• Prasheelsingh (7/5): Very nice place but the location aint the best - The owner is very helpful and you have a nice spacious space. its close to a massage parlor. You will get asked for massages a lot.

• Rebecca (5/5): Grubby - Not much I’m not sure how some scores have been ‘exceptional’. We arrived to a smoke filled ‘pho cafe’ and a young lad escorted us to our apartment. We found the kitchen very dirty. Lipstick on mug, unclean surfaces, hypodermic needle in the cupboard, dirty fridge and greasy cooker hood. He contacted his boss and it was promptly cleaned. The bathroom was clean but had a damp odour (internal bathroom) - dated which didn’t add to its appeal. No shower curtain so water went all over the floor. The sofa was grubby, the windows dirty, the apartment looks over a busy main road. The bedroom was clean as was the linen. Location was fine and could get a bus to old quarter 10 mins down the road. Nowhere near a 10 - even it had been spotless!

• Quoc (7/5): Good - No breakfast included. Location easy to access with a small coffee shop at the first floor. Owner stay there so easy to check-in and get the key Facility is a bit old, view to neighbor property so it is not comfortable when you want to open the windows curtain
• TSUNEO (10/5): ハノイの我が家,? - 大変便利なロケーションでスタッフはフレンドリーで快適です。常時ではないですが、日本語のできる人もいます。近くに食事のできる店も点在しています。１階にはカフェがありホテルロビーみ兼ねています。長期滞在に適しておりコスパがとても良いです。

• Co (9/5): Friendly staffs - the location was perfect, very near to the West lake so you can go running in the morning. nothing to complain :)
• ひろし (10/5): Exceptional - This hotel is superb! Well-maintain, very clean and having a great staff. Especially the reception, they were all great and they arranged a lot of things for me during my stay, plus all their recommendations are fantastic. They are always there to help me out, up to the most small details they are hands on! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to come in Ha Noi. For sure, I will definitely come back here!
• Khánh (10/5): - Khách sạn khá tiện khi di chuyển từ sân bay. Nhân viên lễ tân rất nhiệt tình và lịch sự. Mặc dù mình hơi khó tính, yêu cầu hơi nhiều nhưng bạn vẫn chịu khó đáp ứng. Thêm điểm cộng phòng ốc sạch sẽ, có bồn tắm. Nếu có lần công tác sau nhất định sẽ quay lại. Cảm ơn các bạn.

• Verified traveler (8/5): タイミングが悪かった。 - 裏のビルの新築工事を夜中遅くまでやっていて騒音がひどかった。ちょうどタイミングが悪かったと思うが。前は無料だったランドリーサービスが今回は１回40,00VNDかかった。スタッフは相変わらず親切である。
• naish (4/5): - 最終的には、全ての蛇口から水が出なくなりました。係の方にも見てもらいましたが、直りませんでした。お湯が出ないのなら我慢できますが、水が出なくなったのは流石に困り果てました。

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The 5 star rating on Expedia is flawed. The apartment should not even have 1 star rating. Staff do not know English. No one is there on the reception to respond to your phone calls. Booking was for 1 Apartment 2 room ended up with 1 Apartment 1 room. It was Chaotic everywhere. More than anything hotel do not follow proper immigration policy because of which our passport also got impounded and we have to waste our time going to immigration office. Terrible is what I can say.
