- Sunita (10/5): Serenity in gili - Extremely quiet and peaceful location, and a beautiful pool make this hotel super inviting and serene. The rooms are thoughtfully designed - our room had two queens and a day bed. The day bed was so comfy I fell asleep on it multiple times by accident. There are clean, well maintained mosquito nets on all beds..the bathroom is spacious and very clean. The outdoor area is nice too. The hotel provides a water dispenser which greatly helps reduce plastic use. They also provide flipflops, beach towels and beach totes - all of this enhances the stay so much. Breakfast is at chill out bar, not on premises so you do need to bike over. Chill out bar 's beach is actually the softest beach on the little with very little coral debris. The water is super clear at all times and you have access to their day beds. Staff at both properties are extremely sweet. Special note to say Adhi was so nice to us. Many reviews of gili mention garbage burning smell and rooster noise - GAB doesn't have either! Everything in gili is close by if you have a bike so I would 💯 recommend a serene place like this. We had no complaints.

Il est tres bien situé tout proche de la plage et de l'activité commerciale. Le restaurant rattaché a l'hôtel est délicieux et le staff super sympa, direct sur la plage avec transats a disposition. - Mathias (10/5): Bedste sted på Gili Air - vi forlængede fra 3 til 9 dage :-) - Vi og vores børn elskede stedet. Nyrenoveret for blot 3 måneder siden, hvorfor billederne ikke retfærdiggør hvor lækkert der er nu. Koldt og varmt vand ad libitum. Fantastisk pool. Beliggenheden er desuden perfekt trukket tilbage fra strand og øvrig larm på øen. Mere rolige omgivelser fås ikke på Gili Air, selvom det ikke tager mere end 5 minutters gang til strand (hvor vi så havskildpadder hver dag med snorkel) og midtby. Personalet var hjælpsomme og der var meget rent. Myggenet over alle senge var et stort plus! Alt var godt :-)

- Scott (10/5): Perfect! - The location is very nice because it's private but near the beach and shops! There is a local food restaurant called Shendy's nearby and it's super fresh and delicious! The pool is very nice and clean, and the area is very quiet. The staff is very nice and caring, and the breakfast is amazing! The breakfast is about an 8 minute walk away, but it's by the ocean and super yum! We decided to stay here for 2 more nights because we love it so much! Would 100% stay again!!

- Chantal (9/5): Schoon, heerlijke bedden met geneof kussens, uitgebreid ontbijt - Hele fijne kamer, we verbleven er met 2 volwassnen een kind en baby. Super schone kamers (nog beter dan de foto’s), met genoeg heerlijke kussens en klamboes voor ieder bed (die eigenlijk niet eens nodig waren, want geen last gehad van insecten). We reizen nu al een aantal maanden door Azië, maar dit was de schoonste kamer. En het ontbijt was ook zeer royaal. Genoeg keus en grote porties. We komen hier zeker terug.

Has cold / hot water machine with tea and coffee supplied. Nice outdoor sitting area but does become hot so an overhead fan would be nice. Room is comfortable with outdoor bathroom. Air conditioning works well. Getting tired and a little pricey. Management say renovations happening soon. Bathroom cleaning sub standard. Doesn't look like floor gets scrubbed and the shower tiles certainly do not. A build up of soap scum and what looks like bird excreta evident. Was like it for 3 days we were there. That's very bad.

- Betul (10/5): Perfect stay in Gili Air - + water dispenser and fridge the in room + shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap + Outdoor shower is very nice and spacious + Beach bag & beach towel in the room + room bery clean, was tidied up and cleaned every day❤️ + Breakfast has lots of options, European and Indonesian, proper coffee included like cappuccino, espresso. Breakfast place is 10 mins away, no problem for us. We like walking early morning when it’s not too hot. We liked everything here. My only recommendation would be electric sockets. There is only one single socket under bedside table. A couple plugs over the bed side table would be much appreciated , for phones, camera and power bank.

