Stephen (10/5): Travelled 2500k from Phuket to chiang Rai. So far this was best of all the hotels we have stayed in. And amazing for the - It’s an oasis. Beautifully kept grounds with pond and waterfall. Lots of trees bushes and plants.

We could hear the neighbours till midnight like they where in the room with us, and in the morning woke up at 5 am because of loud talking from other neighbours. Not so much the fault of the hotel owners, more of the noisy neighbours. But not good for the nightsleep.

The room in comfortable and more than we needed as a couple. I didn't like that the property is on the main road and a little far from the downtown however that is only a nitpick.

We were upgrade to a room facing the plantation at the rear, so, far from traffic noise. A highlight was the walk to the river at the rear of the property, especially at sunset. The traffic noise from the main road location could be disturbing for those in the front.
