- Mathilde (4/5): Décevant - Le séjour avait pourtant très bien commencé : l’établissement est agréable et ma chambre confortable. Cependant, mes amis ont été confrontés à un problème de propreté dans leur chambre. Malgré notre signalement, aucune solution satisfaisante ne leur a été proposée le soir même. Le lendemain, non seulement aucune compensation n’a été envisagée, mais nous avons également été surpris par la mauvaise foi de la Direction et son refus de nous laisser profiter de la piscine quelques heures supplémentaires. Enfin, nous avons été choqués par l’attitude de la gérante, qui s’est montrée particulièrement agressive et menaçante.

Nous avons constaté la présence d'une dizaine de larves d'anthrène dans les lits Aucune solution ne nous a été proposée, pas même un changement de draps. Sur les conseils du personnel, nous avons attendu 1h30 le manager qui n'est jamais venu... Nous avons du dormir à 4 dans le même lit. Lorsque nous avons demandé, à titre de compensation, de pouvoir profiter de la piscine quelques heures supplémentaires, la gérante a eu une réaction particulièrement déplacée. Son attitude nous a paru de mauvaise foi, sans parler des cris et menaces. Au vu des commentaires précédents, nous aurions du nous abstenir de réserver cet établissement.

- FRANK (9/5): Très agréable séjour !! 👌🏻 - L'accueil de Fatima en veritable Maîtresse de Maison, ainsi que de tout le personnel, attentionné et bienveillant. La Table est excellente. Le cadre est magnifique, les chambres confortables ( nous recommandons la 4 et la 5). Le service à table fut parfois un peu long, mais quand on est en vacances...faut juste l'anticiper 🙂

- Isabelle (9/5): Wonderful - Its a very relaxing admosphere . Its a bit like staying in a private villa . The villa is nicely kept and everything feels serene. Service is available but discreetly. Thank you so much ABDOULHA for taking care of us during our stay and Fatima for organising a wonderful Hamam . I loved our room by the pool. It was a little house/ tent. The decor is very nice and it was very charmingYou must however realize that its close to a big road so you do hear a bit of traffic during the night. I got used to it after 1 night however and slept well. The first day there was coffee available in a coffee station during breakfast. The other days the coffee station was gone and we were only allowed 1 cup of coffee per person included in the breakfast. Additional coffees were to be charged .I did not experience this during my other stays in Morocco

While the location is - Overall, I had a really nice stay at Villa Le Perroquet Bleu. It has a lovely rustic charm and a traditional Moroccan feel, which is exactly what I was looking for. Don’t come here expecting flashy modern luxury – it’s more about character and a relaxed atmosphere. Most of the time the environment was calm and peaceful, especially during my first few nights. However, once the private villa at the back (which has around 5 rooms) became occupied, it did get quite noisy in the evenings with loud music until around 11–12pm, which disrupted the otherwise tranquil setting. The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. There are two outdoor pools (three if you include the one attached to the private villa), and plenty of loungers considering it’s a smaller hotel, so it never felt crowded. The on-site hammam/spa is also very good – we booked a treatment which we really enjoyed, although it is slightly on the expensive side. The rooms are comfortable, with a particularly comfy bed, good quality linen, and two good pillows per person. The bathroom was nice, although the shower water pressure could definitely be improved. Breakfast was good and typically Moroccan. It’s advertised as 8–10am, but one morning I was told it started at 8:30, which was a bit frustrating as I had an excursion at 8:30. To be fair, they did quickly put something together for me (tea and Moroccan continental items, just no eggs), which I appreciated. The staff are friendly, although you don’t tend to see many of them around during your stay. They don’t offer all-inclusive, but you can also order drinks, snacks, and meals separately, which is helpful if you don’t want to go out. There isn’t really a formal dining room, which felt a bit unusual at first – meals are served on the back verandas by the pool. It actually grew on me and suited the relaxed vibe, though I’m not sure if they use an indoor space in winter. The main downside is the location. The main downside is the location, as it’s quite far from central Marrakech (around 12–13 km), which makes taxis expensive, especially in the evenings (around 200 dirhams each way). Some excursion companies were also reluctant to pick up from the property. While the hotel is generally peaceful, it can get noisy if the private villa at the back is occupied, as we experienced a few nights of loud music until around 11–12pm. Breakfast timings were slightly inconsistent – although advertised as starting at 8am, one morning it began at 8:30, which was inconvenient as we had an early excursion. our There’s no formal indoor dining area, which felt a bit unusual at first, and the shower water pressure in the room could be improved.
- Ilda (1/5): - När vi kom fram så fick vi vänta i över 1,5 timmar på att någon skulle ta emot oss trots att vi hade kontaktat boendet i förväg och berättat att vi checkar in sent och de sa att det var okej. Personen som tog emot oss sa att han inte jobbade där och det var tydligt att han var påverkad av något. Han sa till oss att det inte är okej att vi kommer så sent och att jag inte alls hade kontaktat dem. När jag visade chatterna på booking mellan mig och boendet så viftade han bort mig och fortsatte säga att det inte är okej. Han försökte sedan skoja bort situationen och sa att vi redan var incheckade men han sa även att vår bokning inte fanns. Han ville att vi skulle betala honom mer än det som stod på booking och han ville att vi skulle betala honom privat i kontanter vilket vi inte gick med på. Han började prata på arabiska med sin kollega och det var inte en trevlig ton. Vi var i lobbyn i över 3 timmar utan att få någon hjälp alls, vi valde då att ta våra väskor och åka till ett annat boende. Lobbyn var väldigt smutsig och han sa att ett av våra rum var "very big problem, not good".

