- Ayşegül (8/5): Araç kiraladıysanız hiç düşünmeden kalın. - Otopark çok büyük avantaj, girişteki resepsiyon görevlileri oldukça ilgili ve güler yüzlü size her konuda yardıma hazırlar. Kahvaltı olması gerektiği için olmuş, oradaki çalışanlardan nereden geldi bunlar yeseler de gitseler diye gözünüzün içine bakıyorlar.

С более крупным авто есть шанс поцарапать и свою машину и чужую. Завтрак отвратительный. Продукты обветренные или откровенно засохшие. Шум в номере от парковки. Мой номер был на 2 этаже - с раннего утра и до глубокой ночи машины на парковке проезжают колесами по какой то металлической балке и грохот по стенам идет достаточный чтоб мешал спать. Интернет ужасный. Соединение прерывалось а когда восстанавливалось то скорости интернета даже не хватало для голосового вызова в месенджере.
- vedat (7/5): Beklentimizi karşıladı - Meydana 15dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin alt katında alışveriş yapabileceğiniz küçük bir AVM ve süpermarket bulunuyor. AVM de para bozabileceğiniz ofis var, merkez ile aynı kur oranları. Biz kullanmadık ama AVM'nin Otoparkı otel müşterilerine ücretsiz, otopark kartını rezervasyon masasında onaylatmanız gerekiyor. 3 gece konakladık, sadece ilk girişimizde odada au vardı, daha sonra sularımız yenilenmedi. Oda temizliğinde sadece havlular değiştirilmişti.

- BURAK (10/5): Mükemmel - Otelde konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Odalar geniş, tertemiz ve yataklar oldukça rahattı. Personel son derece güler yüzlü, nazik ve her konuda yardımcıydı. Otelin konumu çok avantajlıydı; Diamond Mall ve Ramstore gibi AVM’lere yürüme mesafesinde, hemen yanında market bulunuyordu. Ayrıca şehir merkezine yürüyerek yaklaşık 10 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor olması büyük bir artıydı. Hem konfor hem de konum açısından gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilecek bir otel.

But I waited for 20 minutes in the restaurant and non of the staff showed up to take the order. After having a Chocolate Muffin for breakfast, without coffee, the waiter finally showed up to take the order. Too late... I have left the restaurant with great disappointment

However we had not been told hotel was undergoing renovation works. Certain areas were out of bounds. Restaurant was only serving breakfast !!. This minor item should have been known before booking. There was a kettle in room but no water. Aftr asking we got bottled water. Apart from above stay was good but should have been better.

- Resul (3/5): Für eine Familie absolut nicht empfehlenswert – wir sind nach 10 Minuten wieder abgereist. - Leider konnten wir nichts Positives feststellen, da wir nur sehr kurz geblieben sind. Das Zimmer machte auf den ersten Blick einen akzeptablen Eindruck. Die Umgebung des Hotels war heruntergekommen und der Eingangsbereich wenig einladend. Die als „kostenlos und sicher“ beworbene Garage war in Wirklichkeit ein öffentlich zugänglicher Platz ohne Zufahrtskontrolle – was uns große Sorgen um die Sicherheit unseres Fahrzeugs machte. Im Zimmer fanden wir einige unhygienische Spuren. Wir haben uns nach etwa 10 Minuten Aufenthalt entschieden, nicht dort zu übernachten und weiterzufahren. Auf unsere Stornierungsanfrage haben wir innerhalb von 48 Stunden keine Antwort erhalten. Wir wären mit einer teilweisen Rückerstattung zufrieden gewesen. Insgesamt enttäuschend.
