- Sebiha (6/5): Смесени чувства. - Леглото беше удобно и беше чисто, имаше и хладилник. Първо пътя до там е меко казано отвратителен, с огромни кратери, не дупки. Осветлението в тоалетната почти го нямаше, капака на тоалетната чиния беше счупен, и сешоара също не работеше, а вътре беше такава жега, ноември месец, че се наложи да спим на отворен прозорец.

- Marco (6/5): un tuffo in montagna a 15 min dal centro di Sofia - Il contesto naturalistico della foresta circostante è molto bello e concilia il sonno. Il personale è disponibile e gentile. Non ho avuto il piacere di cenare, ma la sala da pranzo, si presenta accogliente e arredata con caratteristiche tipicamente montane. Non amo dormire o frequantare posti provvisti di moquette ovunque. L'odore e la pulizia di un pavimento peloso, pur che lo pulisci e lo aspiri ogni 5 minuti, non può essre paragonato ad un bel parquet o una ceramica. Specie in un albergo, dove il via vai continuo delle persone, porta ogni tipo di agente patogeno dall'esterno.

- Paul (9/5): Amazing place to stay and we wish we had had more time to explore the area. - The rooms were incredible and warm. Big comfortable bed and very clean. We got to the accomodation late (9.30) as we had a horrendous border crossing. Wanted to use the restaurant and although the restaurant was open until 11pm, the kitchen had already closed. There was no other option as we were a long way from anywhere else. Went without dinner.

And always available rooms for a reasonable price. The overall cleanliness of the window, bathroom and rug could be a lot better for the price. Also the room was too warm and since the window is small we couldn't make the room cool enough. The road leading to the hotel is quite bumpy to drive on.

Frühstück war OK Lage war sehr schön und für Ruhesuchende TOP Innenausstattung(Teppichboden sehr verschlissen) sehr dunkel im Innenbereich Steckdose im Flur rausgerissen

- Lea (4/5): Es war ein kurzer Aufenthalt mit erschreckenden Erfahrungen. - Es war eine schöne Lage in den Bergen. Ich kann über vieles hinwegsehen: der Weg zu dem Hotel war wirklich schwierig, das Zimmer nicht sehr sauber und es lag noch ein Koffer von der Vorbesitzerin offen da. Alles okay, den Koffer haben wir zur Rezeption gebracht (denen ist nicht einmal aufgefallen, dass dort noch etwas lag) und sind schlafen gegangen. Mitten in der Nacht hörten wir Geräusche an der Zimmertür und plötzlich standen zwei Menschen vor unserem Bett! Als sie merkten, dass das Zimmer besetzt war, sind sie laut lachen wieder rausgerannt. Mein Freund ist hinterher und hat gefragt, was sie wollten, sie haben den Koffer gesucht, der hier noch im Zimmer lag. Offensichtlich handelte es sich um die Vorbesitzerin des Zimmers und einen weiteren Hotelgast. Sie wollten „einfach mal probieren, ob ein anderer Zimmerschlüssel auch passt“ und er passte offensichtlich. Die Nacht war für mich sehr unruhig, ich bin nur noch angespannt eingeschlafen. Am nächsten Tag wollten wir den Fall bei der Rezeption ansprechen, dort war nur eine Frau, die kein Wort Englisch verstanden hat. Später war ein anderer Mann da, also sprachen wir ihn an. Er fand die Situation eher lustig und sagte, dass die Zimmernummer der anderen Person einen Zentralschlüssel hat und überall reinkommen kann. Das ist ziemlich beunruhigend, dass andere Gäste jederzeit in dein Zimmer kommen könnten. Das hat der offensichtlich betrunkene und nach Alkohol riechende (um 10 Uhr morgens) Rezeptionisten allerdings nicht interessiert. Zum Glück haben wir nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht.

- KRYVOBIK (6/5): - Місце розташування дуже здивувало, їхали в 22 годині, було вже темно. Тунель з високих дерев насторожував, але був дуже красивим. Коли під'їхали до готелю заспокоїлись. Зустрів адміністратор, дуже ввічливий, але не дуже тверезий. Дав ключі та сказав підійматись на третій поверх. Ліфту не має, на брелокові напис номера з роками стерся, тому замість шістнадцятого пішли в п'ятнадцятий. Налякали мешканців п'ятнадцятого номера. Потім додивились, що в нас шістнадцятий. Вранці побачили, що готель знаходиться в дуже гарному лісі з гарними краєвидами. В номері брудно, ліжко погано застелене. Є чайник та чай, а також чашки. Але не ризикнули скористатись цими послугами. Душової кабінки не має, все в одній маленькій кімнаті (туалет, душ, умивальник).

Heb alles laten staan, m'n beklacht gedaan, niks van eten hoeven te betalen, had gelukkig instand noudels bij, die maar op kamer opgegeten, een hele belevenis, kamer opzich prima voor 't geld dat ze vragen, ik zou zeggen ga het mee maken!!

- Hans-Jürgen (8/5): Ein Quartier in schöner Natur, das auf Renovierung wartet - Der Gastgeber war freundlich. Allerdings ist das Haus doch ziemlich abgewohnt. Die Erreichbarkeit ist was für Cross-Fans. Es fehlt ein Fahrstuhl und Katzen in der Küche geht eigentlich gar nicht

- Kostenko (2/5): Испорченное впечатление и отдых. - Замечательное месторасположение.Очень понравился завтрак,хотя были вопросы по поводу оплаты,но мы решили их. Ужасное состояние номера люкс с камином.Прожженый ковер,обои заклеены скотчем,но все равно отваливаются,выпадают розетки,грязные простыни,сломан кран в умывальнике,все старое.

- Orban (6/5): - Nothing in special, it was ok for 1 night but not for more. It is hard to reach the location, in the woods, the way is very bad. Sometimes it was ok, but it seems they do not spend anything to keep the rooms in shape. The refrigerator was not working due to a broken outlet.

Some reviews mention that it was dirty, but in my opinion it is not exactly the case. As towels and sheets were clean. But... Sockets, carpets, furniture, they need to be replaced. Anyway for one night it was perfect for its price.
