• AÜ (10/5): - Super Lage, sehr sauber, ein wirklich kleines, aber ausreichendes Bad. Man ist sofort im Geschehen, die Lage war top für die Erkundung der Innenstadt. Frühstück ist in den umliegenden Bars zu bekommen. Sehr enge und steile Treppe im Haus.

• Ignat (8/5): Хороший отель, нам он понравился. И в целом всё понравилось. Спасибо отелю и персоналу. - Первое — это легкое заселение, всё довольно было легко и просто. Предварительно зарегистрировались на сайте и быстро получили ключи. Второе — это доступность от достопримечательности в центре. Всё действительно близко, очень удобно можно погулять по центру, зайти в отель, отдохнуть, потом снова погулять. Местоположение отличное. До кафедрального собора идти где-то 7 минут. Третье — можно оставить вещи после выселения. Самолёт у нас был вечером, выселились в 12 часов, оставили рюкзаки и забрали их вечером. Очень здорово. По самому номеру у нас был второй этаж, вид на улицу, небольшой балкончик на полшага. Очень здорово. Номера маленькие, но в целом было тихо. Ванная комната нормальная, никаких нет претензий. Было тихо спать. Ну, в общем, никакого заметного шума от соседей и с улицы не было. Спали с открытой балконной дверью. В номере были две односпальные кровати. Дискомфорта по матрасу не заметил. В номере есть кондиционер, но мы им не пользовались. Лифта нет, только лестница, с большим чемоданом будет неудобно подниматься. Ну и ключ от нижней и верхней двери в виде таблетки электронной, плюс обычный ключ от номера. В целом всё ок. С чемоданами будет неудобно подниматься по лестнице без лифта, но это мелочь. Цена за номер была заметно выше именно в наши даты, чем другие дни.

• Erick Ldx (10/5): 2 nuits à Séville - L'emplacement, cest entre 2 restaurants, dans une rue du centre historique, à 8 minutes à pied de la cathédrale, 18 minutes du réal alcazar. Le jeûne homme de l'accueil m'a tout expliqué, proposé ce qu'il y avait de mieux à voir en si peu de temps pour moi. L'odeur du produit de nettoyage est trop forte. Heureusement, elle part en aérant. La cabine de douche ferme par un rideau, alors après 1 fouche la salle de bain est inondée. Il ne faut pas être trop grand, si la chambre edt au dernier étage, car le plafond est bas.

• Fatima (7/5): GREAT HOTEL that only lacks a lift! - The room is nice with a HUGE window which helps to keep it airy and well-lit. The host is also very helpful. He carried all my luggage upstairs. Don't forget to order a cab ride with his guy cos he is a gentleman (he brought all luggage down :-D) and drives an amazing TESLA! The shared toilet I was prepared for, and it was also very clean with separate toilets and toiletries for all guests. But the stairs are a bit too much. Especially if you are carrying heavy luggage.

It smelled SO SO good (the roo m and the bathroom)! Before coming, I was worried on how the shared bathrooms would look like. I did not need to worry at all. So so clean and well maintained. The building is well built - it was very quiet in the room even though the building is a busy street. Everything matched as per the photos in the booking. If I visit Sevilla, I will definitely stay there again (if I can get a booking - the place gets booked out early). Plus, the staff was so helpful, good communication and they even offered to help me in case I needed something from the city. Thank you! Nothing really. Everything was great.

A localização é um dos grandes destaques, pois permite acesso fácil e rápido aos principais pontos turísticos e atrações da cidade, o que tornou a viagem ainda mais prática e agradável. A acomodação também superou as expectativas: ambiente muito confortável, bem organizado e extremamente limpo, proporcionando uma estadia tranquila e acolhedora. Outro ponto que merece destaque é a qualidade do atendimento. Os funcionários foram sempre muito atenciosos, prestativos e cordiais, demonstrando grande cuidado em oferecer um serviço de excelência, em especial agradecemos o Jaime por todo o suporte em relação às indicações de locomoção para as cidades próximas, sobretudo em virtude do serviço de trem que na ocasião sofreu modificações e cancelamentos por conta eo acidente ocorrido próximo à Cordoba. Sem dúvida, é um local que recomendo e onde me hospedaria novamente em uma próxima visita.

The room was very small and a bit dark, no direct windows to outside. But if you are out the whole day, that's all you need.

Começando pelo atendimento, perguntei sobre a abertura da porta e parecia que estava comentando um crime. O quarto, dava medo e nojo.. sensação de sujeira pura. Um barulho até altas horas da madrugada. Ps. O quarto não fechava por dentro, morro de medo!

The checkin was a little tricky. Had to follow someone up the stairs. They give you the wifi password but you aren’t high enough to connect or call.

• Maria (10/5): Außerordentlich sauber, sehr bequeme Betten und sehr zentral und auch sicher. - Außerordentlich sauber, täglich gereinigt und täglich frische Frottetücher. Sehr bequemes Bett und gutes Kissen. Ich fühlte mich sehr sicher. Das Lavabo im Zimmer fand ich super. Die Dusche draussen war auch sehr gut. Heizung funktionierte gut. Von dort war alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Bar und Restaurants angrenzend. Fenster waren nicht schalldicht. Die Leute Abends in den Restaurants hörte man sehr gut, was mich allerdings überhaupt nicht störte, ich schlief trotzdem sehr gut. Für Leute, die nicht Treppen laufen können ist es nicht geeignet, da es keinen Lift hat.

• BARBARA (7/5): Delizioso edificio storico - La posizione è ottimale sia per arrivare con l'auto o i mezzi, vicinissimo ai punti storici, trattasi di edificio storico molto caratteristico. Camera pulitissima con cambio giornaliero della biancheria da bagno, vista sul viale alberato di aranceti. Lo staff cordiale e disponibile. Il bagno senza finestra, corridoio molto stretto e angusto di accesso alle camere, la nostra richiesta di un bollitore esposta via chat alla prenotazione e confermata che però non è mai arrivato. Scala ripida per accedere alle stanze.

• MARIA GIUSEPPINA (10/5): Consigliatissimo! - Posizione e pulizia ottimali. A piedi si raggiungono facilmente tutti i siti turistici e se vuoi un taxi lo trovi proprio sotto casa. La pensione è immersa in una zona caratteristica vicinissima a Santa Maria La Blanca, ci sono bar e ristoranti per tutti i gusti. Pulizia perfetta e cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni. Ha superato le aspettative! Di notte la strada è un po' rumorosa, non so se per i mezzi che puliscono o se per lavori. L'accesso non è idoneo per chi ha problemi di mobilità.
