YANRUI (10/5): - 地理位置特别满意，刚好在入住期间碰见了7.6级地震，值班的老爷爷真的非常温柔而且照顾我们，晚上还又特意叮嘱我们不要害怕，确实温暖到了。
WAI LON (8/5): - 可能提早清潔好房間，可以提前入住放下行李，酒店地理位置極佳，與函館駅非常近房間里的單人床太軟，老人家不太喜歡。住宿位於2樓，晚上可能有時會聽樓下經過聊天的聲音。
Ming Shan (7/5): - 民宿但有職員check in(但早上8時仍未上班，沒法寄存行李..)。有廚房，廚房爐具可向職員借取。附附近有便利店，約6分鐘路程有超市。淺眠朋友注意，與電車站距離太近，晚上及凌晨5時多開始便聽到電車行駛的聲音。

There was a strong smell in one of the rooms which could have made us sick. We ended up not using that room at all. It was horrible.

John (9/5): Great value with comfortable bedding and many amenities in great proximity to the station. - HUGE room. We are in Room 501 and easily as large as three typical business hotel rooms. Had microwave, kitchen sink with cooktop and large refrigerator with freezer. Bath was spacious with nice dressing area. Comfortable leather sofa was nice for resting. FREE washer and dryer on each floor. Was very quiet. Great proximity to the station (just a few minutes on foot). The area immediately surrounding the hotel is not upscale. Has a very industrial worn out feel which may turn off some, but this is Japan, and its still safe. The only recommendation we would make is to have some type of secure entrance after the front desk staff leaves for the evening. That is, anyone could walk in off the street, get onto the elevator and access any floor of the building. Again, this is Japan and its quite safe, but most hotels in which we stay require guests to swipe their room card on a reader in the elevator. The internet was so/so, and since this was a business trip, it was an important matter.

The room is actually an apartment with tons of space and fantastic facilities. Nothing, wish we could have stayed longer!

Lim (10/5): Exec - Spacious unit for comfortable 3 night stays for 4 pax. Convenient location close to Metro station, convenience stores, eateries and places of attraction. Carpark is right in front of the hotel. There is a lift to each floor which is good for elderly. The guests staying above my unit were running madly around their unit in the middle of the night. No fault of the hotel though.

Seng (8/5): Nice spacious room - Location near to JR train station, bus terminal and tram stop, good for us who are using the public transportation. Condominium also within short walking distance to the morning market, Lucky Pierrot outlet and other eateries. Room spacious (for 3 adults) with nice layout with bedroom, living room, small kitchenette, separate toilet, basin and shower area. Heater provided in the room which is great for cold nights. Washing machine located on 3rd and 5th floor and detergent provided. Towels provided based on number of person and nights stayed. Easy check in and out. Do note that there is no room service to clean room. Vacuum cleaner provided in the room housing the washing machine.

Lee (10/5): Lovely and comfortable stay! Great location! - Near Hakodate JR station and lots of restaurants and convenience stores around the area! There is also a lift to bring your luggage up the levels, free washing and dryer facilities, heating was great, drip coffee was heavenly, bed was comfortable, owners were kind and lovely! It was a great stay, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. There was also a clean towel everyday despite that they don’t clean the room daily! During winter, it can be really cold to walk 5-10mins to the accommodation!

Sandy (8/5): Spacious room - Room was big and spacious, it looks exactly like the photo shown, no problem for 4-6 adults moving comfortably within the room. Location was also good, it near Hakodate station & morning market, about 5-6 min walk to both places, the tram also right infront of the apartment. There were also a washer and dryer near our room, which you can do some laundry, all in, we enjoyed our stay, and will come back again if we visit Hakodate in the near future 😊 Bed is too soft for my liking, and the pillow also quite thin, I twisted my neck on the 1st night of sleeping... 😢
Mei (9/5): Superb - The hotel is a five-minute walk from the JR station and another five-minute walk from the seafood market. Within the walking distance to the red brick warehouse blocks as well. Free washers and dryers in shared laundry room. The host was very welcoming and stayed overtime to check us in since we arrived pretty late. There's also a microwave in the room and a seven eleven around the corner of the block. Definitely recommend!
