Garcia La Madrid (5/5): - Las instalaciones están bonitas son espaciosas el personal es agradable muy corteses tanto a la señorita recepción como en el come doriene área de juego para niños es grande y hay seguridad en la puerta En los baños en vez de ver jabones de malo hay jabón líquido tanto para la ducha como para el tocador no hay agua embotellada en las habitaciones falta mantenimiento a las áreas comunes las piscinas no son temperadas
Martí (5/5): Disfrutamos de las dependencias y de la tranquilidad del lugar, no creo volver. - El desayuno era simple y no reflejaba la oferta que decía. Las instalaciones estaban limpias más eran viejas y sin mantención. La pieza que me dieron estaba bien y la limpieza buena, la cama cómoda y el ambiente silencioso, me gustó la piscina y la sala de juegos con las mesas de pool, disfruté del descanso y el personal amable. No me gustó la apariencia de viejo y descuidado del exterior y su interior que era frío, aunque las habitaciones estaban bien era algo antiguo.

Roberto (6/5): - Lejano de todo Todas las noches tipo 7am hora chilena, subían al techo y abrían una puerta, metiendo mucho ruido llegando a saltar del susto, reclamé sin embargo paso de nuevo al último día. Quería descansar, sin embargo, no me dejaron.

lino (6/5): - Para ser un Hotel de una cadena importante fue muy decepcionante que alguno de su personal no sea servicial y perdida en dar información de los servicios esto me toco vivir con la recepcionista. Los precios que se pagan no están de acuerdo a la calidad de servicio.
Elaine (10/5): Excellent hotel - Very comfortable rooms. Great facilities with free use of the pool, which has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed the daily breakfast which was included and the staff were always very friendly and helpful here. Wi-Fi also was fast. The only small drawback was that taxi drivers often didn't know where the hotel was located when we were coming back from the city centre so it took a bit of time explaining. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
