• Tom - Woerden NL (8/5): - Dit is een klein hotelletje in een buitenwijk van Milaan, beheerd door een vriendelijke oudere man. Wij blijven hier maar één dag maar hadden een kamer met een eigen terras. Er is een zwembad in de tuin. Parkeren kan op het eigen terrein van het hotel. We hadden een ruime badkamer. In de ochtend was er een bescheiden maar voldoende ontbijt met lekkere cappuccino. Het geheel maakt een beetje een rommelig indruk, maar dat is ook wel de charme van dit hotel.

• Valentina (10/5): - Casa Rosa ist ein sehr gemütliches kleines Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit viel Auswahl, teilweise in bio Qualität. Das Auto konnte man geschützt auf dem Gelände parken. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und sogar beim Einparken und Koffertragen wurde geholfen. Ganz klare Weiterempfählung

• Axel (9/5): wenn ich wieder in Mailand bin, sofort wieder - Sicher in einer Community. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Dicht bei der Autobahn, die man aber kaum vernimmt. Sehr ruhige und sichere Lage. Kleinere Geschäfte und 2 Restaurants in der Nähe, ansonsten 1km entfernt Famila Supermarkt. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Preis/Leistung absolut top, als Geschäftsreisender sehr unproblematisch mit der Ausstellung einer Rechnung auf die Firma. Der Glockenturm in der Gemeinde ist schon besonders (mit seiner Melodie) :-) Ich hätte mir ein Glas/Becher auf dem Zimmer gewünscht. Den bekommt man aber mit Sicherheit vom Gastgeber, wenn man fragt :-)

• Robert (9/5): - Jako dragi i simpaticni domacini, lokacija nam je odgovorala, na proputovanju blizu Milana, smjestaj u maloj privatnoj ulici, parking besplatan odmah ispred apratmana, sve izgleda jako simpaticno i toplo, bazen je ispred, iako u ovo doba godine nije za upotrebu. Dorucak je skroman, a sve ostavlja dojam male zapustenosti

Bewertet wird das Zimmer mit 1 x Doppelbett und 2 x Einzelbetten. Die Bettwäsche wurde das letzte Mal vor Wochen gewechselt, Haare von diversen Leuten drauf, Sand auf der Bettlaken, unter dem Bett milimeterdicke Staubschicht, Handtücher sind sehr gebraucht, wir haben uns nicht getraut sie zu benutzen. Der Schrank ist kaputt und fällt fast zusammen. Wir möchten nicht mehr hin.

• mikybr (9/5): Fuori Milano a pochi minuti dal sud della città - Ovviamente fuori Milano questa struttura è comoda se ci si deve spostare in zona Milano sud, si arriva subito dall'autostrada. La colazione è buona con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato e con qualcuno che ti fa il cappuccino (non è la macchina che te lo fa). Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Camere ampie e ben tenute. Parcheggio piccolino ma sufficiente considerando che noi avevamo un pulmino 9 posti. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Un po' meglio la pulizia delle stanze e tutto ciò che concerne il bagno, dagli asciugamani ai saponi messi a disposizione, ma niente di particolarmente deficitario.

We stayed for six nights at this B&B Casa Ros, but unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our experience overall. The location was very inconvenient — it’s far from everything, and if you miss the last bus at night, your only option is a taxi, which costs around 25 euros. Uless you have a rental car! Cleanliness was disappointing. The sheets, towels, and pillows were dirty, and they were never changed during our entire stay. The only thing they did when cleaning the room was collect the garbage and tidy the bed, without changing the sheets or towels. The only good things were the daily breakfast, which was nice, and the host, who was friendly and welcoming. Overall, the place needs improvement in cleanliness and accessibility.

• Jessica (4/5): Non torneremo - La possibilità di arrivare velocemente all’Unipol dove avevamo un concerto, il parcheggio davanti la struttura, gli host molto cordiali. Purtroppo la nostra stanza era molto sporca. Abbiamo trovato ragnatele sul soffitto, capelli nelle lenzuola (che può anche succedere) , però i capelli nella doccia, i peli in bagno per terra e lo specchio con ancora gli schizzi di quelli prima di noi vuol dire che non è stato lavato o comunque con poca attenzione. Fortunatamente dovevamo rimanere solo una notte altrimenti ce ne saremmo andati. Tra l’altro La stanza non era come nelle foto ma con un mobilio molto antico ma quello è il meno.

Ze doen echt hun best je een fijne ervaring te geven. het Ontbijt was fantastisch en de kamer had verduisterend gordijn en prima bedden. Het was er ook heerlijk stil. Heerlijk geslapen. Op dag van aankomst waren wij veel later dan de openingstijden receptie. We arriveerden om 23:45 en werden vriendelijk ontvangen. We hadden er we vooraf over gecommuniceerd en dat het mogelijk was gaf veel rust. Intereur is wat verouderd, maar was voor ons niet storend.

• Jörg (4/5): - Es wurde zwar täglich geputzt aber die Handtücher waren mindestens 10 Jahre alt und hatten Löcher., Auf dem Zimmer hätte man sich zwar einen Tee kochen können aber es war nur ein Glas vorhanden. Die vorhandenen Kleiderbügel erhält man bei uns in Deutschland mit gereinigter Kleidung und entsprechen somit nicht einer Pension in dem Preissegment allenfalls einer Jugendherberge. Die Aufenthaltsbereiche sahen höflich ausgedrückt sehr verwohnt aus (wie bei einer Großfamilie).
