Entrati in camera era freddo perché non avevano preventivame acceso il riscaldamento. Esperienza da dimenticare.

• Travis (2/5): WORST PROPERTY OWNER EVER - I had booked this place for my family's first night but we missed our connection. After contacting the property and asking if we could stay on our last night instead, they declined. They quoted me a direct booking price higher than the online price so I booked with them again. They asked me what time I would arrive and I told them 2100. I arrived with my wife and newborn at 2055 to find the gate locked and exterior lights off. We waited about 10 minutes and I messaged the property twice, with no reply. I ended up climbing the fence and went up to the house, knocking on doors and windows. The house was a mess inside. My wife found a buzzer down an unlit alley and rang it. The owner came out and saw me, asking if I was the person who was arriving. He then proceeded to yell at me telling me he would call the police on us for entering the property. We were obviously upset and when the owner's wife came out and yelled at my wife and told her to shut up we decided we were not staying there. The owner and his wife actually laughed at us as we left with our screaming newborn baby. I called hotels.com after rebooking with another hotel and they called the owner, who denied everything and demanded that we return to his property and apologize to him. I've never encountered such an impossibly rude bed and breakfast owner and am glad I only lost $70 by choosing not to stay in this dirty home.
