- Paul John (2/5): Awful, should be closed down! - Owner too busy on cellphone to check us in. Paid in advance. Room awful, Broken hand basin, broken toilet seat, electrics hanging off old brown wallpaper, flea- market furnishing, no hot water, no mandatory fire escape plan. We were told breakfast from 6 am. Came down 06:30. Old Italian guy wandering around. Restaurant flooded, no breakfast, no manager. Old guy no idea, spoke no German or English. I want my money back!!!