The breakfast is at chill out restaurant so rent a bike first day for easy access, then you can stay and use their sunbeds for free on the wonderful beach. Hotel garden and pool very nice and staff very helpful. Nice detail that unlimited water was provided. Maybe hard to do something about but pool was constantly so hot it didn't help you cool down. It wasn't a fresh dip in the pool. Also with one of our bungalows it smelled bad, like there was waterdamage in the room. I was also chocked that in the picture it looked like both beds had mosquito nets but it was only the double bed so our toddler had to sleep without. But good that mosquito plugs were provided.

- Jorg (10/5): Fantastisch!!! - Fantatstisch verblijf op Gili Air. Heerlijk rusig, kleinschalig parkje met aantal vrijstaande en geschakelde bungalows. Het parkje is heel groen en wordt erg goed onderhouden. Wij vonden het nog mooier dan op de foto's. Ook de bungalows zijn van binnen goed onderhouden en verzorgd (wederom beter dan op de foto's). Het personeel is super vriendelijk. De eigenaresse is een local, wat ook zeker een pre is. Het restaurant waar je op het strand kunt ontbijten is een kleine wandeling, langs de mooie stranden van Gili. Heerlijk 's ochtends op je slippers naar toe slenteren. Ontbijt is erg goed. Ook het avondeten is hier fantastisch; verse BBQ! Er zijn een aantal kleine restaurantjes in de buurt (waaronder Shendys Cafe, 100m, ook een local) waar je fantastisch kunt lunchen/dineren. En: Turtle Beach is 2m lopen, dus voor het ontbijt even snorkelen tussen de schildpadden en het mooie koraal is een uitstekend begin van de dag - gratis en voor niets. Absolute aanrader!!

Les petits déjeuner au chill out sont top ! L'accueil du premier jour par une dame pas très souriante ce jour là, un welcome drink qui est une bouteille d'orangeade de supermarché un peu low cost mais tout çà n'est qu'un détail, tout le reste était parfait ! Je retournerai ici sans hésiter pour un prochain voyage.

The outdoor(ish) bathroom is dreamy. It’s very quiet and peaceful - the perfect place to find some quiet. The grounds are pretty as there’s lots of lush vegetation. A perfect place to stay.

Le personnel est discret mais présent. Le gros problème, c'est la distance pour se rendre au petit-déjeuner. À 10 min de marche, pas du tout confortable. La piscine est vite petite si nous sommes plus de 2 familles. Le restaurant du petit-déjeûner nous a proposé une sortie snorkling avec l' agence Swell, nous n'avons pas été satisfait, tant au niveau de l' organisation que de l' accompagnement.
- sylvain (10/5): Un séjour parfait. - Nous voyageons à 3, un couple et un enfant. La chambre était très propre, et silencieuse. Adaptée à notre format de famille. L’emplacement est parfait à proximité des plages, des restaurants et du centre. La piscine est agréable. Le personnel très gentil et serviable. Toute l’équipe du chill out (établissement dans lequel le petit déjeuner est servi) est attentive, attentionnée, gentille et serviable. Merci pour votre accueil. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et très Bon. Le restaurant travaille des produits frais et propose une belle carte.

- Nicole (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf in een fijne bungalow op Gili Air, aanrader! - Hele fijne bungalows. Iets achterstallig onderhoud, maar daar konden we prima doorheen kijken. Fijne bedden, goede airco, koelkast, waterdispenser, mooie badkamer, goede Wifi, fijn zwembad. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Wasservice en elektrische scooters huren makkelijk via receptie te regelen. Ontbijt aan het strand is uitmuntend! Beste in onze reis van 6 weken, erg lekker en uitgebreid.
- Darren (8/5): Great stay on Gili Air - Gili Air Bungalows provided everything we needed for a great stay on this amazing island. Great location and a decent breakfast at the chill out bar which is a short walk, and includes free access to sun beds throughout the day. This isn’t a luxury accommodation, but makes up for it in lots of other ways.

- Anaïs (8/5): Hôtel agréable - Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en mai 2025 pour 3 nuits. Personnel agréable, chambre propre et lits confortables. Piscine sympa même si elle mériterait sans doute un peu plus d'entretien (bords, transats...). Situation géographique très bien. Petit déjeuner très bon, pas directement sur place mais très agréable car en bord de plage. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Des vélos à disposition gratuitement seraient un plus Néanmoins le restau nous a livré les mêmes petit déjeuner à l’hôtel car nous avions besoin de partir tôt .

