- Theo und Karin (7/5): Eine gute Adresse in Grevenbroich - Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis war gut. - Das Zimmer und die Betten waren sehr gut. Die Wanne im Bad ist zum Duschen "wenig komfortabel". Das sollte bei der nächsten Modernisierung auf der Prioritätenliste ganz oben stehen.

- Arife (1/5): Katastrophal - Nichts Ich bin durch die Haupttür aufgrund eines Systemfehlers micht durchgekommen. Der Typ in Frankfurt der hinter der zentragen Notrufnummer war konnte kaum deutsch und konnte nicht helfen. Der Typ vom Empfang war wohl am schlafen und hatte sein Handy aus. Also wenn ich Self-Check-In machen wollt, dann nicht zu Plaza Inn!!!!

- TB (7/5): - Buchen und einchecken unkompliziert, Personal sehr freundlich, defekte Kopfbrause wurde umgehend repariert. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Kleiner Tipp: wer ein großes Auto fährt, sollte besser auf Parkdeck 2 parken. Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Badewanne mit Duschtasse ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und für ältere Menschen ungeeignet. Lüftung im Bad unzureichend, oder defekt. Zimmerreinigung nur auf Abruf.

We booked 2 rooms, not even 1 parking lot reserved. 13€ for a parking slot is stupid when it's written " parking" on the website . Also too warm. No A/C. suffocating during the summer, bad management of the heat. I Com from mediteranean country, without AC and with warmer climate, we manage to NOT have 27°C in the bedrooms...

Bin in the bathroom was so damaged it barely opened. Chair fabric was dirty. Staff was not unfriendly but not friendly either. Did not feel welcomed. No friendly words when passing by the reception. Vending machine is cash only. Poor website.

Man kommt von der Tiefgarage per Aufzug gut ins Hotel Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man doch mittlerweile ganz gut . Das Frühstück hat gegenüber der letzten Buchung etwas nachgelassen für den Preis . Auch die Parkgebühren empfanden wir doch sehr hoch

- Diana (8/5): Fijn hotel! - We waren te vroeg. Onze kamer was nog niet klaar. Mevr achter de balie heeft er toen 1 gezocht die wel al klaar was zodat wij er gelijk in konden Heel gehorig. Als de buurman de kraan open set, hoor je dat vrij hard in de kamer.
