Et très bien placé pour les tortues juste en face de l hôtel La salle de bain a vraiment besoin d etre rénovée...tres vieillissante dommage ça ne fait pas clean. Réveil a 5h par la mosquée prévoir de bonnes boules quies.

• Bettina (8/5): I love it. - Lovely little hotel at very close to the beach where you can go snorkeling and see lots of turtles! Location is good, you can walk everywhere. Room was spacious, and terrace was nice. Hotel staff is super friendly. Unfortunately hotel is little bit dated. Needs renovation. At least our room. The soundproofing of the rooms is non-existent. You can hear everything that is done in the next room. And on weekends there were some parties held by tourists on the beach that lasted until 7 am and the noise was so loud that it felt like they were partying in our room. And I had earplugs (the hotel distributes them for free)

Šílený smrad v bungalovu po savu, zatuchlině, celou noc nás z toho bolela hlava….nevím možná jen náš, ani bych raději nedoporučovala

Am apreciat curatenia, confortul, stilul exotic, distanta mica fata de plaja. Micul dejun a fost bun, insa ar trebui diversificat. Pentru cei care stau doar doua, trei zile, nu ar fi o problema, dar in cazul nostru, da. In cele sapte zile am avut de ales intre oua, orez si paste, insotite de fructe, suc si cafea.

• Karyne (9/5): Un petit paradis, attention aux nuisances sonores des voisins - Les bungalows avec toutes les commodités, le personnel accueillant, le petit déjeuner copieux, la propreté, la présence d'une grande table pour dessiner, écrire, peindre, les éclairages, la situation géographique à 50m de la plage, les bons spots de snorkeling.. Il y a du bruit régulièrement à côté au warung Sasak, des hommes jouaient dont certains trop bruyants entre 21h30 et 00h00 !

• Muriele (1/5): Sehr schlechter Kundenservice - Rezension: Leider extrem schlechter Kundenservice. Wir hatten im Biba Beach ein Zimmer für drei Nächte gebucht. Aufgrund hoher Wellen wurden jedoch alle Bootverbindungen von Bali nach Gili an drei Tagen in Folge gestrichen. Dadurch war es uns unmöglich, überhaupt nach Gili Air zu gelangen. Wir haben mehrfach angefragt, ob man uns in dieser außergewöhnlichen Situation – für die wir nachweislich nichts konnten – entgegenkommen könnte. Auf keine dieser Nachrichten kam eine Antwort. Ergebnis: voller Preis bezahlt, keine Leistung erhalten. Absolut enttäuschend und nicht kundenorientiert. In solchen Fällen zeigt sich, wie ein Hotel wirklich mit Gästen umgeht – und das war hier schlicht unakzeptabel.

Acoperișul are scurgeri multiple la cea mai mică plaoie (mai pe scurt te trezești ca îți plouă în cap noaptea), pe lîngă ploaie acoperișul se macină și tot gunoiul ăsta cade pe totul în interior! Prin pereți și acoperiș toată noaptea se aude de parcă sărbătoresc revelionul șobolanii și șopârlele! Un miros absolut insuportabil de umezeală și mucegai (chiar dacă pentru Indonezia umezeală e ceva adesea întîlnit dar nu în așa măsură)! Curățenia e așa de bine făcută încât te temi să pui mâna pe plasa pentru țânțari și de restul în odaie! Albiturile au un miros oribil! Apa la dus vine doar pe o țeavă și logic rece plus cu un miros urât! Aerul condiționat de cea mai proasta calitate! Vecinii se aud de parcă ar fi lîngă tine în pat! La restaurant 5 chelneri dintre care 3 se joaca in telefon și 2 fumează dar niciunul sa se apropie să-ți aducă meniul! Am închiriat de la ei biciclete ca înainte de termenul achitat cu frustrare să le vrea înapoi, personalul e amabil doar la nivel de salut… și multe altele!!! Nu mereu pozele de pe booking sunt echivalente cu realitatea dar în acest caz e prea exagerată diferența fiind nevoit să achiti 2 cazări concomitente.

Super vriendelijk personeel en echt super behulpzaam, ik was mijn paspoort en geld vergeten in de kluis en dit werd van het hotel op Gili naar mijn hotel op lombok gebracht. Dus super betrouwbaar. De locatie zelf is ook top, aan het strand, turtle beach waarbij wij meerdere schildpadden voor het hotel hebben gezien. Het was niet helemaal schoon. Het kan hygiënischer. Zowel de kamer als de badkamer.

Det var lite si och så med AC, vi fick byta bungalow och där luktade det från avloppet och läckte in i taket vid regn. Men sköna sängar. Den andra bungalow som hade dusch utan tak vilket var mysigt, fungerade allt bra.

The rooms were spacious and had an ocean view and pool. The massage on location was very good. We arrived late and there were ants all over the bed from the decorative leaves, however we complained and they immediately changed the sheets.

• Dagnija (1/5): The worst place I have ever stayed in!!! - The only positive thing was the proximity to the sea. The cabin we were given was very dirty — an old pizza box in the fridge, a dirty floor, and the corners were full of dust, dirt, and rubbish. In the bathroom there was mold everywhere, peeling paint — it was disgusting to even imagine taking a shower or brushing my teeth there. There were even mouse droppings in some places. The lighting was very poor, but I suppose with that level of dirtiness it’s intentional, so you don’t see it. During the night the air conditioner turned off, the room became stuffy, and it was hard to sleep. The surrounding area was also unkempt — a dried-out garden, broken tiles. The next morning I realized we couldn’t stay there even a minute longer. When I told all this at the reception, they replied with a smile: “We know!” If you know, then why don’t you clean and fix it?! When I said I wanted a refund, they told me they would give me another cabin!!! It never even crossed my mind that we could stay there!

