- Andrew (10/5): City slick - After a friendly and helpful welcome we were helped up one flight of stairs to our spacious room with good bathroom and tea making equipment. Location in the lower town was perfect for arriving by coach and sight seeing. Our road was busy and served by a tram line but our room overlooked the courtyard and was quiet. Recommended restaurants were excellent. The Chocolate Museum was a highlight. Locking ourselves out was a lowlight but soon solved by a call to the housekeeper. We got sick one day after eating unwashed strawberries from the market. Beware.

- Harald (9/5): - Sehr schön eingerichtet und zentral- unmittelbar bei der Altstadt gelegen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Das sehr gute Frühstück in 3 Gängen sollte man sich ebenfalls minder einmal gönnen- sehr lecker!
- Anne (10/5): Außergewöhnlich gute Erfahrung - Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch ausgezeichnet. Wir konnten viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen und es befinden sich auch jede Menge Restaurants und Bistros in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wirklich herausragend war das Frühstück im Hotel, welches seinesgleichen sucht. Falls wir mal wieder nach Zagreb reisen, dann definitiv wieder in dieses Hotel. Im Bad gibt es paar kleine Reparaturen, die anliegen… aber nichts Größeres.

La chambre semblait avoir été rénovée récemment La température dans la chambre, les travaux importants dans l'immeuble mitoyen (bien qu'il n'y ait pas eu de bruit car nous y étions le WE, néanmoins important à savoir pour des réservations futures), le fait de ne pas avoir le moindre interlocuteur en présentiel à part pour la réception des clefs du fait que nous y étions hors haute saison

- Zuzana (10/5): - Pěkné ubytování blízko centra, milý personál, paní Karolína. Parkování ve dvoře penzionu za 16 EUR nutno domluvit předem, má omezenou kapacitu. Snídani jsme nezkoušeli protože v okolí je spousta pekáren a kafićů. Hodnotím poměr cena výkon jako velmi dobrý.

- Hiroyuki (5/5): 素泊まりになった - 朝食込みで予約したが、「朝食は申し込んでいない」と言われた。21€/人で2/6の朝7時に4人分依頼して行ってみたら誰もおらず、朝食も用意されていない。こちらから管理者に連絡を取ると、「想定外のガスが故障したので、朝食は出せない」と言われた。本来はアパート側から連絡してくるもの。翌日の朝も同様で、管理者からは一切連絡なし。 朝食代は返金されますか？

- Mark (10/5): - Nice clean and cozy room, very friendly stuff and a very tasty breakfast. The chef carefully took into account all my requests about food and made a dish specifically for me. I really missed coat hangers or coat stand in the room; also there were no toothbrush cup. Minor inconviniences, but so easy to fix.

- Hemant (9/5): short cozy stay. - Location is good , walking distance (8 to 10 minutes) near to the Ilica (street) and Town central Square. three types of Breakfast Option is given ,however, we requested made-to-order ,a previous evening, thru WhatsApp to hotel manager and they prepared as per our requirement. Big thank you. Its small cozy reception cum breakfast place. they give you room key and apartment side entrance key so we can move in and out as reception area and its door is locked after 3 or 4pm. it is fine, though. room size is reasonably good. not too small. they accommodated us on ground floor which is appreciated. Food and grocery market are around and walking distance. we asked the reception for change of Mattress, it was too soft and too worn-out due to extended use and some minor issue in toilet. She said they are aware and will fix it.

Zur Weihnachtszeit bezahlten wir für einen Tag 65€ auf einer Freifläche. Tiefgaragen und Parkhäuser waren alle voll. Gehzeit ca 5min Zimmer waren sehr warm. Der Heizkörper lies sich nicht abschalten und heizte immer.

- Petra (9/5): Veľmi dobré - Raňajky nadštandartné - lepšie ako v ktoromkoľvek 5* hoteli, milá slečna na raňajkách, poloha, pohodlný apartmán poslúžil na to čo sme potrebovali Nedarilo sa pripojiť na wifi, aj napriek komunikácii so správcom zariadenia mi to nešlo, čo už, stane sa, záves v izbe mohol byt o 20cm širší keďže lampa pred oknom svietila celú noc - nebola tma v izbe, viac prikrývok by bolo fajn, nie 2 pre 4 osoby, pri odchode som si všimla že bolo niečo v skrini - no nenapadlo mi hľadať , všetko čo píšem sú detaily boli sme spokojní

Lokacija odlična, u blizini centra, svega 10ak minuta hoda od trga Bana Jelačića. Mogućnost da ostavimo automobil na parkingu par sati nakon check-out. Ukoliko dolazite sa malo širim automobilom (SUV ili terensko vozilo), možete imati problema prilikom parkiranja na parking od objekta. Nas je navodio domaćin, ali smo morali sklopiti retrovizore.
