- Americo (7/5): My stay was good, I had stayed there before. It is a nice place to rest and relax. - DM Mossone Hotel in Huacachina, Ica, Peru is an old but beautiful hotel. The gardens, the dining areas, the location (in front of the oasis) are all very good. Since it is old, I missed electrical outlets (there was only one) for my iPhone, iPad, etc. The breakfast was very decent. All the employees were really nice and do everything to help. Have more electrical outlets and do some remodeling, in other words bring it to modern times leaving the classical features intact.

- Melanie (6/5): Enttäuschender Aufenthalt - Die Lage ist gut und an sich sieht das Hotel gut aus Die Einrichtung ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war das Frühstück bei unserem Aufenthalt zudem so schlecht, dass wir beide anschließend Magenprobleme hatten und daher am nächsten Tag bewusst woanders frühstücken gegangen sind.
- Melanie (6/5): Leider enttäuschend - Die Lage ist gut Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt da wir eine Nacht nach Nasca gefahren sind und nicht mehr stornieren konnten. Wir hatten das gleiche Zimmer nur das jetzt die zusätzlichen Decken und Gläser fehlten.

- Nadja (10/5): Sehr schöne historische Anlage! - Sehr schöne Anlage! Super freundliches Personal. Sehr große Zimmer! Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer mit Klimaanlage gebucht und haben letztendlich ein 4 Bettzimmer mit Klimaanlage bekommen. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr vielseitig! Sehr heißes Wasser aus der Dusche. Super Pool, abgetrennt von der Anlage, aber man kommt nur mit Schlüssel rein bzw wenn einem aufgeschlossen wird, also sehr privat. Wir waren sehr Happy mit unseren Aufenthalt hier, auch wenn es vielleicht etwas teurer ist. Es gibt keine Trinkwasserspender, wo man sein Wasser auffüllen kann. Aber vielleicht ist das hier überall so, dass können wir nicht beurteilen. Nur in den anderen Unterkünften in Peru wo wir bisher waren, konnten wir uns immer Trinkwasser auffüllen.

- Andres Felipe (9/5): Muy buen lugar - El desayuno completo, la piscina realmente no la usamos pero se veía bien, y la ubicación al lado del oasis es lo mas bonito. La cercanía con la arena es espectacular. Debido al clima, habían varios insectos zancudos a pesar que se tienen mallas en las ventanas. También para acceder a la piscina tienes que pasar al otro lado de la calle, lo que incluye tener que caminar en la calle.

- Vasanth (1/5): - Location Review: Disappointing Stay – Dishonest Staff and Broken AC Rating: 0 I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Our room had an old window AC unit that simply did not work. Given the heat, this made the room incredibly uncomfortable. I went to the front office to report the issue and left my key with them before heading out for a half-day tour, expecting it to be resolved by the time I returned. When I got back and asked for a status update, the staff assured me that a mechanic had fixed it and that it was now working perfectly. They lied. When I walked into the room, the AC wasn't even turned on. Once I switched it on, it was clear nothing had been repaired—it still didn't blow cold air. Because of the heat and the broken unit, I couldn't sleep all night. To make matters worse, when I went back to the office the next morning to tell them the issue was never fixed, the staff was completely indifferent. They simply said, "Oh, is it?" with no apology or offer to make it right. If you value honesty and a good night's sleep, stay somewhere else.

- Yinna (8/5): Cómodo - Las instalaciones son bonita y la ubicación excepcional En general Huacachina es un lugar de fiesta, en la noche fuera del hotel llegó gente con música y a tomar hasta la madrugada. Creo que el personal del hotel diría algo pero el ruido a ido hasta 4am.

Es la 2da vez que me hospedo y les doy la puntuación más alta, definitivamente volvería. Que cuando estaba por retirarme solo había agua caliente, no sé si fue un error mío, no lo reporte porque ya me estaba yendo. Espero y todo haya sido un pequeño percance

- Ivan (7/5): Ruido de los pubs arruinan la experiencia - Ubicación y buena atención. El desayuno no era bueno. Un tema importante que nos ocurrió fue el ruido de un pub cercano que se escuchaba muy fuerte en el hotel, uno va a estos lados a descansar y lamentablemente arruina la buena experiencia

All rooms should have an AC unit. The hotel should care about the outside grounds around the hotel. It may not be their full responsibility but they should care there is a lot of garbage around the grounds
- Hanz (1/5): Miren bien antes de tomar la decisión. - Estaba cerca a la huacachina es lo único, pero si vuelvo me iré a otro Hospedaje donde cuide al cliente. El precio, para 4 días 404 dolares, pero el cambio es 3.50 soles. Miren bien. La piscina muy descuidada, con moho y verde, mi hijo se enfermo por esa piscina. Me estafaron con la habitación, me dieron una habitacion que no era como en la foto "PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA", me cambiaron 2 veces porque no quería, pague muy caro por 3 días y al final me dieron la habitación que solicité. Mi hijo estaba enfermo por la piscina, solicité de cortesía una infusión y me la dieron, pero me cobraron 6 soles, tuve que pagar porque mi hijo lo necesitaba, ellos no piensan por el bienestar, solamente cobrar y ya. NO LO RECOMIENDO, CAMBIEN O RESTRUCTUREN AL PERSONAL Y NO HAGAN ESTAFAS CON FOTOS

El baño emite sonidos extraños, al parecer son debidos a qué las tuberías son viejas o tienen obstrucciones. Siguiendo con en baño, el agua del caño tiene un olor extraño. Habría que validar las tuberías en general del hotel. - La piscina: La zona de la piscina no está exactamente en el hotel sino que al frente, no es mucho recorrido pero es algo que prefiero evitar. Por otro lado, la piscina se veía sucia el día sábado por la tarde. Lo más crítico es que no encontré la identificación de la municipalidad como piscina saludable - El desayuno: Considero que es regular, el sabor es normal y tienen cierta variedad

- Julia (7/5): Traditional hotel right in the centre of oasis - It is a suitable option for the offered price, taxi can stop right in front of reception, the hotel is large. Rooms are spacious, albeit quite cold in the evening. The hotel makes an impression that the management or the staff does not care much as they will get bookings anyways. Garden is not cared for, breakfast is ok. The hotel was clearly the best in the oasis some years ago, but sadly does not receive much respect or care.
