- Sharp (10/5): Not having high expectations of a busy airport hotel, it was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. - The room (Premium King Club Floor) was well appointed & the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a comprehensive choice at the buffet as well as freshly prepared items at the egg station. The location was very convenient after arriving at the airport at about 7pm after a long flight. We were able to walk the short distance from the terminal building straight to the hotel. We were more than satisfied with stay. It catered for all our needs for a one night stay. there was nothing that needed improvemant.

Service at the front desk and in the bar was just ok. Much slower than you would expect for the price paid. Tot nog toe hebben wij goede ervaring met de snelheid douane en zou je 1,5 uur voor je reis optijd zijn als je vertrekt uit je kamer. Ook prettig dat er douchegel en bodylotion aanwezig is en er gedacht is aan een slotje op deze producten zodat ze alleen door de schoonmaaksters worden bijgevuld kunnen worden ;-) Vond de vloerbedekking niet heel fris en jammer dat niet direct kan streamen via je telefoon en geen netflix

Jak ktoś ma rano wylot to dobry wybór (wciąż trzeba pamiętać że to duże lotnisko - nam dotarcie do gate w terminalu 2 od wyjścia z hotelu zajęło ok godziny (nie było kolejek i nie oddawaliśmy bagażu).

Staff were very good as well, breakfast was also excellent. Dinner was very poor. Working at airports, I know that hotels will charge more that are directly linked to airport, but the cost and quality of the dinner menu was simply not acceptable. The chicken wings I had for a starter was OK, quite tasty, sauce was bland but £15 - just too much. The worse was to come with the burger which was from what I recall £25 (may have been £26). The beef patties (you get two) was of very poor quality meat. They had the same texture, taste and ingredients as the cheap burger that you will get at a pop up fair - exactly the same. Surely if you are charging this much for a burger, please, put one patty in that is made from decent meat and actually produced be chefs at the hotel - these are simply supplied in and just not good enough - hate to say it, but Premier Inn's burgers are better - still not great but at £10 cheaper, a lot more palatable.
