and be ready to eat and go in the morning. The sponsor helped us carry our bags up the 4 flights of stairs when we arrived. The stairs required some strength building!

The host did help us take the bags up but I’m 73 years and my husband is 79 years old and that climb was quite exhausting. I guess I’m not very fit.

He helped us carry our luggage up on our arrival and made sure that he was there to help us again on the day of our departure. There are so many small things in the apartment which show thoughtfulness and are intended to make the stay enjoyable. The location of the apartment on the Mercato Centrale is great - you can easily pop down to buy some fresh food or select a meal from the many outlets!

• Gregory (9/5): Delightful, character filled apartment, centrally located and more than met our expectations. - The apartment was centrally located and our host was on site to meet us when we arrived. The rooms were very pleasantly furnished and the property was both quaint and comfortable. We were warned in advance about the lack of a lift so whilst this was a minor inconvenience, the host was happy to assist us with taking our suitcases up the three flights of stairs.

We were a family of 5 on a short 2 centre break (Florence & Rome) so with 2 double bedrooms & a 3rd double bed in the living space it worked fine.

• Daniel (4/5): READ THIS POST BEFORE RENTING - Easy to reach the city center - AND THATS ALLL!!!! The place is really bad, the sofas are all old, covered with old cloths, the bed linen has no protection, there's no way to change just the cover of the comforter for example, and I doubt that he washes the comforter with each client... so you know you're sleeping on used bed linen! I counted 6 different sets of towels, all very old, basically leftovers from lost sets. The kitchen has a microwave and a coffee maker, but there's no socket, so it's impossible to use! We knew it was an old apartment, we were okay with that, but dirty? Now the worst thing of all and what made me most angry was having to climb 4 floors with suitcases and up a bad, steep staircase! I think it's absurd that this isn't highlighted in the description of the place! The photos say it all!....
