- Oleksii (9/5): - Комнаты небольшие, но их было много. Локация супер - 5 мин до ворот в старый город, супермаркеты, рестораны, бары, всё в пешей доступности. Есть свой паркинг. Кровати не очень комфортабельные. В некоторых комнатах не было окна на улицу. Так как нас было немного нам это не мешало, но для большой компании это будет важный фактор.

Cerca del centro sin estar en medio de todo. El apartamento está en muy buen estado con muebles nuevos. El personal súper amable Se oyen algunos ruidos. Tiene una bomba en la terraza que se oye mucho en el dormitorio principal. Algunas puertas chirrían y tal pero de verdad que calidad/precio/cantidad de gente para alojarse... Esta genial

The staff were very helpful and kind, especially Patricia, who did her best to make us feel comfortable. There is an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Nous vous recommandons vivement .

- Valentina (9/5): - Appartamento davvero consigliato! Si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro: noi facevamo colazione tutte le mattine al Mercato Centrale ed era comodissimo da raggiungere. Inoltre è molto vicino sia alla metro che alle fermate dei bus, quindi perfetto per spostarsi. L’interno era pulito e spazioso. Noi eravamo in 5 e avevamo praticamente una camera a testa. C’erano infatti una sala con due divani e TV, una cucina con un piccolo terrazzo utile per far prendere aria alle cose, due bagni e 4 camere da letto (due doppie con letti singoli, una matrimoniale e una tripla). Un grande punto a favore va anche alla receptionist, davvero molto gentile: ci ha spiegato le cose più importanti della città, soprattutto sui mezzi di trasporto, e ci ha anche permesso di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out. Tutto perfetto, solo la camera che dava sulla strada la sera tardi era un po’ rumorosa

Propreté irréprochable, très bonne literie, belle surface pour un séjour à 5 adultes. Excellent accueil. Des crochets supplémentaires pour les serviettes dans les salles de bains seraient bienvenus.

- DARIO (10/5): - 10 puntos EXELENTE.Nos alojamos en el piso 5 dpto 11.Primero el personal de recepción amenos , predispuestos en todo.El dpto al ingresar tiene un living comedor gigante con una TV mas gigante dos sillones,mesa para 10 personas aire acondicionado y dos ventanas con mucha luz. de esta habitación se va a dos habitaciones con dos camas en cada una y aire acondicionado,hay un pasillo con dos baños totalmente equipados y con una excelente presión de agua(la ducha tiene una flor gigante que parece que está lloviendo)este pasillo comunica a la cocina también totalmente equipada y a dos habitaciones más una con una cama matrimonial y otra habitación con tres camas las dos habitaciones con aire acondicionado.el wifie en todo el dpto funciona de 10.Realmente quede sorprendido con este dpto.a la vuelta hay un carrefour y bares varios por lo que vi es una zona de teatros chiquitos tipo under.Felicitaciones y gracias !!!!!!!? Que solo nos quedamos una noche,estabamos tan bien y cómodos que hasta pensamos en quedarnos y no salir a pasear por valencia.

- Aliia (8/5): excellent large apartments - Large apartments for a large family. Clean, and if you need anything, the staff (Amar thanks 🙏) is always ready to help. They even gave us mosquito repellent. When the garbage truck passes, the windows shake and you can hear it every day in between 23:30-00:30, but this is only in those rooms that face the street.

- Katalin (10/5): Ajánlom! - Szép, tiszta nagy lakás. Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, pár perc séta a piac, katedrális. A szállásadóval a kommunikáció gördülékeny volt, segítőkészek voltak. Ōsszességében minden rendben volt. Ha nagyon említeni kell valamit, akkor a konyha - annak ellenére, hogy tökéletesen tiszta volt- végig enyhén büdös volt, talán a csatornaszag jön föl. De, nem volt probléma, keveset időztünk ott.

On accède à la plupart des monuments de la ville à pied. L'arrêt de bus situé à 300 m conduit à la cité des sciences et au bioparc. Station de métro à 500 m. appartement spacieux et confortable. manque de torchons et de couverts.

- Ligia (9/5): - The apartment was nice, big, clean and we had everything we needed. The bed and the pillows were surprisingly comfortable. The location is great and there is bus and metro station few minutes away I didn’t liked that we’ve been charged 35€ for late check in which was only mentioned after the booking was made and we arrived only 30 minutes past 9pm. The deposit of 200€ was paid back after our check out and in general everything else was good

Igual unas instrucciones de cómo funcionan los aparatos estaría bien. Y más armarios, una habitación no tenía.
- Nina (10/5): Really nice apartment, will go back again. - The staff was very nice, the location was very good, walking distance from the center. The apartment was very nice and clean. The parking was also very good to have as it’s not possible to park on the street. We really liked the apartment. It’s good to have a lot of beds but the rooms are quite small and we can’t move much in them. Otherwise the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The water when taking a shower was going from hot to cold and that was not pleasant specially during the winter.

- Canirovemm13 (9/5): - Apartamento muy espacioso, limpio y cuidado. Con lo necesario para tu estancia, incluso tiene opción de parking en el mismo edificio por un suplemento. La ubicación es fantástica, junto al centro pero sin estar en el meollo, con lo cual te permite estar cerca de supermercados y otros comercios. Tiene recepción, así que las gestiones de check-in/out son sencillas y además tienes atención a dudas. Casi como si fuera un hotel. Repetiría la estancia. En una de las habitaciones de oía el ruido fuerte del aire acondicionado.

- SietzeKrijger (8/5): Super fijn appartement dichtbij het oude centrum van het prachtige Valencia! - Heel ruim appartement en op een prachtige locatie vlakbij het oude centrum! Goede bedden!! Heel fijn appartement om te verblijven en indien mogelijk komen we zeker terug!! Hele aardige en behulpzame gastheer!! Alle faciliteiten waren eigenlijk prima. Echter was het warme water niet altijd even constant tijdens het douchen. Het was sporadisch probleem dus zeker geen gamechanger hoor!
