Lars Georg (8/5): - Litt vanskelig å få kontakt for å avtale ankomsttid. Men flott service og helt OK utgangspunkt når en ønsker å besøke Venezia.
Al (8/5): - It's a place to stay that's a 20 minute bus ride to venice. Nothing special about it. Breakfast consisted of cereal, yogurt, coffee and pastries that you serve yourself from the kitchen.
Claudia (2/5): Vermieter nicht vor Ort und nicht erreichbar - Wir hatten auf unserer Italien Rundreise einen halben Tag Venedig eingeplant und dem Vermieter vor Beginn der Reise mitgeteilt, dass wir um 14:00 Uhr ankommen. Leider war niemand vor Ort. Wir riefen beide Handy Nummern an, die draußen angeschrieben waren und erreichten jeweils einen Anrufbeantworter. Auch bei der Festnetznummer, die ich den Reiseunterlagen entnahm, ging niemand ans Telefon. Es klingelte, aber niemand hob ab. Wir schrieben eine SMS und warteten eine Stunde. Mittlerweile ging meine Begleitung auf Suche nach einer anderen Bleibe, während ich wartete und Expedia kontaktierte. Leider konnte die Dame vom Kundenservice auch niemanden erreichen. Am Ende übernachteten wir in einem anderen Hotel und wir verloren 2 Stunden Zeit für die Besichtigung von Venedig. Ein Rückruf des Vermieters (Entgangener Anruf) erfolgte um 20:30 Uhr!!! Die größte Frechheit war allerdings, dass dieser, obwohl er nicht da war und nicht zu erreichen, den Mietpreis von der Kreditkarte abgebucht hat. Obwohl die Unterkunft von außen einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck gemacht hat, ist ein Vermieter, der nicht erreichbar ist an dem Tag, an dem er Gäste erwartet, absolut inakzeptabel. Ich kann nur abraten, hier zu mieten. Der Vermieter war übrigens auch vor der Abreise telefonisch tagelang nicht zu erreichen, um die Ankunftszeit zu vereinbaren.....
