Situated on main road, but you wouldn't know - it was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Manager very friendly and helpful. Can't think of anything we didn't like.

Beth (7/5): The property has so much potential but needs some much needed attention. - The property was well located for our needs and equipped with all the necessities. It was a nice touch having the air drying rack, iron and ironing board, it would have been even better if the equipment was better maintained. The airing rack had broken racks, the ironing board was in desperate need of replacing or at the very least a new properly fitted padded cover and the kitchen kettle was a disgrace, it hadn’t ever been cleaned and was black inside. The exhaust fans in both the bathroom and kitchen were filthy and also needed cleaning.
Maureen (9/5): - The apartment was as expected. Clean and comfortable. My sister and I enjoyed our stay there. Maybe they need to be a bit clear about how many people they allow in the property. There was a sign in the unused bet saying $50 extra per bed. Which is something I wasn't expecting. I talked with the host, and he explained me that they have had issues before where guests bring more people than expected. However, these signs can catch anyone by surprised. I would suggest making a note in their ads, or confirm with the guests before coming in.

Ashmita (10/5): Great stay- highly recommended - Great location close to town. We had originally booked a two-bedroom apartment, but due to a system glitch, our room was given to someone else. The staff were very friendly and handled the situation well by providing us with two separate apartments instead. Both were fully equipped with cooking and laundry facilities. The neighbourhood was very quiet, making it a peaceful stay for our family. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely return.

Danny (3/5): Poor service, blamed customers for their own mistake. If they don’t make a mistake the stay is fine. - The second night when we were moved to the right room met my expectations. They gave us the wrong room (with only one bed) and couldn’t move us into the right room until the second night. They claimed if we had arrived earlier in the day (we arrived 6Pm) that they could have given the right room that we booked despite me having prepaid. One of us ended up sleeping on a makeshift dirty mattress which they did not even make up for us. I had to put the sheets on myself and there was no duvet only a scratchy old blanket.

Daniel (9/5): The stay at Kellraine unit complex was an absolutely wonderful experience. - The unit that we hired is the same one as I hire each time I go down to St Helens, it is a large unit with bedrooms at east end of the unit which is great for my father and myself. That I ordered a room with two large beds and I had to sleep in a single bed of pay and extra $50 to use the other large bed.

Chantelle (4/5): It was ok, fit for purpose. A few improvements wouldn’t hurt - Suited my family, good location Needs a better clean, dusty and spider webs. Parking was hard when the adjoining guests parked in an inconsiderate manner (too far over) and I was unable to get out of the car in my designated parking spot, let alone get a sleeping baby out. Some line markings would help. This happened on 2 nights. The reception man was rude and not friendly. I booked a cot, they didn’t confirm (this happened on a previous stay as well) luckily I brought my own this time. They gave me the wrong room, and although the owner tried his best to let me stay in the room, it was not possible and I still had to move after one night, as a solo traveller with a 2 year old, this was extremely inconvenient to pack up everything into my car and check out and then move rooms and check back in that afternoon. What a waste of 2 hours on a family Easter holiday.

hangglider (8/5): We enjoyed a very relaxing stay - There was plenty of room and the seats in the lounge were comfortable. Parking was easy. The shower was great with lots of water pressure. Traffic noise did not penetrate into the room even though we were next to the road and there was great sound insulation between bedrooms. The queen bed was very uncomfortable and sagged to one side. The bench seats at the table were a bit hard.

Graham (2/5): Disgusted! - Lovely town and great coastline 1. Paid for a 2 bedroom unit for 2 Adults but if you use the second bedroom it is an extra $50 per night. Dishonest! Did not get what we paid for. Main bed was collapsing on one side. Continual invasion of ants into kitchen and bathroom in spite of constant spraying.

Codie-Lee (3/5): - Probably the only good thing about the place we stayed was it had a nice couch and tv that was it didn’t match up to what we thought it was -The place we stayed didn’t match up to what I thought it was on photos also there was foil sticking in holes that hasn’t been fixed and the floor had a massive rip in the carpet near the sliding door I had two kids but couldn’t use the second room as it said $50 per bed to be charged which they knew we had two kids with us to stay Im very disappointed
