• Elif (8/5): - Tam bir ev rahatlığı vardı. Bir evde olması gereken her türlü mutfak eşyası mevcuttu. Uzun süre kalmak için ideal. Çamaşır yıkama ve kurutma makineleri oldukça yeterli. Tesiste çalışan hiç kimse yok. Acil bir durumda kimseye ulaşamıyorsunuz. Ben anahtarımı ve telefonumu içerde unutmuşum kapı arkamdan kapanmış. Hiç kimseye ulaşamadım cumartesi günüydü. En yakın market en az 1 kilometre uzakta. Etrafta daha yakında bir lokanta vb. Alışveriş yapılabilecek bir yer yok. Arabanız yoksa yürüyüp poşetleri taşımanız lazım. Bri de temizlik ücreti çok pahalı. 1 oadyı 450 krona temizliyorlar.

Hun reagerede hurtigt på mine spørgsmål og har hjulpet mig rigtig meget. Tusinde tak for det. Jeg kunne ikke lide at vinduerne var beklædt med folie, som man kunne intet se.

• Klára (8/5): - Ubytování je vhodné i pro delší pobyty, jelikož je tam víceméně vše, co je třeba pro běžný den. Kuchyň je dobře vybavená. Chápu, že úklid nebude přemývat na každém pokoji po každém hostu nádobí, ale mělo by být minimálně zkontrolováno, že je umyto, než nastoupí další klient. Nádobí, co jsem měla k dispozici, jsem si musela důkladně přemýt před použitím, bylo úplně mastné, flekaté, pánev bylo třeba dlouho drhnout. Nechápu, kdo takto může opustit pokoj s nemělo by de to dít, ale mělo by to být zkontrolováno. Kromě asi 2 hodin ráno není k zastižení žádný personál. Opakovaně jsem se snažila psát dotazy mailem i přes Booking, ale vše bez odpovědi. Podařilo se mi kontaktovat ubytování telefonicky, ale ani po týdnu stále nemám přislíbenou fakturu.

Avainten haku kesti hetken sillä englanninkielinen ohjeistus tuntui vajaalta ja oli siksi hankalaa, oman huoneen löytämiseen meni hetki sillä huoneistokarttaa ei oltu pantu hyvin esille. Oman huoneen oven lukkoon saaminen oli vaikeaa, joskus ovi lukittui moitteettomasti, joskus sen kanssa joutui taistelemaan. Tämä oli onglema kun huoneesta lähti ulos, sisällä ollessani en tiennyt oliko ovi mennyt lukkoon vai ei sillä sisäpuolella ei ollut mahdollisuutta lukita ovea erikseen.

Under vores forrige besøg (med det gamle nøglesystem) var vores værelse til to personer kun opredt til en, og denne gang fik vi et elektronisk nøglekort til et værelse, hvor der allerede boede en person. Ærgelige oplevelser når man ankommer om aftenen efter en lang køretur fra udlandet - især når jeres "vagttelefon" heller ikke bliver besvaret. Efter afsendelse af en mail, blev vi endelig ringet op efter 30 min

Der kom en tilfældig servicemedarbejder og låste os ind på et værelse der ikke var gjort rent. Ingen kaffemaskine ingen TV forbindelse eller internet. Så til fremtidige gæster. hold jer væk. Det er humbug. I får ikke noget for pengene.

