• ruban (3/5): Disgusting place, not worth the money - The whole area was spacious The entire property wasn't clean enough, old tiles and bath fittings, poorly designed toilets, no mirrors in bathrooms or in some bed rooms, no cooking essentials, not even sugar, milk or pepper. Whenasked, caretaker lady just said- no. She even said if the house is not cleaned well, she won't give the 2000 Bhat deposit back. Pool wasn't clean enough,
• uppie (4/5): Leuke villa maar slecht onderhouden hoop dingen stuk - Locatie is perfect goed centraal gelegen als je niet elke dag in die drukte wilt zijn. Winkels zijn om de hoek en marktjes 5min Villa is ruim maar achterstallig onderhoud. Zoals de foto's altijd omschrijven is helaas nooit de realiteit. Geen parasol bij het zwembad veel te warm in de zon. De voetbaltafel is kompleet stuk en dient vervangen te worden of weg te gooien Waterdruk villa slecht kraan water loopt nauwelijks bij sommige kranen. Onderhoud villa slechte staat Hygiëne redelijk

• Jason (10/5): Exceptional - Good location everything within a few steps, comfy bed peaceful sleep, staff go out of their way to make you welcome and feel special, local area teaming life and entertainment, great for a walk about, street markets, food and clothes, will stay again deffo no complaints can't recommend enough.

• Devendra (1/5): Need Maintenance - This is second time we have booked the villa. Experience for the first time was like when we entered the bedroom, bed was broken.. The host / Maid had to call furniture guy and repair it immediately. This is what we like about the Maid / host who was taking care of the villa. Suddenly after some time we realize that even AC was not cooling. We had never experience such dis maintained villa. But this time we had to book villa since the location we wanted to go was very close to villa. Before booking we did send messages to villa owners that we don’t want bed to be broken or AC not be working. This time when we entered bed was maintained, One of the bedroom had New AC, Living Room AC was very good too. Only one the bedroom had very Bad AC. What we did not liked that after calling the pool guys for 3 to 4 times he did not arrived. He arrived on Day 2 at 6.30pm when we wanted to go out. Pool was in the worst condition. You will see Cockroaches, Mosquitoes, Leaves and all dirt in the pool. Even Villa entering gate was broken. The host / maid did tried to do everything to resolve our problems but could not succeed for other reason –

• Madeinhawk (5/5): Nice pool, but a few things to be aware of if you book - The pool was clean and really nice to swim in, there were toys provided in the pool for kids, the rooms were well sized, and there was plenty of air conditioning available in rooms and loungeroom. There is also a carspot which was handy. The street is tight, so there is no parking on the street. The floor and house in general wasn't clean. The water pressure was really bad, so showers weren't a great experience, and taps were slow going. The bed we were on was broken, so it was really uncomfortable. Also, a big one for me was payment. We had a lot of trouble trying to contact the property before we arrived. The number advertised didn't work and i messaged several times and just got a generic response. So we turned up and just let ourselves in. About an hour later, someone turned up asking for cash payment. We booked through booking.com, which the reservation confirmation said we could use a number of different cards to make payment, but she wouldn't accept anything but cash. She was quite rude about it as well. We escalated the issue after it wasn't going anywhere and eventually got onto the owner who owned another place and was able to accept card payment through that place. So it got resolved, but just flagging to anyone booking this place, don't read the booking.com confirmation as they will only accept cash.
• Paul (9/5): our stay with two parents, 4 young children and two Nannie’s was very enjoyable and the house easily accommodated all of - the property was well located, clean and the owner was very helpful through the stay some basic items were missing like hand towels and kitchen accessories. on request the owner agreed to purchase those items and the problem was easily rectified

• Philip (2/5): Really bad place - Not much It was pretty dusty, smelled strange, was generally old and in need of repair. The beds felt dirty and were really uncomfortable - some v hard, some way too soft. The toilets ranged from prison like to ok, but generally not at all good. The pool area was badly in need of a facelift, not generally conducive to relaxing around. The front entrance was basically a big heavy sliding gate that was a struggle to pull across and to lock the place there was a padlock for the patio sliding doors. Didnt feel like the most secure. When i asked about extra towels, the host didnt want to know. Overall, really bad place. The reviews here must be fake.

• ชิดชนก (4/5): - ก่อนจอง รบกวนเช็คเงื่อนไขต่างๆเพราะ ข้อมูลมีความซับซ้อน จองแล้วไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้คะ ราคาสุทธิ จะไม่รวม ค่าทำความสะอาด ค่าน้ำ ค่าไฟ คะต้องจ่ายเพิ่มอีก เยอะ แนะนำโรงแรมควรรวมค่าต่างๆ ไว้ในราคาสุทธิ เพราะจะทำให้ลูกค้าสับสน และไม่สามารถยกเลิกการจองได้ สระนำสกปรกมากคะ บ้านเหม็นอับ แจ้งทางที่พักแล้ว บอกว่าจะให้แม่บ้านมาทำความสะอาดสระว่ายน้ำ แต่ไม่มีวี่แวว ว่าจะมา แย่มากคะ ท่อห้องน้ำชั้นบนตัน ใครจะมาพักแนะนำเอาหมอหุงข้าวมานะคะ เพราะทางที่พักไม่มีให้ ทริปนี้ถือว่า แย่คะ เพราะที่สำคัญคือสระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัว คะ ถึงเลือกพักบ้าน ที่เป็นพูลวิลล่า
