Estremamente gentili i proprietari, Alex si è dimostrato disponibile anche al di là del suo ruolo. La chambre donnait sur le village qui est superbe. Un accueil agréable et efficace : le réceptipnniste m'a donné toutes les informations utiles. J'étais fatiguée après une longue étape du Camino, j'ai alors trouvé que l'hôtel était loin du centre, mais avec le recul et après repérage, l'emplacement est très bien. Trouver l'hôtel n'est pas évident, j'avais pourtant pris la précaution de scanner le QR code affiché sur le Camino. Mais de bonnes âmes locales m'ont bien aidée.

- Robin (10/5): There are 2 hostals I’d stay at in Villafranca and El Cruce is one of them! Give it a try! - I cannot say enough about Alex and his family at El Cruce. From the moment I arrived they treated me like family. Even picking me up at the bus stop so I didn’t have to drag my luggage. I was there Dec 21-Jan 3rd and being there for such a long time, I am so happy I chose El Cruce. Being a bit away from the plaza allowed some peace and privacy and the walk there only took about 5-8 minutes so I could do it as many times in a day as needed. AND so happy there was a bathtub in my room!!! I don’t think other guests realized how loud the hallways can be. Sometimes they were loud in the halls.

Very helpful with baggage pickup for Camino services. Good quiet spot. If you need a non-social night, this is the perfect location. Super far from the historic center and after a long day of hiking, you’re probably not going to walk in to the center. It’s a little dated and needs some updates.
