• Charlotte (9/5): I really enjoyed my night's stay here and would definitely recommend it to others - The staff were brilliant. I arrived on my motorcycle and they helped me to get the bags off and then let me park in their underground car park on site. For a biker, having this secure parking is EVERYTHING and to be helped up to my room with bags was awesome. Better still, they recommended a really excellent fish restaurant as I wanted to try a particular dish. The room was spacious, clean and had comfortable bedding. I got a good view out the front of the hotel and for the money, I thought this was excellent value. It's not the Ritz, but if you're on a budget, don't hesitate to book in here - I really enjoyed my stay. Nothing. Honestly, this was exactly what I wanted out of a budget stay. Yes, it was a bit noisy, but this is Casablanca and it's never going to be perfectly tranquil. I travel with earplugs and you should too.

• Tamara (7/5): - Es un hotel que en su momento debió de ser esplendoroso, pero ahora se ve de "capa caída". El personal fue muy amable. El desayuno es completo (bollería, yogur, zumos, café, mantequilla, huevos...) Nos guardaron el equipaje después de hacer el check-out. El baño tenía suciedad: restos de cal y algún pelo pegado en las paredes. Lo más molesto del baño fueron los desagües: la ducha absorbe lentamente y se encharca y el retrete pierde por algún lado, creando un charco en el baño. La ropa de cama tenía manchas viejas. Sería bueno renovarla.

• Meg (10/5): - Great location and really comfortable rooms, the best night's sleep we have had so far in Morocco. The shower was lovely. Very welcoming staff. Also the only hotel we have had in Morocco so far to have a bin and mirror in the room.

• Hajji (1/5): - Nothing The service is bad, the location is so loud and it's not safe at all for girls. The room smelled so bad (mold smell) that it triggered my allergy. When I tried to sleep, I felt super itchy. The property is not clean, the white sheets have dark spots. When I couldn't stay that night and asked for a refund, the cashier gave the most random reasons like: you paid the other cashier not me, so I'm not the one to refund you. I ended up losing 60 euros and staying somewhere else. Very bad experience, I don't recommend it at all.

• Charlotte (4/5): Assez décevant pour un hôtel étoilé - Le personnel était très gentil et accommodant. Le ménage n’avait pas été fait, les toilettes coulaient et la chambre et la literie sentaient très fort la cigarette. J’ai dû demander des serviettes car aucune n’avait été fournie.

Le balcon qui méne à la grande rue La présence de télé Le wifi La station des grands taxis faisait du bruit même le soir, mais c'était pas très dérangeant.