Abdullah looked after us amazingly well, always being there to answer questions or provide food and drinks. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious and the breakfasts were a great start to the day. Fatima la gérante et à tte l’équipe. Une belle adresse pour ceux qui cherchent à se calmer loin de toute source de stresse J’aurai aimé voir le perroquet bleu mais je l’ai pas trouvé 😄😄😄😄. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et fait maison. Les lieux sont propres et bien entretenus. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Recommandation élevée !!

On reste à table et personne ne vient jamais…. Par deux fois j’ai dû aller dans les cuisine pour trouver quelqu’un après 15 minutes d’attente … Le personnel est peu présent bien que charmant pour la plus part…
- Liz (7/5): - Lovely pool and outdoor areas The rooms and beds were spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area and the breakfasts are generous. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had to wait a long time for our meals in the evening which might be tricky if you are with small children (there don’t seem to be other options for eating out nearby). If you are staying for more than a few days the menu it is quite limited ( we visited in December so I think the menu might be more varied in peak periods). Unfortunately we had an issue with mouldy burger buns being served on our second night. They were replaced but it wasn’t great! Hopefully this is just an out of season blip as everything else was fine.

We arrived at the property gate and stayed for over half an hour ringing the bell, knocking in vain. We left since our taxi wanted to leave us outside and it didn’t seem safe. Still waiting for my refund.

- nicolas (6/5): En résumé, un lieu apaisant avec un vrai potentiel, mais qui bénéficierait clairement d’une remise à niveau pour être à - Un havre de paix dans l’ensemble : le cadre est agréable, la piscine principale vraiment plaisante et on retrouve tous les services que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel de ce standing. Les parties communes sont propres et agréables, mais restent assez simples, sans réelle recherche de décoration. Tout fonctionne, mais on sent que l’ensemble commence à vieillir. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, varié et de bonne qualité. Nous avions une suite de luxe, qui offre effectivement une très belle superficie, aussi bien dans la chambre que dans la salle de bain. Cependant, plusieurs signes de vieillissement viennent gâcher l’expérience : flexible de douche usagé, fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas correctement, transat cassé… On ressent globalement un manque d’entretien des infrastructures. À noter également : pour les chambres berbères, la proximité directe avec la route peut être gênante en raison du bruit de la route Enfin, l’accueil pourrait être amélioré, un peu plus chaleureux et attentionné pour être en cohérence avec le cadre et le standing attendu.
- Thomas (10/5): Perfect place! I wish I could have stayed longer. - One of the most atmospheric lodges I have ever been. The architecture was stylish-traditional and cosy. The terrace and the pool area were elegant and romantic. The staff was very friendly, efficient and quick. Nice chats included. Everything felt familiar, like amongst friends. If I will ever come back to Marrakesh - this will be my place!
- Solène (8/5): Une villa sublime qui offre véritablement l’expérience marocaine, grâce à un personnel attentionné et chaleureux. - La villa Le Perroquet Bleu est un havre de paix. La villa est tout simplement somptueuse, grande, charmante et offre une vue sur un grand jardin avec piscine qui est très agréable. L’accueil y est très chaleureux, et on se sent très vite comme à la maison. Le personnel est sympathique et aux petits soins, mention spéciale pour Abdoullah et Fatima qui ont fait en sorte que notre séjour soit délicieux. Enfin, la nourriture y est très bonne également.

