But better to have more options or Filipino (like tapsis) Staffs were accommodating with ready smiles. They answer queries completely. Staffs are honest, courteous and respectful. No people on the reception most of the time. Meal options during dinner must have Filipino dinner options as it seems not within our palate aside it is quite pricey.

- Bernadette (5/5): Passable - The staffs are very efficient and respectful. Generally, the service was very good. There is no problem with finding the place and parking. The aircon is very cool, very suitable for hot days. The resort is beside a cemetery. The beach is not swimmable. The photos of the pool does not reflect the true state of the pool which needs more cleaning. Maybe we just checked in at a bad time because there were foreign military personnel occupying the rooms on both adjacent sides of our room, this made us very uncomfortable since generally we Filipinos are peace loving people.

- Maria (9/5): Lovely place in Dingalan - The place was immaculate! Very clean and well maintained. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. There was no restaurant on site as it was being renovated. However, they provided a hearty breakfast and cooked dinner for me as I requested.

Room arrangement could be better to allow more space. Bathroom is tiny. For the price we paid, we expected better amenities. We were given a tiny soap bar and no shampoo in room. When asked, we were give tiny shampoo packages.

All the other rooms were vacant lol. The staff was amazing, the views were amazing but the property is directly next to a cemetery.

Real American size of the bed, wight and comfortable. Awesome and friendly owners, which make my trip light and warm. Also, it close to the boats to the lighthouse and falls. If you want to walk on the beach during low tide. Thank you, Lea and Terry, for your efforts to make this peace of land better each and every moment. There is nothing to mention. When the bar and restaurant in the hotel are finished/renovated after typhoon, I hope it will be the best resourt on the beach. Meanwhile there are delicious restaurants nearby with local sea products.

Kudos to them for making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable, especially to Manager Junior who accommodates some of our requests and arrange our tour. The free breakfast that comes to our accommodation taste so good. The location of this resort is very near the city proper, talipapa, and tourist spots. The food around the area is cheap and delicious we tried Ms. C-Fuds which is 2 blocks away from the resort. We will definitely book here in Cave Beach when we come back soon to Dingalan. This is highly recommended. None.

From the pictures, we thought that the pool was a lapping pool but it wasnt. The rooms were small for our needs. The internet access was very very slow. Due to this we decided to cut our stay to just one night.

- Rockbaaz (9/5): Super Value for money - Make you feel at home - The place was compact. But super functional. Super clean. The staff went out of their way to help. Anything you wanted, they would promptly assist. Breakfast was a surprise. Got toast and omlette here. A rarity in pH in a resort. And it was right next to the sea. The sound of the waves breaking in the Beachfront, the cozy atmosphere - it was an awesome experience. They are also expanding. They are coming up with a dining and lounge area.hence the kitchen is not fully functional. But will soon hopefully be. Despite not having a functional kitchen, gettingvgood breakfast was wonderful. Also the way theys served it was quite classy. Each room has a balcony with outdoor sitting. It's nice to sit and just do nothing Other than the fact that the rooms are small....ish, can't think of anything else. They made up for it with impeccable service and a large heart. There was no musty smell. The bathrooms were clean..towels and linen were clean. So no.... Nothing i disliked.

- Dennis (8/5): Very good - It had a good friendly feel about the place, the staff were always very helpful and ready to assist .The dorma's were clean/comfortable and big enough for a short break, it's just unfortunate the bar and sea front terrace were not ready for use . ( Still under construction after the typhoon damage )the swimming pool and terrace is a pleasant experience and the complex is only a short ride to the Town hall/market and bus terminal. It's also a short ride up the mountain to the water falls . N/A
- Robert (8/5): Under construction - The hotel was damaged by a Typhoon 2 years ago and the restaurant area and frontage is under re construction. Whilst this did not have a big impact on our stay we still found it disappointing that it was not advertised as such. The rooms are simple and clean and of good quality. The staff were helpful and courteous except the manager who was very rude and used the hotel sitting area as a place to drink with his friends. We would however stay again

There is not much not to like with the property, except maybe for the slight delay for toilet bowl to be flushed.Hehehe!