• Hanna (9/5): 問題なくスムーズに過ごせました。快適。 - スタッフとのやりとりは、かなりシンプルです。 でもわかりやすく、余計な心配もなく過ごせました。 おおよそのことは、部屋や共有スペース、ランドリールームに張り紙がしてあります。 それで過ごし方はわかります。 洗濯機と、オーブンレンジは使ったことがないものだったので、取扱説明書を自分で調べて使いました。 infoへのメールは少しタイムラグがあるように感じました。連絡は電話の方がスムーズだったのかもしれないです。 オフィスにスタッフがいる時間は、平日午前7時〜午前8時のみ。 でもそんなに大きな問題ではなかったです。
• Maike und Lars (7/5): Wie erwartet Po Lk Pooh und po - Wir wussten, dass es weiter außerhalb liegt und wir kostenlos parken können. Wir sind die steilen Berge mit Pedelecs gut gefahren, Radwege prima. Sofern hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Super mit Fahrradkeller und weil alle die Uni gegenüber um 15 Uhr verlassen, war es auch super ruhig. Die Betten waren gut, die Dusche groß, alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Große Doppelbetten gibt es nur Parterre, man geht über die Terrasse rein. Nur eine Kochplatte zu haben, ist lästig, Fliegengitter wären gut. In der Dusche muss mal der LkSchwarzschimmel in den Ecken entfernt werden, der Duschschlauch neu und der Wasserkocher entkalkt werden. Unser Sessel hatte Flecken. Draußen wäre Sichtschutz zum Nachbarn mit Gräsern gut statt sterbender Buchsbäume. Ein Keil für die schwere Tür fehlt, wir haben einen Wasserkasten genommen. Das Eisfach war komplett vereist. Auf dem Kleiderschrank lag meterdick Staub. Beschädigte Strom Leitung vom Waserkocher.

• Monique (9/5): Aarhus appartement - Mooi goed uitgerust appartement met goede bedden. Prima locatie, tram en bus op 500 meter afstand. Goede verbinding met centrum Aarhus, ongeveer 20 minuten. Tot op de dag van inchecken nog steeds niets gehoord over sleutels etc. Ook niet na herhaald mailen. Tussen 9.00 en 12.00 iemand van facilitaire dienst aan dextelefoon gekregen en die zou contact zoeken met eigenaar hierover.. Hierna kwam een uur later toch de mail met incheck informatie. Hierna verliep inchecken goed. Dit is toch wel een nadeel als er dus geen receptie is.

• Kapu (9/5): Legközelebb is ezt választanám. - Kényelmesebb, mint egy szálloda, minden szükséges dologgal felszerelve. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek, csendes helyen van, és nekünk a környék is ideális volt (Aarhus N volt az úti célunk). Ennél többet én nem is vártam.
• Birgit (3/5): Bucht etwas anders, wenn ihr sicher zur Ankunftszeit ins Apartment kommen wollt. - Einrichtung des Zimmers und des Bads zweckmäßig und damit okay. Der Schlüsselcode funktionierte nicht. Unter den angegebenen Telefonnummern war niemand erreichbar. Ohne die Hilfe einer fest dort lebenden Frau, wären wir nicht in das Apartment gekommen. Sie hatte die private Nummer einer Mitarbeitenden, die dann mehrere Schlüsselcodes mit uns ausprobierte, bis einer passte. Der Vermieter meldete sich erst 1 Abend später per Mail. Für Mieter, die über einen anderen Anbieter gebucht hatten, war der Vermieter ca. 10 Minuten bevor wir ihn anriefen erreichbar. Andere Mieter hatten nämlich das gleiche Problem! Wir finden, so etwas darf nicht passieren. Leider gab es von Seiten des Vermieters keine Worte der Entschuldigung, sondern nur ein- er ist froh, dass wir ins Apartment rein gekommen sind. Tja- wir auch! Denn auch die booking Hotline war keine Hilfe. Aber das ist ein anderes Thema.

• Sarah (6/5): - Der Check-in funktioniert völlig reibungslos über ausführliche Informationen vor der Anreise. Die Küchenausstattung war gut und völlig ausreichend, um einfache Gerichte zu zubereiten. Kostenfreie Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist gut. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten am Strand oder in der Innenstadt. Ein eigentlich hübscher Sessel hatte große unschöne Wasserflecken, die nicht gerade einladend aussahen. Der Abfluss unter der Spüle war undicht. Die Kabel von Wasserkocher und Herdplatte waren so beschädigt, dass ich es in meinem eigenen Zuhause nicht mehr benutzen würde. Der angegebene Haartrockner war leider nicht da. Insgesamt alles ein bisschen lieblos.

