Maria (7/5): Good - Nice kitchen, living room and good size bedrooms beds and 2nd room bathroom
Kathryn (7/5): Great location, nice condo, but room for improvement with the hosts/ management - Location was excellent and the condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. Internet did not work, and even after we called to request service they never followed up. Because the internet powered the TV, that meant we had no ability to watch TV the whole time we were there, either. Parking for a second car was very difficult and they provided us with inaccurate info regarding where we could park our second car. This was a 3-bedroom condo which was supppsed to accommodate up to 9 people, so they should expect that the guests will arrive in more than one car. It was difficult getting information or assistance from the host. They did not provide information on many aspects of the stay, which required us to then wait on hold for long periods of time or wait to get call backs. They did not supply garbage bags or laundry detergent. We had to go to the market to purchase our own once we got there. The cleaning crew was still cleaning our condo 40 minutes after check in, which meant that a lot of things were done hastily by them. For example, they folded and put away wet/damp towels which we found later in the linen cabinet.
