• Daisy (4/5): - The pool area was very nice. The staff were very friendly. The location is not bad and for what you pay it’s a clean bed and a safe place. The bathroom door had a horrendous squeaky sound whenever you opened it. The Wi-Fi was poor and we often lost connection. The curtains appeared to be mouldy and the bug net on the bathroom window was not properly attached. We were unable to change the settings on the air conditioning so we felt really hot at points but freezing at others. The door had a large gap in and did not shut properly.
• guido (4/5): Not recommended - The location and pool area it’s good. The WiFi doesn’t work, and it’s quite lacking in cleanliness, especially in the kitchen. The mattress is very old.

Kuvista ja muista arvosteluista luotin paikan olevan 3 tähden arvoinen, mutta olen nukkunut siistimmissä 1 tähden hotelleissa. Pyyhkeet ja lakanat repaleisia eikä lämmintä vettä tule. Huonetta ei oltu siivottu ennen kun se luovutettiin minulle. Valitettavasti myöskään ”erinomainen aamiainen” ei todellakaan pitänyt paikkaansa. Hotellina varmasti toimiva mikäli asiakas ja tähti arvostelut saadaan realistiseksi, ei tulisi ihmisille pettymyksiä.

La pileta limpia y sus dueños súper atentos. Alquilamos moto con ellos. Excelente relación precio-calidad. La ducha no tiene cortina y moja el baño, pero como todos en Bali.

There are plenty of wonderful places on - The location Please read everything! - Our bed sheets were dirty, and there was no cover for the sheets. We only received covers after reminding the staff three times. - It wasn’t possible to close the bathroom door. - The towels provided were small hand-sized towels. - Ants everywhere, even inside our food. - The bin was never emptied, which is a real problem in Indonesia where toilet paper goes into the bin. - The toilet was clogged at one point. - There was no drinkable water provided, so we had to buy our own. - Every time we used the pool, our eyes were burning badly. This happened every day during our three-night stay, which suggests the chemicals were not well balanced. - Very bad breakfast experience: It was extremely limited. You can only choose one small dish and one drink. The portions are so small that you will definitely need to eat again very soon. When we asked for a small plate of fruit, the staff seemed confused and it became an unnecessary drama. We eventually received it (just 4 small pieces of fruit), but the next day the hotel refused to give us breakfast at all, claiming that we had “already received something extra” the day before. Nobody informed us about this beforehand, and the reaction was completely unreasonable. We have traveled a lot and have never experienced something like this. - The manager communicated only through the staff. One of the staff members was a very young man who had just started the job – he was always polite and calm, and none of this was his fault. Still, using him as a messenger instead of addressing the situation personally felt disrespectful and unprofessional. After we asked five times that we want to speak to the manager we got a number, in the end it was a very disrespectful and emotional call. A few of our group have experience in that business and would have never treated their guests like that.

• Ivon (10/5): Una estancia inolvidable en Nusa Lembongan 🌺 - Nos hospedamos en Sari Nusa Inn por más de dos meses y no podríamos haber elegido un lugar mejor. Está ubicado muy cerca del puerto donde llegan las embarcaciones, lo que lo hace sumamente práctico. El ambiente es cálido y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta en la isla. Su personal es excepcional: jóvenes muy respetuosos, trabajadores y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos desde el primer día, con una amabilidad genuina y un trato lleno de cariño. Un sitio simple, auténtico y lleno de corazón. Lo recomendamos 100 % 💫

Rooms were clean, breakfast was fine and the location was walkable to the beach and restaurants and shops. AC wasn’t very strong

• Sarah (6/5): Un personnel aux petits soins, mais les photos ne correspondent pas vraiment - Le personnel est vraiment très aimable. Je n’ai pas trouvé que ça ressemblait aux photos. Le « quartier » n’est pas adapté aux voyageurs solo. Sans scooter impossible de se débrouiller. J’ai écourté mon séjour.

• Andrew (2/5): Very disappointed. We have in Nusa Lembongan five times. This is the first time we were unhappy. - The pool was OK. The room was often dirty. We had to ask the staff to spray the room against insects. When it was done, we found all sorts of bugs and a cockroach on the floor. We often had to ask staff to service our room. The air conditioner leaked. There were no plugs in the bathroom. The staff were friendly but didn't appear to be well trained in their jobs. The manager or owner spoke poor English and was often grumpy.

• virginie (10/5): Très bon séjour - Chambre très spacieuse et joliment décorée, dans un joli hôtel situé à une bonne dizaine de minutes à pied du bâteau. On proche de tout : plage, magasins, warung, centres de plongée, restos, spas… tout est à quelques pas. On a pu réserver directement depuis l’hôtel une sortie pour visiter la mangrove. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.

• Jayne (3/5): Cheap. - Affordable/cheap. We had 5 rooms in our group, one room smelt so bad we had to move to another accomodation, another had no hot water or suitable/sufficient bedding. We had no towels in the rooms on arrival and the room I was in had dirty bedding. I ended up booking alternative location and only stayed one of four nights I booked. Although the price was cheap, the accomodation was not as described.

My friends who paid for cheaper room got better room with garden views. They refused to give me my money back even when I refused to check in. Shame on you!!!! 🤬

• r (6/5): Redelijk eenvoudig en goedkoop verblijf. - Wij waren er maar 1 nacht. Redelijk verblijf voor als je een goedkope accommodatie met zwembad en ontbijt zoekt. De gevraagde huurscooter werd snel geregeld. Je kunt lopend naar het strand, winkel en eten maar mooier strand ligt iets verderop. Onze kamer rook vies. Ook het prullenbakje in de badkamer was vies. Omelet voor ontbijt was prima. Er is een gedeelde koelkast maar die werkt niet.

• Florian (6/5): Gute Unterkunft fürs Budget, zimperlich sein darf man hier nicht - Die Unterkunft ist nur knapp 100-200 m vom Strand entfernt und den Haupteinkaufsstraßen, trotzdem ist sie sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und bemüht. Ein schöner kleiner Pool liegt in der Mitte der Anlage. Bei Regen in Verbindung mit Wind dringt Wasser durch die Außenwand ins Zimmer. Es kann dadurch sein, dass man morgens in einer Pfütze aufwacht und auf dem Weg ins Badezimmer, wenn man keine Schuhe trägt, direkt ausrutscht. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber ausreichend. Die Duscharmatur ist jedoch hoffnungslos verkalkt und mindestens eine Portion Entkalker, wenn nicht sogar einen Austausch vertragen. Ansonsten sollte das Hotel mal prüfen, ob man nicht die Kategorisierung auf Booking um einen Stern nach unten schraubt und sich lieber als ehrliches zwei Sterne Hotel gibt . Viele der hier auf Booking gelisteten Features des Hotels sind nur mit zugekniffenen Augen und viel wohlwollen, als vorhanden zu kennzeichnen.
• Marianka (7/5): - Its a great place to stay if you arrive with Dcamel boat, as it's only 4 min walk from their harbor (each company has their own, and there are a few on the island). The rooms are very spacious and smell good (aka no mould smell which was fantastic!). The bed was comfy, AC worked perfectly. Don't expect a 5 star hotel for this price, but it was very decent, and it's really well protected from mosquitos which was a nice surprise! Almost no road noise around, which is a big plus for me. There's also a kettle in the room, towels and quilt. The snorkeling tour I booked with them was great, and the staff was lovely 😍 Internet was slow pretty often, and kept cutting in and out. I personally didn't love the area of this "town", and thought mushroom bay and Caningan island were much cuter, but I had a bike so it wasn't a big deal. However if you don't drive this location is pretty convenient (especially for the beginning)