None of their phone number was working, not even the emergency option. We talked to another guest who said that the same thing happened to her. She had to find another accommodation for the first night. We did the same found another accommodation at 8pm. Zero response from them, no reply to my emails, no calling back. Filed a complaint at booking.com

We had very little contact with staff but those we met were helpful and friendly. Whilst it was great to stay in such a quiet apartment the location was essentially a business park.. There is a TV but this has no channels whatsoever. We were told in an email message to bring our own cables to stream from a laptop etc (not something we would travel with).

• Ionuț (7/5): Ok, would recommend - The building was modern . The facility is equipped with lots of useful things, like a laundry room, drying room and also a game room. The location Is close to the tram station, and it’s quiet. The room we were supposed to stay in was not cleaned, but the room was promptly changed and cleaned. The fact that there is no reception is not that good, since you can’t always rely on booking when you have a problem. The location is also quite remote, and pretty far from the city center.

It is not right in the centre but there is good transport links with the tram stop just a 2 minute walk way. You don’t really see any staff, I didn’t have any problems but if you did I don’t know how easy it would be to get in contact with them.

• Louise (8/5): It was a nice appartment for a long-stay in Aarhus. - I like the fact that I was able to arrive and leave at any time without wondering about the keys. The appartment was clean and well equiped. Besides, it was well located (near tramway station and food shops). The sport and entertainement rooms were as expected. I would have prefer to have a host easier to contact, for instance to change the towels and bed linens: I was only able to meet someone between 7am and 8am, between Monday and Friday, which is not the most convenient schedule when we are working.
• Engelbert (9/5): Very good! I would surely go there again. - There were a lot of kitchen utils, including plates and cutlery in sixfold. The electrical stove was only for one pan, but there was a really good oven, so there were two sources for heating food simultaneously. The view was also nice. And it was quiet, even though my room was closely located to the road. And the bed was very comfortable. The location is a few minutes walk to the light rail (letbanen) stop and a train will take you to Aarhus Central in about 25 minutes. The university was with only 30 minutes still on walking distance, but the light rail or buses can also take you there. I also liked the laundry room and the additional drying room in the basement. The start was not the best: I booked a 'studio with terrace or balcony, with twin beds', but I got a studio with a 120cm single bed. That last part was a mistake: according to the administration, there should have been a 140cm double bed in that room. The problem was solved by the manager and I could move to a room with a 140cm bed, which was important, as my wife was going to come over for a weekend. For me this solution was fine, however, if you really need twin beds, make sure to put that explicitly in your request somewhere. I didn't check all the rooms of course, but from the Danish brochure that was in the room, I got the impression that twin beds only go together with the terrace rooms on the ground floor and that the balcony rooms either have a 120cm single bed or a 140cm double bed.
• Lianne (10/5): Meget tilfreds. Behageligt ophold. - Jeg tilbragte en uge i en et-værelses lejlighed og havde et meget godt og bekvemt ophold. Jeg er glad for at jeg valgte en lejlighed hos athome i stedet for et hotelværelse, så jeg kunne lave mad og vaske tøj selv og føle mig mere hjemme. Der er alle basis ting man skal bruge i køkkenet. Sengen er også rigtig god at sove i. Og dejligt at min bil kunne stå parkeret gratis under mit ophold. Desuden har jeg været glad for beliggenheden og at det er tæt på letbanen, da jeg skulle bruge den hver dag til og fra byen. Jeg vil helt sikkert overveje athome igen.