La réalité ne correspond pas à ce que nous avons eu.. la Maison est vieillissante, le canapé, tout taché, les murs sales, les serviettes tachées également . après une longue attente, nous avons récupéré la chambre à 16h30. Les sols étaient encore mouillés, les femmes de ménage s’activaient à l’intérieur, du linge de partout, bref une arrivée qui plus est sous la pluie, pas au top ! L’hôtel est un peu éloigné mais assez joli conforme aux photos, mais je décommande fortement la villa ! La responsable a bien remarqué que je n’étais pas entièrement satisfaite, et m’a dit que ce n’était pas un 5 étoiles et que je n’avais pas payé très cher ! J’ai quand même tenté un massage relaxant d’une heure, et comme le reste j’ai été déçue ! Bref, cet hôtel n’a pas été une très bonne expérience, voir la plus mauvaise de notre séjour au Maroc ! J’avais payé 310 € pour la nuit … La vétusté de la villa, la télé qui ne fonctionne pas, nous avions demandé qu’ils nous allument la cheminée car il faisait un peu froid à plusieurs reprises, on attend encore …la nourriture très moyenne la propreté approximative , le massage bidon ! Et j’en passe

- caroline (10/5): idyllisch, Oase in einem arabischen Märchen - Die Villa Perroquet Bleu verfügt über mindestens 3 Pools - davon ist der Hauptpool vor dem Hauptgebäude, und die kleinen Pools angenehm unmittelbar nah an den Zimmer-Häusern. Der Hauptpool ist idyllisch schön, wie in 1001 Nacht. und Fatima die Managerin ist sehr besorgt und kümmert sich hervorragend .

- Mustapha (10/5): Tout simplement exceptionnel - Tout simplement exceptionnel. De l'accueil au départ tout était parfait. Le cadre est super agréable pour un repos au bord des 3 piscines . Mention spéciale pour Abdellah pour son accueil, ses conseils, sa disponibilité. Le repas était délicieux. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour les familles et les personnes qui cherchent du calme dans un cadre hyper chaleureux. Je reviendrai rapidement et avec beaucoup de plaisir.

- tilmont (9/5): Séjour magnifique 🤩 - L’accueil de Fatima et son équipe, le calme, Endroit ressourçant après la Médina . La chambre spacieuse et sa terrasse idyllique pour un soir de pleine lune , romantique 🥰 Un bémol parfois pour le service un peu lent, Mais récompensé par de bon petits plats, et l’attention de l’équipe.

The staff were very helpful and tried to make our stay more comfortable. One of the rooms in the villa had a faulty AC which was not repaired for 3 nights. After the first night the manager was very helpful and provided an alternative room for the remainder of the stay and refunded the relevant amount. The breakfast was nice. It seemed under staffed. Some things took a lot of time as only 1 or 2 people were working

The main pool had good beds and enough shade to escape from the sun. I didn’t like how dated and unready everything was. There was a ping-pong table, but it was very worn-out. When we arrived (4 people), our room clearly wasn’t ready. We booked a room for 4 people for 2 nights. The room had one 2-person bed and two sofa beds. The sofa beds were very dirty and we didn’t get a mattress sheet with it. Also the pillows and the blanket didn’t have covers/case on it. I asked 3 times politely to the main lady who did our check-in, if they could bring mattress sheets, and covers for the blankets and pillows. After the third time, they only brought two pillowcases and nothing more. The main lady was nice and the interaction felt very sweet with her, but something is clearly wrong with the management.