• Gessica Casanova (8/5): Gili Air 4 gg - È presente la spiaggia con lettini privati davanti alla turtle point, è tra i punti piu belli dove fare snorkeling, la barriere corallina è ricca e ci sono tante tartarughe con cui nuotare la mattina fino all'ora di pranzo con l'alta marea. È una posizione comoda per girare l'isola è possono noleggiare una bicicletta La colazione potrebbe essere più ricca, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioria e ristrutturazione.

• anne (10/5): Chouette hôtel - Nous avons apprécié l'accueil très sympathique de toute l'équipe. Chambre bien équipée et confortable même si la climatisation n'est pas hyper efficace mais c'est assez logique puisque les murs ne sont pas vraiment hermétiques (ce sont des jolies cabanes). Bouteilles d'eau fournies chaque jour, ménage proposé tous les jours, petit déjeuner très bon avec du choix pris face à la mer, les pieds dans le sable, quel bonheur ! Piscine très agréable et propre. Environs plutôt calme et proche de nombreux restaurants. La mer est devant l'hôtel et on peut apercevoir des tortues en snorkelling à 100 metres du rivage. Les fonds sont magnifiques. Un ventilateur pourrait etre apprécié puisque la climatisation est assez faible mais on a très bien dormi malgré la chaleur.

The relaxed feel of the property, the food (Mahadi great Italian & local cook) and the lumbung we stayed in was comfortable with daily room clean. Daily swims with turtles straight off the front sandy beach with loads of fish & coral the highlight of our week It’s an older property, it looks tired in need of some maintenance which they mentioned they were going to do soon. The staff make up for this Nural, Tam and their team were friendly and helpful

• danielle (9/5): Bungalows simples dans un petit coin de paradis - Nous avons passé 5 jours à Biba beach villa pour terminer notre périple en Indonésie. Nous avions un grand bungalow triple très pittoresque avec petite terrasse vue mer et tout confort ( clim, moustiquaires, eau chaude, frigo, bouteilles d’eau quotidiennes, serviettes de plage) Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et familier. Le restaurant juste en bord de mer est très bon et le petit déjeuner inclus est copieux et délicieux (jus de fruits et fruits frais variés chaque matin ) L’hôtel propose des massages excellents, nous en avons fait chacun 3. La piscine est belle et très propre avec transats et parasols. Côté plage nous avions le choix entre transats classiques et paillotes individuelles sur pilotis. Cette petite île est charmante, animée mais pas trop et surtout entourée d’une belle et grande zone de snorkeling On se déplace à pieds ou à charrettes à cheval pour les bagages. Nombreux petits restaurants, boutiques, centres de plongée et d’excursions en mer. Super séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis Le ménage des chambres est fait par l’équipe de jeunes garçons et n’est pas bien fait. Il serait bon de décaper en profondeur la salle de bain et rafraîchir la chambre entière. L’extérieur par contre est bien entretenu

Piscina confortevole, ottimo posto per rilassarsi. Personale super cordiale e disponibile. Posizione ottima a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto e dalla parte più centrale dell'isola. Se proprio devo indicare qualcosa, per la colazione si può fare di più: piatto di frutta piuttosto povero e poche opzioni dolci. Ma sono dettagli.

Restaurant and sun loungers right on the beach. Great spot for snorkelling and turtle spotting. Staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Always looking out for us and my 82 year old mum. Our hut was really cute, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was yummy. Having the pool was great for when the tide is out or if you just want a quick dip. Plenty of food options close by. Nothing

• ALEXEY (8/5): Атмосферный отель - Хорошее соотношение цена-качество для Гили Эйр. Отличное расположение на пляже с черепахами которых по утрам было много. Доброжелательный персонал. Да и вообще красивый и зелёный! Для релакса! Муравьи в ванной. Пыль с мебели не вытиралась пару лет точно.

• Yara Sosa (9/5): Bungalows con piscina y Beach club - El personal es increíble! Empezando por Nurul. Los masajes de Ratna impresionantes.. y la playa delante... una delicia. Se respira buen rollo desde el primer momento hasta la despedida. El café y el te del desayuno no son nada buenos, ni fríos ni calientes.. El desayuno en sí, en general necesita mejorar.

• Cristian (8/5): 4 giorni di puro relax - Buona posizione di fronte spiaggia delle tartarughe (realmente presenti la mattina) personale super gentile, ma questo è un must per tutti i balinesi ormai, buona colazione con possibilità di pranzare con i piedi sulla spiaggia o sopra comode strutture rialzate in riva al mare Bagno un po' fatiscente, odore sgradevole, prezzo leggermente alto per la media del paese.

• CRISTINA (7/5): - Struttura semplice. Punti forti: posizione in fronte alla spiaggia, piscina, disponibilità di lettini in spiaggia.Il ristorante fa una buona pizza! A mio parere il rapporto qualitá-prezzo non è alto.
• Violaine (10/5): Super hôtel à Tortules Point !!! - Le personnel est adorable, souriant et accueillant. La chambre est très agréable et charmante, à 2 pas de la mer et du spot de snorkeling. La piscine et les massages un merci particulier à Rana et Rumi petites mains expertes et magiques. Les tortues en face à toute heure ! De bons petits déjeuners Tout ça à a 15 mn à pied du port. On a adoré, MERCI 🙏 La salle de bain pourrait être un peu rénovée mais avec cet extérieur magique c'est un détail.