• Frida (4/5): It was not the worst i’ve tried, but it’s just not worth the price. - I guess visually its pretty nice, and there were little packages of coffee when we came so that was nice. Many things so i’ll list them: First of all if you get a room facing the industry area, that sucks cause there’s not much sun and not a great view - but thats a small thing. The bed was so annoying because it’s a couple of single beds put together - so they kept drifting away when we tried to lay together as a couple. There is not a lot of space and the fridge is very badly placed as you cant open the freezer unless you pull it out of its room. Cooking facilities were okay but personally i think that there should be baking paper at least. The shower head was broken so it worked poorly and water came out from around. Location is very very boring, luckily though, tram station is 2 minutes away, so we could easily get out of there. There is absolutely no staff around, only for an hour between 8-9am which is just not good enough. Vacuum cleaners were so big and so bad. No soap available for the washing machines. TV is completely useless, no channels and too complicated to set up with macbook. They should invest in chromecast.

• Andrey (9/5): Very good aparthotel in Aarhus with a reasonable price - Very good aparthotel in Aarhus with a reasonable price. The hotel is located 30 minutes by tram (L2 line) from the Train station and 10 min from the Tram station. Around the hotel are the university, hospital, and offices. 15 min away from the hotel is a nice nature - meadows, and fields. The area is good for morning jogging. The hotel is new, the room is "fresh". The room is a good size, enough for two people, even for a long stay. The room is equipped with a small kitchen, all dishes are included. Fridge. Big TV screen. In the room is a big heater installed, should be comfortable during winter. Inside the hotel, you can use the gym, small, but with a number of gym equipment. As well as laundry service is available. Few meeting rooms could be used for work. In front of the hotel parking lots are available. Low noise insulation from the street.
• Deepak (10/5): Exceptional - The location is very close to the main business district and well connected by Aarhus Letbane. Very good concept and design. Everything well managed in a pragmatic manner. There could have been a detailed explanation on how to use the key locker box (for beginners).

• Michael (9/5): I can only recommend it - very nice landing spot. a bit outside, but I found it to be advantegous. very clean with a very typical Scandinavic design, which I like. and also a very spacious terrace nothing to complain

• Fatemeh (5/5): Passable - the bed was really uncomfortable. the view of the windows was blocked on the ground floor.
• Kathryn (10/5): Comfortable and practical - The apartment was perfect for what I needed (1 month stay). I felt completely at home and was able to relax and be comfortable. The temperature of the room was easy to control and the the small touches like lamps for reading and dimmer lights made relaxing in the evening very easy. The facilities were great, washing machines, dryers, as well as common areas with pool table, darts etc. The location is fine, very close to the Letbane tram stop and various bus routes, and therefore so easy to get around. But the location isn’t in the city centre, so might not be ideal for some visitors.

• Warsan (7/5): Good - Clean, fresh, spacious for studio, cosy,. Can collect clean new linen for bed and bath when needed (although would be nice if it was dropped off by cleaning team but only needed to change once every few days. Staff were friendly and helpful with keeping rooms since we booked different rooms at different dates . It was nice experience and stay very clean and mattress and bed comfortable and clean but its separate beds joined together. . Make sure you do food shopping and cleaning supplies since there's fridge and kitchen. Kitchen items need be updated very old, saucepan quite off putting to cook with. Severely lacking cleaning supplies had to buy.. Had to go public shared space for mob, there was only one in entire building was inadequate cleaning resources. Would be nice if each room had own cleaning supplies instead venturing out. Would be nice if washing machine was inside the rooms instead also leaving room to public shared place was So much hassle. Door was absolutely heavy and strong to open and close. In our situation we needed hospital so it was good for us in that moment however if it was for holiday wouldn't be nice UNLESS YOU HAVE RENTED OR OWN CAR THEN YOU CAN DRIVE ANYWEHRR BUT VERY DIFFICULT WITHOUT CAR. Unless you enjoy catching bus and metro train which is close to hotel. Tv is useless, no channels not a smart TV so Netflix or something. But room has WiFi.
• Francesca (8/5): really recommended if you have a car - facilities are really good. also super clean administration staff really nice and helpful there was a problem with the air master service that took a while to get fixed