Loved it!!!! - Beautiful clean rooms, pool was perfect size and a very quiet location albeit a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Being right in the beach would’ve been nice but it’s his place is so great, it didn’t really matter.

El desayuno muy completo en un restaurante cercano donde también cenamos una noche pescado a buen precio y en un lugar privilegiado sobre la playa. Por poner alguna pega la tercera cama de la habitación triple no era muy comoda.
- Jacqueline (10/5): - Loved this property! The staff were lovely. Breakfast is in another location on the beach, you can stay after breakfast and use the beach chairs for free. We loved that the property was set back from the beach in a beautiful garden with a lovely pool in the centre with the bungalows surrounded it. The rooms are basic and clean, with a large comfortable bed, all rooms have big bottles of water, which I loved. Reduces the waste of small plastic bottles. The outside bathroom was large and we loved it.

- cva077 (10/5): - Everything, the front porch ,the water dispenser! Bungalow with everything you need ,cleaning every day,after a long day at the beach you come in a cool,clean room ,perfect! Nice garden with wash you feet station on the entrance to not carry all the sand in the room.Pool small but well kept it and very good to cool off . The restaurant for breakfast was very nice and you have 10% off if you go and eat with them for the other meals( breakfast was included). Nothing to do with the accommodation, the Muslim calling for prayer at 5 am. You could hear in the room! It is an island, so expect humidity insects and dust. A bit of walking til the breakfast but on the beach side so it is a pleasure in the morning.

- Gerlinde (9/5): - Het personeel en de indeling van de kamers (ruime badkamer, fijn zitje buiten). Snorkelen kan je ook via hen regelen. We hadden een leuke tour. Ontbijt is top! De paardekarren op het eiland, echt zielig om te zien. Maar hier kan de accomodatie natuurlijk niks aan doen.
- Gaston (10/5): - Wat een prachtige ervaring, luxe mooie bungalows, schoon en netjes. Lekker zwembad en perfecte locatie op het eiland . Ontbijt erg uitgebreid en erg lekker. Ontbijt wordt op andere locatie geserveerd, prachtig direct aan het strand. Strandstoelen zijn voor jou gereserveerd en ter plekke mooi snorkelen.

- Eugen (8/5): Super gemütliche Insel und super nette Menschen - Es war ein super gemütliches Häuschen , etwas alt aber dennoch in Ordnung. Was gut war war das Wasser auf dem Zimmer wo man auch heißes Wasser für Tee nehmen konnte also hat man da schon mal gespart. Spazieren zum Restaurant war kein Problem für uns . Das man uns zwar täglich neue Tassen hingestellt hat aber den Tisch nicht gewischt hat. Die Blätter im Bad hat man auch nicht weg geräumt( offene Dusche )

Not a problem but good to be aware - Add bike hire to your budget as it is the best way to get around in the heat and well worth it. Still makes this good value.

- Thomas (10/5): Clean, comfortable, characterful, peaceful and very helpful staff - Great location with just a short walk to many bars, restaurants and the beach. Herman and his staff were extremely helpful in all regards and they even took our cases down to the port while we walked to save us a transfer fee. Breakfast is served in a local restaurant about a 7 minute walk away and options are plentiful and delicious, with a great beachfront location. Book this place, you wont go wrong, I loved it and I’m fussy! Nothing, it was all great for us although the less mobile may find the 7 minute walk to the restaurant a bit harder than normal.
- Ngahuia (10/5): - Beautiful accommodation and lovely helpful staff who made our stay so relaxing and stress free. We felt so welcomed as soon as we walked in. The room was very comfortable, clean and just the right size. And the pool was great! Also the breakfast at Chill Out was fantastic, a short walk from the accommodation itself but definitely worth it.

Le personnel est gentil, serviable et adorable 😍, merci pour leurs accueil. Rien à dire, se serait chipoter sur d'infimes détails qui n'ont pas lieu d'être...
